I'm willing to do it, However, there will be no grand announcement or anything. Shipments already on their way will go on through, we'll just quietly stop further shipments. That should give us a week or two at least before it sinks in over there that something is wrong. I need to know though, what can you tell me about Commodore Bostitch. He has a large fleet of ships at his command which we'll need. I'm not too worried about a coastal blockade - I can handle that issue myself.

The Dictator's staff advised the Dictator to conduct an illegal War so our cover won't be blown. The Dictator refuse to do this, but request that they send a few Armored Cavalry Regiments. The Dictator tought it though and agreed on the staff's suggestion.

The staff suggest that they send 20 Army Special Forces Battalions, 30 Navy SEAL Battalions, 10 Army Marksman(Sniper) Companies, 300 Mercenaries from Displace International and 2 Carrier Battle Strike Groups positioned in International Waters.

The Illegal War was to commense at night. All the Special Forces were to board the ships and dive to the enemy's beach.
