Sergei or Frederick?

(The question is quite simple. Who do you want running TIOR? Frederick von Hattensberg of the Liberal Imperialists or Sergei Ilyanov of the Reds. I want an OOC and IC reason if possible. Because depending on the answer, we might get a new Rosian RP >.>)

Sergei. For comedy value <_<
Sergei. Then we might like you.

Sergei Ilyanov by far. He was a great comrade and brought freedom to The Island of Rose - Robert Pacitania, General Secretary Of The Central Soviet And The Communist Party Of The Soviet Union
(OOC: Same as above.)

Sergei in OOC because his name is awsome and i dislike liberals very strongly.
IC because I have never heard of either of them until now.

Frederick. Why?
IC: Because he's not another Red. (AS UX: and he can potentially back the Free Xenizens in the Civil War).
OOC: Dunno. Either way, things are still gonna be fun.
is there any more information you can dish out on what their policies would be, what sort of directions they'd like to take TIOR in the future?

(Well Sergei would slowly centralize the economy again. Frederick is slowly de-centralizing it. Sergei would give more freedom to oversea lands, Frederick wants more control. Sergei is pro-UN and more internationalist, Frederick is more of a nationalist and anti-UN. But they agree on human rights stuff so meh.)

"Sergei Ilyanov. That bastard has class...or about as much class as a Rosian bastard can have."
-Senator Mel Ziller, Foreign Minister
OOC: Come on Rose, Sergei is a classic.

ic: DA, being a nation in more or less perpetual civil war (Sometimes it is only a cold war, though) is generally fond of change, and indeed, considers eternal change to be a *good* thing. As such, 'Other', since this seems to be the best chance for an... Internally troublesome TIOR. (This is the way a good chunk of DAians *think*, it is not an official statement <.<)
ooc: See above. Not my RL belief, but most certainly the kind of nation I enjoy most :P

Sergei, because we need more of an active opposition here.
We support Frederick and the Liberal Imperialists. We would hate to see TIOR fall under the control of the Reds...
...Not that we have too much of a problem with the Reds...
..We just like other people more...
So, meh.
