2,000 Shoobans will attend the Republic College of Anti-Racist Studies. The 1,000 males and 1,000 females have 3.56 GPAs. This marks a step in the education of all Shoobans in Brydog. The giovernment is working harder to b sucessful at the goal.

The Iron Concordiat feels that by pursuing this course of action the nation of Brydog is putting many other nations at risk. Shoobans, at best, are factory workers. This is not all due to their natural stupidity but also comes from yeas of painstaking indoctrination and training which has resulted in an entire race of people who believe that they are meant to be inferior.
The Iron Concordiat, along with countless other nations have literally millions of Shoobans working in our houses, fields and factories. By attempting to actaully educate them you a possibly planting the seed of rebellion. We cannot and will not allow our national security to be put at risk or even have our nation disrupted by giving the sub-humans an education.
It is for this reason that we ask you to suspend all higher learning oppurtunities for Shoobans.

Although we agree with the concerns raised by Wirraway, we commend the nation of Brydog for their desire to promote equal opportunity in their land. Hopefully these Shoobans become an example for other countries who are too careless or foolish to realise the potential of these young beings.

Our analysis bears out the summation of MinExAff; we have yet to encounter a fully literate Shooban, or a Shooban with the required intelligence to be competently literate, despite extensive experimentation in this area.
Research is ongoing, but for now Shoobans will remain classified as domesticated Fauna commonly found in Roach-Busters, The Generic Empire, The Parthians &c.

OFFICIAL CONCORDIAT DECLARATION
The Iron Concordiat is now closing its borders to all Brydogian citizens and filtering out any broadcasts or media fron said nations. Any Brydogian citizens residing within the Concordiat will be asked to leave. We do this only to protect our nation and its citizens from the possibility of disruptive or revolutionary ideas reaching our Shoobans.
We give up, there's no Republic College of Anti-Racist Studies. The 2,000 people are part of a reseach project in Brydog. The area their at is classifield.
