*Broadcast to the International Community*
Today Neo-Wu will be put into a sort of 'reclusion' as an act of attempting to secure the safety of Neo-Wu.

The terms are as follows:
1. No civilian of Neo-Wu will be able to leave the borders of Neo-Wu via air, ground, or water. Only Armed Forces officials may exit Neo-Wu on official business only.
2. No nation accept the closest trading partners and allies, may enter Neo-Wu through air, ground, or water. Any unidentified craft of any form will be shot down immediately.
3. Allies must clear verification with Neo-Wu directly before passing through Neo-Wu

Reasons of these actions will become evident in the near future.

We wish to know if any peoples of our nation who are visiting friends, members of their family or are simply touristing will be permitted to stay until they have finished thier buisness, forced to leave or will they be detained.
