After 16 new cases today of serial sex offenders, the Sebecean Coalitionist Congress vote 453 to 3 to initiate the wide spread execution of any convicted sex offender with two counts of sex crimes against them. Approximatly 17 million have been released in public, and 21 million are still locked up.

After about 2.5 hours BST millions of sex offenders have been execute by firing squad in the 452 Sebecean Prisons and those in public are being hunted down and executed.

All executions of those released in public are of three shots in the head after a short reading of the Initiative. Current GSDI reports are of about 25 million of the 38 million have been executed.

Though we find this act disgusting you could atleast exile the low risk offenders while forcing the rest into labor services and exicuting them when they reach the point of uselessness. That way atleast you can not have to waste useful bullets on the perverts.
