The Cobdenian Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs wishes to extend the hand of freindship to any nation wishing to have relations with us, and has decided to institute an Embassy exchange programme. We would require the name of your proposed Ambassador, plus the proposed location (street name and number) of the Cobdenian Embassy in your nations capital. We will in turn name our proposed Ambassador, and the prosposed location of your Embassy in Port Sir Richard. All diplomatic and consular officers stationed in Port Sir Richard (the Cobdenian capital) would be entitled to the standard diplomatic immunity, on the condition that the same would be granted to our Diplomatic and Consular Officers in your nation. If you are a Commonwealth/British Empire nation, like Cobdenia is, let us know. (Embassies in Commonwealth countries are called High Commisions, headed by a High Commisioner instead of an Embassy and an Ambassador). If we dislike a nations policies, we reserve the right to limit you to founding a legation (headed by a Minister) in Cobdenia, and we would only set up a Legation in your capital city.

The United Kingdom of Azazia, desirous of spreading peace and prosperity throughout the world, endeavours to make friends and allies of those nations new to the world. In that vein, we offer an olive branch of peace and our hand in friendship. To further develop the relations between our two nations, the UKA will allot one of our luxurious mansions in our diplomatic quarters– located alongside a river with a splendid view of the nearby mountains – of our capital city Imperium to your nation as an extraterritoriality.

There are some limitations to any embassy in the UKA, mostly due to the nature of the embassies themselves. There is an upper limit of thirty-five guards, who will be supplemented by the fact the diplomatic quarters is a fenced-in section of the city, the overall grounds – though importantly not those of the embassy – are secured by the Royal Guards, who screen all of those who attempt to enter the quarters. In addition, there is garage space for five armoured, but unarmed, wheeled vehicles – though no hangar or landing space for any sort of aerial vehicle.

More specifically, the proposed embassy – despite our common British history and heritage we have for our own independent historical reasons broken away from several British traditions, here most applicably that of the high commissions and their commissioners – would be located on International Riverside Drive, lot number ten – thus the address would be No. 10 International Riverside Drive. Currently, the proposed ambassador would be Sir George Whitbey, a statesman of some fifty-two years, over twenty-five of which have been spent in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Apologies for the late reply; the Cobdenian Foriegn Minister has had rather a lot on his plate recently. You have all been accepted, although I would like to know the location of the Cobdenian Embassy in Tocrowkia and the name of a proposed ambassador.
With reference to the protection of Embassies the size of a embassy gorunds, etc, Cobdenia belives strongly in giving the same rights, privileges, and similar restrictions as those we have been offered. We accept these terms, although your Embassy's in Port Sir Richard will be subject to the same conditions.
As for those enquiring into trade, Cobdenia, as the name suggests, is a Cobdenistic nation, and therefore we believe in Free trade; to this end, we already have no barriers and tariffs and are thus already trading with...well...everyone, I suppose! (OoC: Yes, trade is opened, but I don't have the time to RP any trade, if you understand me).
