Military Budget: $6,646,103,762,095.98
2.4 million people per trillion in budget = 16 million active duty (rounded)
Army: 35% = 5.6 million active duty at a 7:1 Ratio = 700,000 combat soldiers
Air Force: 15% = 2.4 million Active duty at a 21:1 ratio = 109,090 combat personnel
Marines: 20% = 3.2 million Active duty at a 8:1 ration = 355,555 combat personnel
Navy: 25% = 4 million active duty at a 8:1 ratio = 444,444 combat personnel on fighting ships.
Gator Guard - Super Uber Elites: 5% = 800,000 active duty at a 6:1 ratio = 114,285 combat ready Gator guards
Average spending = $415.381.00 per soldier = Decent training and equipment, but not "outstanding" by any means. However, outstanding logistics and support for all branches - Your equipment and training may be better, but it's still gonna be a hard fight to take us down, espicially the gator guard and air force.
National "Expertise": Political Negotiation strategy and tactics (including bribery and other unsavory things).

NAVAL
Note: All ships except the subs have "direct beam," targeted, EMP (electro-magnetic pulse) defensive capabilities. In so many words they can direct, similar to a laser, an electro-magnetic pulse at a target. Electronics (such as missile guidance systems, airplane radar systems, etc.) if struck by the beam will completely shut down. Due to the diffusion capabilities of water, the beam is all but useless on submarines or torpedos submerged to a depth greater than 10'. However, on a clear day, with minimal, natural electromagnetic interference (such as from sun storms, etc.) the beam's effects have been noted up to 5 miles away in missile guidance systems with an optimum range of 2-3 miles.
Note also: due to budget constraints and the military size rule, it is possible that less than all of the following are in use at any one time.

Plus up to 30 helicopters (more than 5 results in a reduction of airwing capabilities by 1 plane per additional helicopter)
Class: Bite Me (40)
All but identical to the "Stealth" class, but using the hook and cable system on a traditional "flat deck" rather than the electromagnetic, "ski jump" configuration on the landing deck and with a slightly smaller airwing and only 3 aircraft elevators. Basically an older design of the "Stealth" class designed more for direct intervention into warfare rather than deterrent capability. Cannot carry F22 Stealth Class Fighters. It has a slightly smaller flight deck (4. 45 acres) and only 290,000 hp with a top speed of 31 knots. Currently used primarily for sub-fighters with a minimal airwing contingency (60-65 Sub Fighters and 5-10 Bong Buster II's is typical).
NOTE: Both carrier classes have equivalent defensive capabilities:
100 Harpoon class ship-to-ship missiles (6 Launchers);
100 Fury Class sea-to-air missiles (6 Launchers)
100 Super-Cav Torpedos (4 Launchers)

OOC: Please post here and let me know if you see any problems with the above. Obviously I've not included things like jeeps, Hum-V's, supply trucks, etc. that would be needed for logistics and support. I believe my nation's size and budget reflect I can afford to support what I have posted though. I've only provided specification info. for things that I created and that are proprietary to Mauiwowee.
Note also, compared to my size (1.3 Billion as I write this) the military is relatively small - meaning they are well equipped and well trained and not just teenagers with AK-47's in jeans and t-shirts. Your military may have more people, mine has smarter, better trained, better equpped ones.

Infomation on Ato-Saran weapons systems
Name: Gan Ning Type I LRSSM Anti-Shipping missiles
Length: 15m
Range: 2500miles
Speed: Mach 9
Payload: 1 kilogram of TNT
Penetration: It has been calculated that it would take more than three feet of reinforced steel to stop the Gan Ning from pentrating the hull of a ship. This is only theoretical though.
Description:
The Gan Ning LRSSM is a hypervelocity missile that is designed to sink ships not destroy them. This is achieved by the missile accelrating to nine times the speed of sound. it then proceedes to the target and punches a hole just above the waterline and smashes it way to the other side of the ship where it detonates leaving an unrepairable hole below the waterline. The ship is still more or less intact it is just not floating anymore. The only drawback to the Gan Ning is that it cannot travel over any sizable land mass or its delicate guidance sytems are screwed up and anything could happen.
Gan Ning launcher:
There are two types of Gan Ning launcher the first is landbased and is a direct fire system where the missile is launched horizontally this is the
fastest way of launching but since the scramjets fire inside the tube the system must have high quality shock absorbers or a mis-launch will occur.
The second method is used onboard ships and is a vertical launch system this system does not need shockabsorbers as the missile is catpulted out of the tube and a secondary rocket guides it to level flight before the scramjet is fired the of course means the missile is about three meters longer due to the extra rocket and fuel.

OOC: Very nice basque, but what about the actual hardware you use.
Also I dont think
25% + 25% + 25% + 16% + 21% = 100%.
More like 112% it seems.
Overall you haven't got good logistics, and at only $20,000 per soldier for training, wages, accomodation and equipment. Your troops are going to be poorly supplied and supported with substanderd equipment and incomplete or very basic training.
But you have substantial amounts of troops and you will be able to rush enemies with a wall of quantity not quality military units, in the hope that they will crumble to your superior numbers.
