This one takes place in a world where the entire world "collapsed" in 1990, meaning no tech past there for quite a while. You pick a city. Your nationstate is not a part of the equation, but it helps for insperation.

Most "Earths" are found in the International Incidents forum - they seem to have more acceptance there as a concept. Very likely this explains for the lack of response you've received.

I'm going to save time and anounce the opening of the earth galaxy. Thats right folks a new galaxy where you can dump all the new earth copys and forget about them :p

And, no this isn't like all the other earths that allow you to claim huge streches of land just because you managed to stay active longer than others. Everyone starts with one city and a large population.
