Kimiko Ayasugi (NOTE: BIO HAS BEEN EXPANDED) (31)-

Kimiko Ayasugi was born in Tokyo, and grew up a normal kid from a normal middle class family, quite brilliant compared to others (Records indicate she attained at least an A- average). She had an affinity as a child for anime, and she received a lot of insults for it, both from her parents, who saw it as idle childs' play, and her classmates, who saw it as "nerdy."

It was reported that later on, sometime during her teens, she began to suffer symptoms of mental troubles; displaying a characteristic inability to control her moods, plus severe delusions of grandeur. As a result, she was habitually expelled from school for anime drawing (and later revealed, continuous fighting with those who insulted her) and it seems she had trouble with the local gangers and was beaten for openly carrying anime books, she went postal. She then joined the army as part of her National Service, like any other citizen of Upper Xen, and received explosives training as an engineer. She then became a struggling artist, and then, she broke down and claimed to receive a vision from God, declaring that anime should be a religion.

After losing the vote to do so, she retreated to the countryside, and became a violent malcontent. Initially known for bombastic language, in recent yeatrs she has mellowed, preferring secrecy and covert action (especially after starting a massive world war). She has recently been romantically involved with Chong Moua of Roach-Busters, the two have reportedly been married in a religious ceremony in RB City. Kimiko herself seems mentally to have mellowed, though she is still reportedly leaning on the edge of paranoia (as evidenced by the Tokko) and is still entertaining delusions of grandeur.

Funfacts-
-Ayasugi's criminal record shows previous convictions for petty theft and assault with a firearm as a member of the J-Mod Akihabara Social Club Gang.
-Ayasugi's artworks fetch an astounding USD$5,000+ on online auction sites due to their notoriety and their surprising brilliance.
-Ayasugi is distantly related to one of the 47 Ronin.

Karl von Esling (45)- Born in Wurttemburg, Germany (a fact that he brags about to no end), Karl von Esling was born in 1964 to a religious Lutheran family that had to pursue its faith under the eyes of the East German regime. Raised in both secret prayer meetings and regular life, Karl led a normal East German life, raised in Stalinist teachings and taught to obey the state. This mix of Lutheran and right-wing idealism helped to lay the foudnation of his present beliefs.

When Karl was 18, he joined the STASI. Before long, he developed the nickname "The Inquisitor" among his co-workers for his unique, manaical, sadisitic and unusually talented methods of torture and interrogation. He was too good for the STASI, in fact: he was reported to have been issued a warning by the head of the STASI in 1976 fo nearly killing a man by dehydrating him. When asked later why he joined the STASI, Karl explained that "one must render unto Caesar what is Caesars, though I was a Lutheran, I felt that I also had an obligation to the State."

When the DDR fell in 1989, he became a hunted man; shunned by his parents and wanted by Interpol. After wandering around Germany for a few months, doign odd jobs, he joined the Neo-Nazi movement. However, after a 1996 scuffle with a Turkish man that left that man in a coma, he fled the country to New York City, where under the name of "Josef Witzberger," he worked as an NYPD policeman. It was during this time that he first was called upon to join the RALM, and the rest is history.....

Funfacts-
-He is the adoptive father of Dr. Gerald Antonescu, the resident "Mad Scientist" at the RALM, who is rumored to be making supersoldiers and magical girls. Plus, he himself has a wife, Katya.
-In his spare time, he writes anime critiques, and essays in favor of dictatorship, including a book called Mobocracy: the Great Lie, and he also co wrote the Declaration of Sentiments with Kimiko Ayasugi, which states that anime will eventually become a uniting influence that will eventually triumph over the world, and that force is required to bring this "union" to the masses, and that the "thought criminals" and "haters" as he dubs them, are to be cleansed.
-Karl is also anti-Shooban (has killed 500 so far, reportedly at a party using a KPV machine gun).

Gerald Antonescu (23)-

Born in Bucharest, Romania during the age of the Ceacescu Government, Mr. Antonescu was, from an early age, inclined towards science. He attended a state school for science at the age of 15, and graduated with valedictorian honors in the fields of chemistry and biology, publishing several papers on the nature of genetics.

After the Fall of Ceacescu, his parents soon fled first to Israel, then to the US, then ultimately to Toronto, Canada.

During this time, he began to embrace ideals that proved threatening. He became attracted to Eugenics and Social Darwinism, and Lyshenkoist Science, forming ideals of superiority of certain types of people who won in a survival of the fittest. Applying this cold, almost insane interpreation of science to modern life, he was interested in Supersoldiers, especially since he was also fascinated with war, and military culture. He also became an anime fan during his time in the US, getting hooked on Robotech.

His beliefs got him in trouble; as his paper on genetic engineering was rejected by the University of Toronto for its promotion of eugenics, cloning for military purposes, and other warlike/fascist ideals. Antonescu took his case to court, and only by a slim margin was his paper approved.

However, he was then known as "The Mad Doctor," and finished his term at U-Toronto with much cheers of applause from the faculty. Not because he was a good student (he was brilliant with A+ averages); but because he was becoming annoying.

He was hired by Pfizer, but was soon fired for stealing company property for his experiments. Soon, he was reduced to tutoring students at UCONN for his pay. Then, Kimiko Ayasugi called.......

He then joined the RALM, where he joined Dr. Metternich, the resident scientist there in Project Cardcaptor (the psyker-soldier project). After Metternich's defection, however, Antonescu became the head scientist in the organization, where he commenced to perform horrific experiments that resulted in the creation of Project Thunderer (Uber Soldats). With the rise of the Virginian Combine (later known as the Reunited States), he was given the whole of the Island of Fogo in the Cape Verde Islands for his experiments. What he is doing now is unknown, but it seems to be for evil....

Funfacts-
-Antonescu is not married, but is rumored to be having an affair with his assistant, Mai.
-Antonescu's great-grandfather and grandfather were Jewish, however, Antonescu himself is Rumanian Orthodox (recently expelled for his RALM work).


Jake Featherston IV (28)-

Born in Norfolk, Virginia, Mr. Featherston is the son of Jacob Emerson Featherston the Third.

Mr. Featherston's father was a liberal, young Southern lawyer, often taking on civil rights cases nobody else would do. He was responsible for stopping the expansion of the WKM into Virginia during the 1980's, and he also would mediate strikes. Mr. Featherston III was also an avid churchgoer, and was a devout Baptist.

However, Mr. Featherston soon took on the role of liberator when the Soviets invaded America. Intially, Mr. Featherston III staged sit-ins, strikes, and peaceful protests against the Soviet Occupation forces. However, when the Soviet General, Antonin Glazunov, launched harsh reprisals, executing 400 Virginian marchers in 1985, Mr. Featherston III changed. He soon went underground, forming the Sons of Liberty, which led terrorist attacks and guerilla raids against the USSR forces.

"Jake IV" as he was known, was raised in this climate of revolution. He absorbed the liberal ideals of his father, who espoused the ideals of Thomas Jefferson (which he would later adopt and corrupt for himself). "Jake IV" also actively joined his dad in combat, and was reported to have taken out 150 Soviets by the time he was 14. He was athletic, and loved to play baseball, and had a love of geography and martial arts.

By 1988, the last Russians left Virginia. Jake Featherston III was regarded as a hero, and was soon elected Governor. Little Jake IV went to high school, doing a B- average. He grew very rebellious when faced with the workload, however, and often skipped to go to the arcade in his junior and senior year. When his Dad threatened "Jake IV" with military school, he promptly went back to school, making up lost time and graduating with a full diploma.

His life changed when he went to VMI, however. At VMI, he fit in, and ate up the military education there, excelling at judo, oratory, geography, and Spanish. He also became so good at memorization and retaining info that his friends dubbed him "the Walking Dictionary," and he was even used as a guest speaker several times.

He served his time in the Virginian Army as an officer, and eventually retired to go become a Social Studies teacher. He taught history, and geography. He was known for giving his kids tons of work, but he was also known for being helpful, and having a gregarious personality.

He also soon became attracted to right-wing ideals. After being mugged on the streets of Norfolk, he became convinced that crime was out of control. Also, he watched a succession of Governors of uneven quality, all of whom seemed to do little to solve the crime situation, and to Jake, the rise of Socialism, which had found a new following among his students.

He soon became convinced to only way to fix things was to get elected President. After quitting his job, he formed the United Freedom Party. Dedicated to Jeffersonian Democratic ideals, it was here that Jake first formed his idea of "Enlightened Democracy," mixing Jefferson with the law-and-order policies of the Lee Yuan Kew regime in Singapore (which he loved for its tough stance on crime), and the strong religious convictions of Conservative Baptist Christianity along with his own ideas.

His movement struggled, until he contacted the RALM, finding it one day on a Google search. He loved anime, having gotten hooked on Robotech as a kid, and so he thought this was another fan club. But when the Tokko squad came to his house and agreed to back his movement, he agreed, realizing these guys were serious. And anticommunist.

The rest is history......

-Jake is a Street Fighter fan, his favorite character being Sakura.
-Jake also loves to target shoot and bowl, he has scored a perfect 200 game in bowling and has dead-on accuracy.
-Jake also can trace his ancestry to Andrew Jackson, Robert E. Lee, and George Washington, plus very distantly, Frederick Douglass (one branch of his family is black, though Jake himself is Scotch-Irish-English).
-Jake is a member of the International Church of the Clow.

Michele Gincarelli (55)-

Born in Providence, Rhode Island in 1950, Mr. Gincarelli was the son of an Italian couple, a father who worked as a sculptor, making gravestones, and a mother who worked at a bank. His childhood was dominated by numbers, as he aced his math classes and displayed a flair for business, running a lemonade stand at age 5 and earning a handsome profit in the summer of 1955.

His father eventually lost his job, and soon, Michele had to work at a young age to support his family, as his dad divorced his mom due to an affair (despite his devout Catholicism), and his mom was left with five kids to support-not easy on a banker's salary. He worked a number of odd jobs, all the while going to night school. Eventually, he landed a job at a auto parts company, Karlsson-Stearns-Culluogh. He showed a great aptitude for machines, and organization, and after creating a plan to cut costs for the struggling firm, Michele made it up in the ranks. He became a middle manager by age 23, and by age 30, he had effectively become a full partner with Karlsson, Stearns, and Cullough.

All the while, he displayed a cunning and a flair for knowing what to do, plus a talent for saving money-somethign that enabled Karlsson-Stearns-Cullough (now rechristened KSC, a suggestion of his) to dominate auto retail in the Eastern US through the mid 60's-early 70's. However, as the Old USA split, and Detroit lost ground to Japan and Europe, the company fell on hard times, and the three founders by now were incapacitated with various illnesses. As he had control of the board, he bought out the founders' shares and effectively assumed command himself. He began to expand KSC into other fields, such as foods (he bought up local dairies), restaurants, appliances, hardware, telecommunications, advertising, and as the Information Age came about, the first computers. His skill for talent, plus his tactic of hiring experts instead of favorites ensured direct dominance over the company and an efficent, knowledgable staff that could do what Michele asked.

It seemed that by 1985, KSC Enterprises, as the company was now called, could do no wrong. With branches all over North America, and even in the Caribbean and South and Central America, KSC was one of many corporate titans in the roaring 80's. However, KSC's involvement with Junk bonds soon led to scandal, and it nearly cost Gincarelli his post. Also, several tumultous marriages and prominent failures, such as an MTV knockoff channel and an attempt to buy Apple Computers, resulted in lowered shares as the company entered the 90's, and a bruised rep for Gincarelli.

However, a new campaign to diversify its image, and an aggressive campaign to reestablish itself in the market, enabled KSC to bounce back. Then, Kimiko Ayasugi came calling, buying up about USD$120,000,000,000 worth of stock, making her a member of the Board of Directors and ensuring that she had a foothold in the company. Karl did the same, and soon, after a few meetings, the three hit it off, and Gincarelli made them full partners in a rare lapse of judgment.

Gincarelli and the RALM are believed to have a reciprocal relationship. In exchange for use of KSC Shipping to deliver men and materials, KSC Financial to launder RALM funds and other KSC services for RALM use and printing only anime/manga materials for its Multimedia Division, KSC gets payoffs from the RALM (to pay for guns and other serivces) and the RALM is obligated to defend KSC personnel, and every RALM member must invest in KSC stock.

Funfacts-
-Gincarelli is distantly related to Christopher Walken
-Gincarelli is actually a pro-gun control person. His company forbids the wearing of firearms on KSC property unless specifically authorized, and he has been known to donate funds to the Brady Foundation.
-Gincarelli is neutral towards anime, a surprising turn for a member of the RALM. He does love Hong Kong Blood Operas though.
-Gincarelli loves to talk about physics, a lot. He holds a major in physics from URI along with his MBA.
-Gincarelli is a good friend of Kimiko and Karl, but he sees his association with the RALM as a business alliance.
