The Emperor Akarth Von Antheron had his Military ready the rumors of an invasion of the Antares Galaxy by the Gaian Ascendancy was thought to come very soon. The Empire of Deatharon had previously had a trade Confernce with the Ascendancy and all seemed well untill the traitor Marius had let slip about Imperial pratice of using terror to control it's citizens. The Dominion had offered ships and they had already arrived. The stage was set the Empire was ready for war. The time is now two months later after the Conference and the Empire has not even seen a Gaian ship in its territory but that could soon change.

Ok guys this is the War forum between The Empire of Deatharon and the Gaian Ascendancy. The Empire is preparing for a defensive war so all its Military is on stand by plus the Wormhole entrances have been blockaded or mined with Nuclear fushion mines.

Yet another eventless shift, looking over comm signals that filtered back and forth across the Comm Center and other various departments. It was nothing special really, just sit at a concole and make sure the data streams running through the fiber-light lines didn't jam up. Also she kept an ear on the little bits of gossip that flitted across them at times too.

A simple job for a highly trained comm-tech. Or essentially today, as part of her normal rotation for the month, act like a highly trained, interstellar switchboard operator.

Wasn't much to it. Didn't have to worry about pay or benefits. The Republic had them all in spades. Pressue of the job was for the military types. She could even pop up a web-portal hub and chat around if she wanted, as long as she kept an eye on the thiry-six thousand, triple redundant comm-lines.

But she was having better time just listening in on two angels talking in a strange language, a Kysallian telling a group line a bad joke, (She still laughed..) and even got a hint about the National team that was about to start it's second World Cup play.

She was just listening in, when something caught her ear, and made her feel cold for some reason.

One of the lines was suddenly coded. And not just any code.

Ascendant Code. Only the Avians that lived in another dimension could come up with code like this. She could forget about figuring it out. Only the high cheese could even figure it out, and everyone in Command Central knew it.

Buit she also knew something else. "(...I wonder if this is it.)" She thought to herself.

The rest of her shift suddenly was done with more attention. Unknowingly, a bunch of other techs were suddenly acting the same way.

The Fold Drive.

It was a singular breakthrough that changed Ascendancy history. Before that, they started with the Kearny-Fuchida Drive, a gravity affected drive that forced Gaian vessels to Jump to the Zenith or Nadir Jump Points of a System. Very poor for a tactical jump drive.

They suffered this for twenty-five years, and then developed the first Boson JumpChulip gates, artifical SuperStations that allowed a vessel to jump to another specific gate, with no time delay. (The Boson Jump System was derived from the quantium physics laws of time-space continutiy, and essentially in a nut shell, lancing that law in two places at once, in a simultaneous 'time-jump', that still had more to do with a physical jump rather than any temporal nonsense.

Never mind the experiments on C.Cs...

But the Boson system remained only on JumpStations until a proper drive was developed to handle the 'side-effect' Boson Jumping had..

..ala patty melting two volunteers into their cockpits of the test vessel they used, while determining the effect of a Boson Jump without a Distortion Shield of some sort. Hence, vessels before though JumpStations had 'very' powerful Distortion Shields, ones that allowed vessels to survive Boson Jumps.

The Drive that was developed had the needed Shield power requirements, and jump drive power calculated into allowing portable Boson Jumps. essentially they develpoed the first instant inter-spatial jump drive.

Along the way Hyperdrive came along, but never caught on, since it was gravity effected as well. But it was incorporated as a backup drive system on all vessels. It and the Boson Drive however were quickly outstripped by the find of all finds.

That find was the Ascendant Dock Yards, where over 50 A-SSD Warships, including the controversial Eternal Destiny were held in stasis in a nebulae complex for over a billion years. But it wasn't the vessels that held the glory.

Fold Drive... the vessels had operational Ascendant Fold Drives, ones that Lady Washu ripped apart, as well as her own brain, to understand, with a ton of Ascendant help of course.

Within twenty further years, the Ascendancy understood, and then began to construct new drives for their entire StarFleet. More, the addition of the Zero-Point Fusion Core, the Molecular Recomposition Unit, and the Dimensional Shield Array gave a vessel everything needed to survive battle, and even win.

Instant coordinate jump location at the touch of a button, anywhere they wished, as well as abiltiy to stave off many physical and energon attacks, and the abiltiy to heal vessel hulls if actually damaged, and all the power required to make those systems work.

..and note weapons haven't been mentioned. =^^=

This technology had been used to expand the Ascendancy into several extra-galactic Galaxy zone colonies, and make several powerful Alliances collectively called the Federated Alliance Commonweath Accord. (..it has several names, some less than 'decent' terms, but this one usually sticks.)

Over 3,000 Star Systems, a long liberation war in the Sapphire Galaxy against the Hades Compact, the Inner Sphere and the Ancient Alliances Sphere, and beyond all the resources needed, not just in habitable systems, but in literally millions upon millions more Star Nodes, Nebulae Complexes, dead Systems, and more, all to gather resources from.

It still wasn't calculated of how much resource capability the Republic now had at it's disposal to draw upon. And with the Fold Drive, collection had a very fast turn around period, presuming upon skilled miners and collectors, both mortal, angelic and droid run.

All thanks to the Fold Drive.

The only aspect not tested yet, was the terror the Fold Drive could bring to war.

Despite the promise by the Ascendancy to invade and liberate Deatharon from the tyrrany they suffered, more than detailed out by Lord Marius to the Gaian Council, the Ascendancy also knew several factors could still be done to play the cards in the Ascendancy's favor, and all from the first moments of battle.

The ancient Terran-American 'shock and awe' had nothing on what the Ascendancy had been buliding up for over two months now. They had intentionally allowed emotions to flow, and then wade, all the while the Ascendancy moved about it's Tourmans and Fleet Groups in normal rotations. Normal Commerce traffic patterns weren't even altered either.

All seemed normal, and no sign 'at all' of an assault of any kind.

The Ascendancy however had been testing a concept out, but double charging the Fold Drives to send a quartet of ECM Corvettes, cloaked and running passive sensors suites, to pop into Dratheria at known dead shipping traffic zones, and leaving 'gifts' in their wake, all the while gathering burst signal intelligence before Folding back out a few seconds later. More than enough time in case a off kilter Fold plopped them in front of a Deatharon warship, fir their shields to hold.

And even then, that would help strain out the Dratherion forces as well.

The Fold Drive therefore for the past few weeks, wasbeing used to play an old tactic.

Mind games.

The Gaians were doing this in Chronosia, Noe Zeta, the Dominion, and even a few neutral powers to give a sense that 'everyone' was having this effect. All a simple in and out operation, usually twice a day in a totally random place, along a 90% certain operational guideline of avoidance probablility.

And even then, the ops were planned to expect the probable run in, using that to stir more confusion.

And if not for all that, the Fold Drive, the Antaries galaxy wouldn't be being subjected to these tactics, which by now must have been driving the other powers goofy with wondering what was up the Ascendancy's arse.

But all this played into the final invasion plan.

Meanwhile two discrepancies were about to come to play. Revolved around two sets of JumpShip groups still in orbit, but looking innoculous all the same.

Ah, good old Gaian Ascendancy. Tag for possible militant aid given to GA.

The Dominion Fleet stayed cloaked and had no communcation between ships. They were on silent running and the Jem'Hadar didnt speak a word. The Dominion however was not worried about any attack. They say they are here to help fight the Gaians but they have a more useful plan. Their spys if they did their jobs well would allow The Dominion the chance they needed to dirty the gaians record. Also they did not wish for full war untel the Dominator was finnished. ( That will be the mother of all Dominion ships..)

Three Kessok ( sp) ships also were with The Dominion Task Force. These ships were in part organic and could heal.The Dominion didnt fully understand these ships however the Cardassians did and were makeing hybrid ships. However none would be ready for this meeting.

The Dominions ships were maybe not able use fold drives and heal their ships. However they made up for it in pure power. The Dominion ships were some of the best ever seen in the universe no one could say other wise. However very few in this galaxy had seen how they fight. This was a big advantage to The Dominion Axis. The Jem'Hadar Battleships that came with the fleet was enough to put fear into enemy hearts.

This however this was not the only major threat in this task force. While they would be worried about the Battleships they would over look the fighters. However three of these took out a galaxy class ( i know i have said that alot ^^). Shield Inversion beams on the fighters made them deadly.

If war did come with The Dominion Axis And the Gaians it would be on Dominion terms. This was more for research then war.

The Emperor sitting in his command chair decides to defend Deatharon Prime by moveing some of his warships out of the Neios system and defend Deatharon Prime. Transimission:
Grand Adrimal Cain send 30 Imperial BattleCruisers to defend Deatharon Prime and lets give the Gaians a present by starting war.

Wormhole opens a

250 Omega Warhead Missiles are launched from Neios the Nauderia and Naqata combination would make the impact of these missile could in normal turn a planet into a barren waste land. The missiles will targets the Gaian captial and many of their worlds.

The two Advisors all but stomped into the personal of his Lordship Poohbab, which ended up being 'awkward' timing..

..since the two were fems..

..and he just finished showering.

When Seto and Ifurita storm in, Aleaic reacts 'too' hastily with his voice, jumping behind a dressing blind. "HEYheyHEY! Knock will ya!"

This startles the two for a moment, but then they roll their eyes. "Oh please Al, your wvies tell us too much anyway."

Aleaic behind his screen, getting dressed moans. "Gotta love em. Gotta test out spacing sometime too." ..he drypans. Seto ignores this and then presses. "Did you know we're missing some ships from our fleet?"

Aleaic pokes his head out. "Eh?"

"Six Snow Eagle JumpShips and enough DropShips for a whole Galaxy unit are past due to contact us."

Aleaic makes a 'hmm' sound. "Lynn's being strategic on us."

Seto BLARES back. "NOT if she attacks ahead of the agreed timeline dammit!"

Aleaic sighs, finishes dressing, and steps out in a robe of state and some slacks. No shoes or socks of course yet. "You know part of the agreement. Besides, it's a Clan Khan we're talking about. She's been pulling these stunts ever since they declared full strength after the Absorption.

Heck, we need more of her actually."

Ifurita blinks twice and objects. "Not if it ruins the plan in doing so."

Aleaic sighs and asks. "Has it occured to you that there's a bigger problem that we may face? I've been mulling this worst case scenario in my head for a few days now."

Seto is the only one that 'gets it', as Ifurita still isn't the astute political afficando here. Seto says.. "Image accountability?"

Aleaic sorta nods.. "For the most part. There's a few other problem issues, but that's part of the bigger problem.

How do we convince the universe at large of our intentions, without seeming like blithering idiots stepping over our own words? Heck, you know doing this will kill the 'pacifist' diplomacy mindset right off the bat.

The problem becomes more then.."

"...how to limit the damage to our image."

Aleaic sorta nods again. "Actually, hell with our image. When we attack, it'll be Clan doctrine style anyway. The bigger problem is limiting casualties, while keeping disinformation from poping out.

..or more, how to make our image better despite the fact and tact."

Seto folds her arms while Al hops on one foot putting a sock on. "If you'd allow, I can come up with a solution there.

But if the Eagles attack before we do officially..."

Aleaic jumps back in with, nearly falling over putting his sock on. "Part of the objective is already going to do that anyway. The rest comes down to when they do it, and how much confusion can be created and used as a result.

And then when to take it from confusion, to ultra clarity in a single stroke. I'm more worried about some one 'else' messing around while we try to do that. And you know 'who' I mean there."

Ifurita and Seto look and nod also in agreement.

Seto though asks. "So what do you want to do if the Eagles attack prematurely?"

Aleaic then suprises them. "The same thing the Tigers may do. I bet they 'won't'. And if they do, it may draw attention from other aspects anyway.

The idea is enough confusion, and a cold hard strike beyond the realm of remorse, until we win the day and liberate the souls ensalved there.

The hell with out image. I'll have our image shreded apart if it means we can save lives in the long run."

"With a war? Kinda poor logic if you were Krioval or Xinoner or any of the others watching."

Aleaic then says plainly. "If they care for those people, they won't do more than insult us, and then just watch. The end result is liberation, not worrying about image, again as i said."

Aleaic then sighs and then sits on his bed. "Hell, I still think everyone thinks our 'idealism' is a joke to them all. That we can't deliver on our threats, and use diplomacy as a shanty card.

No... if the dream of us being Guardians for all nations under the heel like Deatharon, is ever going to come to pass, then we need to be willing to thow aside words and act on what we 'can' do.

..and by blood and toil it be, we will prove our place 'is' what we intend it to be."

Aleaic sighs... then realizes he's been ranting in a speech again. He looks up and sees his Advisors looking with neutral smiles at him. "Uh.. sorry about that."

"Nay Your Excellency..." Ifurita quotes.. "...it's words like that, that make us believe in your dream. You're acting like your GrandFather more with every passing day."

Aleaic then adds with a tug at his hair and nose.. "Hope I don't end up 'looking' like him all too soon."

Seto pegs in. "Give it a few billion years, if word was correct there."

Aleaic bites his cheeks, saying with an off tone. "One mess at a time, this one first."

Seto and Ifurita both nod, and then head back out. Aleaic then starts to pull on his other sock..

...and then slips off the bed with a girly 'oomph'...

The massive missiles come out of worm hole that appears at the edge of each system of the targeted planet. The Missiles are moving slowly due to the heavy materials they carry. Cloaked probes were sent with them to scan how the Gaians will respond to this message of the Emperor.

250 Systems at once, cloaked and with the firepower needed to carry out what they intended to do.

In any other empire, they would do their job marvelously.

But the Ascendancy had been preparing for this eventuallity for almost a half century now. Every major expansion had this eventuallity in mind, as had the use of the Power of Hikari to create the barrier that protected the Gaian Core Republic, and it's allied Colonies.

Almost as soon as the wormholes were made and the missles entered, the Power of Hikari sensed the 'ill' intent immediately, alerted every affected System, and seconds after that alerted the Council.

Within thirty seconds the Republic 'knew'.

One minute after that, the Hikari Power 'sent' a wave of Angelhawk energy, which took the form of a number of large energy 'feathers' that surround the projectiles and destabilize the cloak being used. More than enough disruption for them to be detected by the numerous System Defense Gun Platforms.

Each System by this time, had at least one Platform, and the Core Worlds had 'four' each.

As soon as the projectiles are revealed, the Ion Cannons perform as expected. Within each gun station, the weapons train on their targets from as far away as several millions of kilometers away. At the command to fire, a gamut of Ionizing plasma fire lances out from total extreme long range, with an accuracy that would make a Clanner cry.

The lances of energy, more than triple needed to subdue a CAG WarShip, strike the projectiles at an average of two minutes, aimed with lag time calculated. Once the beams connect, the energy used does it's work.

It's all about the physics and chemical interactions between compunds and a chemical based laser, ionized over a thousand times the needed strength. The reaction does two things.

First it kills all chemical reactions in the matter within the projectiles, which also affects atomic interactions. The missles lose both potency, and drive capability.

Second, the beams then place a charged envelope around each missle, one that a simple tractor beam can lock onto from a decent distance away.

Within ten minutes, from start of attack, to last Platform response fire, the entire attack is stopped dead cold.

*Palace WarRoom Command*

The Strategic and Tactical Advisors get the final picture from observing vessels that quick Fold upon each projectile. They have with them a Molecular Furnace vessel to 'clean-up' the mess made. The end result would be raw material to make new Gaian Assets.

The Nauderia and Naqata would be removed molecularly and used at a later date for another more magnanamous purpose. Recycling is 'environmentally' friendly for a reason.

"It worked.." Lady Yurika finally says calmly. Aleaic with everyone else of the Council listen, with Al saying. "Well, can we confirm who sent the weapons?"

"Deatharon... the wormholes have graviton and atomic particle indicators from the Antaries Galaxy. The missles had naquita signatures, ones that they use, noting from Lord Marius's information. The cloak is also a signature in line with established scans from our ECM Corvettes."

Yurika's report is more than enough for Lord Aleaic.

He stands straight from a leaning position upon a readout console on the second lowest level of the round, depression carved chamber.

He simply looks at the tactical schema from the ECM scans, of the star map of Deatharon. The pan was finalized already, and everyone knew what to do. And how 'fast' to do it.

Aleaic then says openly. "Secure all channels of communication. Send the codes required.

..at the set time we move."

That was all that was said, and all needed. Everyone started their assigned duties double time.

Aleaic just looks at his wives, just before they head to their duties.

Aleaic then codes a signal to Alpha Galaxy.

On the outside, there still seems no obvious sign that the Gaian military is reacting to the attack.

...none whatsoever...

The commander of the Flag Ship of the dominion task force looked at his first officer and said " What are the chances the gaians know we are here?"

The first officer replyed " 10% Chance"

The commander smiles " Good. Ready the Atmosphere Deprivation Devices. If we fired 30 at the gaians homeworld one to three would get threw is what our computer is telling us. Their defences are good but no defence is unbreakable."

He sighs " I dont think we will get orders to use them tho sadly."

The Emperor and his senior Military staff watched the whole thing via the probes sent through the wormhole with the missiles. General Krell was the first to speak after the shock seeing the Gaian defenses at work. "My Emperor it seems we should go on the defensive or give up some territory in the Antares Galaxy." Emperor Akarth Von Antheron I replies, "No we would lose control of the Empire if I agreed to that. The people accept my rule out of pride and fear surrender would ruin that." Grand Duke Mavis Von Antheron the supreme Lord commander of the military suggestes, " My Brother, we should rally the people under your cause and get the mutants to help in the struggle." Princess Maria Von Antheron (daughter of the Emperor age 18) in a calm voice, "I will take command of the Imperial fleet at Brakka-A." Prince Alfred Von Antheron (son of the Emperor current heir to the Throne.) in a hostile voice, "I forbid it as your older Brother and head of the Imperial Marine Core." Emperor Akarth Von Antheron, " The Emperor in a stern voice, " Maria shall have her command positon." Prince Alfred looked down and replied, "Yes father."

The Antares Galaxy has always been our home and friend ever since are ancestors were forced on the ships and sent here. The Empire of Deatharon was built to protect our Galaxy from invasion and infestation. We must now unite Mutant and Human to defend our Empire and Galaxy from Gaian tyranny. I have formally declared war on them by sending 250 missiles to the outsiders." The people look shocked yet the seeds on Nationalism seem to glint in their eyes. The Emperor continues, "We are now ready to prepare for there counter strike and our Military is mobilized we only need soldiers who will defend this Galaxy and the Empire?" The people as if on q scream, "US!!" The Emperor smiles as his citizens prepare for war.

The Gaian Council watched this response with not much suprise. After keeping track of the sudden immolation of war across several star empires, encompassing thousands of light-years, the Gaians had already been steeled for this moment.

Tsunami quips.. "Sure of themselves they are."

"Then we'll have to teach them the meaning of the difference between words and action." Aleaic says, looking afar across the way, looking at no less than 'three' Khans, two his own, the third representing his, and a fourth Tourman, soon to engage on the proper orders.

"You know the plan." ..Khans Lynn McKenna, Treze Kushrenada, and Satin West nod. "We do." They each echo.

Aleaic then looks to another section of the chamber, standing behind Lady Washu, a very different character, one recently made the CIC of the SpecOps, given his long service in the Inner Sphere.

"Precentor ROM Victoria Parrdeau?"

She nods, dressed in the traditional ComStar Robes. Khan West looks at her with disdain, but her only words. "Already in position."

Aleaic nods, then stands. "We wait as planned. Let them sweat it out for a good bit. They may play to emotion, but their tech already met ours. I suspect they're trying to figure out our next move.

..and this is it. Up the normal traffic patterns."

Yurika was the first one to the holo-comm.

Within two hours, the traffic of Fold Jumps within the Republic all but tripled. both WarShip, JumpShip, merchant, and commerce activity went through the roof.

Which was a perfect smokescreen for.........

The Republic souls listening to the announcement were no less worried, and spoke among themselves about their collective future. One theme that seemed to play out, was that the Defense Network had done it's job 'exactly' as promised.

Meanwhile, a quiet shift was also taking place here, as little by little, the end of the build up was all but ready. Having used their own 'luxury' as a cloak, the citizens had slowly allowed heavu automation of most industries, as the Gaians slowly trained little by little, not all at once, and not by a major amount to draw attention. But the Conventional and Colony Guard Forces were essentially ready to defend 'every' world within the Ascendancy, if by the hard to fathom event came to pass, that an invasion fleet survived the Defense Network, and then the layers of Planetary Shields, Planetary Ion Arrays, and AeroDefense Networks, 'then' they would face this mass of determined defense.

Also quietly, the Angel God Corps had been quadrupled in strength, by simply 'installing' them everywhere a security function could be arranged. Each planet had a secret force reserve of at least 10 Clusters of Infantry, not listed on the rosters, but 'attached' to the Colony Guards.

This freed all the Primary Tourman Forces, no less than 6 FACAF Universes and 5 FACAF Divisions, not including the three Ascendancy Tourmans of CAG, CSE, and CWT. Clan Nova Cat and Clan Ghost Bear also slated two Galaxies each, and the reamining Inner Sphere forces slated a total of 30 Regiments for reserve and mop up. The militia forces of the Inner Sphere and Ancient Alliances Spheres were also being quietly mobilized as well to take up the slack. Heavy automation and 'stay at home' policy, kept up the indicator that there was no obvious sign of mobilization. The eye was kept on the Tourmans and House Forces, but even kept low key here as well.

But despite all this, even with a total lack of visible preparation, the economies, supply dispositions, mental preparation, and training was there...

..they were already prepared.

The Empire was in a state of pure Military control citizens were volunteering by the thousands to join the Guard. The Emperor had given orders to defend only the most important territories first. His hope was that the Gaians will only take territories that are unguarded by the Empire and then he would push them out of the Galaxy with allied help.
General Krell was walking toward the Heavy Assault Carrier that was to take him and his men through the Wormhole to the gates of hell. He had learned when the Emperor tells you to go to the enemy via wormhole that could only mean one thing he was sacrificeing you to distract the enemy for a large operation. The men cheered when they saw Krell he was a hero of the War of unifaction and had personaly killed an upper eshalon of the resistance many in the Empire feared him he was going to show the Gaians why.

The fleet with Krells feared Deatharon's 3rd doom legion headed out with 100Imperial BattleCruisers 50 Heavy assault carriers and 1 Imperial Guardian commanded by Adrimal Primerious Gosh another nobleman.(a Baron)

The Dominion was busy toying around with battle plans one of the favorit plans was Leena's. " They send their fleets here then we have 90% of the Cardassian Fleet attack their empire followed by Breen and Gorn attacks. All backed up by three Dominion Task forces. They couldnt over come that and keep this war up."

However this was just how The Dominion was. Even when they already had a plan they made others in the event something dosnt go how they want.

The armada departed however a change of plans had occured instead of an assault on the Gaians they were to be held in reserve in case of Gaian forces enter into the Antares Galaxy. General Krell told his men, "The Gaians were lucky because if we had come they would become more subject worlds for the Empire." The men laughed as usually. General Krell look out toward the stars wondering what is outside of this Galaxy?

The Imperial Intelligence Core was busy watching probes that were wondering through the Antares Systems and through other Galaxies. The amount of systems the Gaians controled surpised them. Lady Alura also known as the queen of shadows runs the core with a heavy hand and strict discipline. "My Lady, we have a problem we are trying to figure out what the Gaians are doing and they seem to be bumping up traffic and we don't know why?" Lady Alura realizes this could mean trouble contacts the War deparment with a coded message about the situation.

Marius and his men ask for the audience of Lord Aleaic to help with their own little operation.

They knew the Dominion was out there, and knew they had been for months now. They knew the Deatharon forces would attempt an operation to test the Gaian defenses once more.

..they knew they were probably waiting too long.

And if both sides knew enough, then one side knew too much to chew on, without having concrete support to back it up.

Aleaic was busy preparing his recorded speech for a holo-vid crew, done in a secret location, when a laser-comm feed told him of Lord Marius's request. he complied back into the Council Chambers some ten minutes later, where he waited for Marius's party.

Meanwhile, the single largest DropShip in the Ascendancy, roars from the surface of White Diamond.

Within it, soon to dock with a Monolith Class JumpShip, would contain the 'largest' suprise of the coming invasion. One that would have been easily seen, if not for the massive events, the Celebrations and sudden war preparations, not to mention several other wars comencing all at once.

OOC: No one knows the location of the task force unless they get very close to the ships to detect them. That dosnt mean other nations dont know they are out their but getting their exact postion would be hard if not impossible with out getting in fireing range of the ships do to the cloak. The only one that knows the postion of the fleet is a few high ranking Dominion Goverment members are their info is one month old. Also i was wondering if The Dominion dose engage the Gaian fleet in a short battle if both goverments could play it up as a skirmish and not a full war with The Dominion? if so i was hopeing for a little action between them

Marius tells Aleaic of his plan, "I believe me and my men could convince General Krell to defect to your side but we would need a way to talk to him without his men or his bodyguards which means a tactical strike to capture him alive."

Aleaic asks simply. "Do you know what planet he is on?" Aleaic stops, looks side to side, and then hits a button on the Council table.

It causes the room to be utterly dead to outside electronic devices of anykind. In fact, 'no' electronic functions suddenly work in the room whatsoever.

..not even the report Padd units suddenly work.

"I am going to tell you a simple fact, that we have been doing ever since that discussion a couple of months back.

SpecOps and ComStar ROM are already onplanet. They were dropped in within the first few days, and have since then, been slowly inserting themselves as normal technicians in your society, taking readings of your forces prepardness, as well as locating about any important structure or area that can be a target of a first strike.

They've quietly been doing this, while we made noise to keep eyes 'away' from your planets.

We can insert your team in the same way as we did for our Ops forces, if you wish to travel on an ECM Corvette on a Fold mission.

And I implore, do 'not' inform anyone outside this room what I told you. At least not until the invasion begins."

Marius looks surpised, " General Krell is know for fanatical attack he will either be held in reserve in space or on Brakka-a where his men are based during peace time." Marius then adds,"If he is on ship it will be on a carrier with his men maybe your spies can find out where he is."

Aleaic then nods, and then adds.. "Prepare a coded message only your general will understand. When we have confirmation of his location, we'll inform you, and send you on the next ECM Corvette mission.

And you beter be ready. It has to be done almost on top of the invasion itself. If you wish it, I will send Angel Gods to help protect your group here until you finish your mission.

..and yes, they come in SpecOp form, dress and training as well."

Marius replies,"The coded message is already complete but it has been a while since we fought in a black ops mission we most likely will need help so the Angels would be helpful but all we have is our Chronos Armor we lost our weapons when we volunteered for delegation duty."

Aleaic nods, then offers.. "I suspect that Clan Battlearmor is similar in makeup to your Chronos Armors. I will have a suit contingent made available to your forces by the time you depart.

And I implore you to complete your task by the time we invade. otherwise we cannot have the luxury of holding fire on any of your nation's assets, no matter how debilitating the effect may be."

Aleaic is about to shut down the null field in the chamber, but then asks first. "Anything else?"

Marius replies, "No I think that is all but I have one question how did your people get past the DNA scans and background checks?"

There are ways, which we practice on ourselves overly much. Should tell ya the story about how I tried to take a secret data Padd into an unsecured zone, and got surrounded by Angel Gods about two seconds later."

Aleaic smirks.. "I told them to reduce that to 1.5 seconds."

At that, Aleaic heads out after reactivating sensors in the chamber and heads for his personal chambers. There, alone, he approaches a side console desk, laden with the usual affairs of state.

As well as a few terran tomes, hardbound and very much paper written unto. A stark contrast to the technology upon the console table. He picks one up, looking at the title and keeping in mind the contents. A gift, and a reminder from Lord Tsutsumi.

...as he opens and pages through The Illiad, he comments to himself.

Twelve hours later, the ECM Corvette Strike Tau-Ceti, with two others, and with Lord Marius and his team aboard. There is no pronouncement, and no added signals other than recieved about two hours prior.

The Empire was preparing for an attack from the outside they figured the enemy fleet would use treachery like in the Neo Zeta and Nova conflict so they increased security and tried to identify every citizen before any invasions started. The Imperial guard was deployed in every system and the Jem Hadar fighters were complete and ready to defend the internal part of the Empire.

The final preparations were all but done. Over the past twelve hours, the normal flow of DropShip commerce traffic, masked the final movement of DropShips with military equipment and supplies. The then full vessels then folded around a few times, even going so far as to drop a laden DropShip with mechs and troops, to the surface of a planet, and then rise back up transmitting completely new ID-IFF codes and such.

But the coragraphed symphony was on a stringent time table, and no dallying was allowed. It had all be synched for months in advance, and the final orders would also ensure that the assets were in place on every assigned JumpShip and WarShip when the time came.

Meanwhile, the numerous SSD Class vessels were playing a game of their own. They would send messages in code, but in one somewhat easily broken, indicating intentions to attack a certain coordinate. They even Folded from Core Worlds to Colony Galaxies Systems, simply to then send messages back that a certain 'distance' and time vector had been achieved. Considering the mass and firepower, no to mention military capacity of each one, it was expected that this noice would be heeded very clearly.

But it was 'quickly' all coming to a close.

Meanwhile the ECM Corvettes were cleared to depart. The popped into the Brakkia-A System, and there pop teleported Marius and his team onto a SpaceStation where General Krell was expected to be for an evening dinner appointment, he had personal quarters and all assigned.

The team was informed by the Captian of the ECM Corvette, moments before the team was teleported, that the invasion would begin right as the General and his party would be having dinner.

That was all that was informed, and then the team was teleported, and then Folded out swiftly.

The catch to all this, was that the teleport took place almost 1 million kilometers away from the Station, giving note to the Gaian teleporters accuracy and range.

It was a harbringer to come of things of battle.

The Empire's force's where everywhere the Imperial Guard was defending the main every planet from attack. The Marines were reniforceing the guard and where mostly based on the command centers and border outposts. The Imperial navy had it ships all on the borders with some of the Navy protecting Deatharon. The Empire seemed ready for any type of attack they were used to.

Brakka-A
Marius and his men had successfully gotten into the Spacestaion General Krell was suppose to be. Marius and his men wore the uniforms of a colonel and a group of officers most people left them alone. Marius eventually found General Krell room but was surpised to notice it was guarded by Ogres. (a group of humans with a gene problem that makes them strong but really dumb.) Marius was quiet shocked and thought since when did the Empire grant mutants citizenship? Marius figured they would act like normal guards and ordered them to stand aside so he could see the General. The Ogres moved out of his way. At least Marius thought they know how the chain of command works. Marius enters the room where Krell is preparing to defend Brakka-a from Gaian attack. The room was covered with battle plans, computer command codes and even the feared system defense grid which operated the planetary defense cannons on the planet. Marius salutes and says his lines,"All hail the Empire." Krell looks up and replies, "So the traitor has returned we never thought you would return after you hid amongst the Emperors enemies." Marius replies, "I am no traitor I just want the Empire to surrive and prosper for it citizens not the nobility." Krell replies coldly, "There are other ways of doing that other than betraying your Emperor." Marius replies in an enraged voice, "How revolution? Kill the Emperor? no this is the best solution." Marius adds, besides who are you really loyal to the Emperor or the common man?" Krell answers, "The people of course." Marius states, "join us and save the Empire it will fall into ruin if we don't." Krell replies, "Very well for the Empire I will help you." he hands the defense grid to Marius as if on cue the systems defense all go down and the ground forces all stand down.

Emperor Akarth Von Antheron was in the Deatharon System preparing the fleet there to protect the planet.

..the signal was piggybacked onto local radio waves as background noise, coded in Ascendant, to small cells on many of the initial target worlds, by several other ECM Folds missions at the same time that Marius's party arrived at the Brakkia-A Station.

The movements were coordinated to coincide with meal time breaks, rotation shifts, and other tertiary details usually overlooked by a native defense force. Another of the observations made by the SpecOps units keeping a very low profile.

However that was silently coming to an end.

"Aye sire!" ...about six techs barked back, as Aleaic continued to finish looking over his Eternity, even as the DropShip shook all around him. Yet another low profile moment, as the DropShip rose to it's docking port.

Lady Ryoko comes in a few moments later, focused on those voices, the Commander of Alpha Excellency Galaxy looking for her boss.

Aleaic feels such first. "Over here."

Ryoko enters the lower section of the Mech bay of the DropShip, filled with Mech parts, ammo, supplies, and ten Mechs, two-thirds of the Command Star of Aleaic's personal ilCommand Trinary. The other third is above in the upper Mech bay. She turns and heads left to Aleaic, already suited up in his Mechwarrior suit.

She arrives and finds.. "L.. Lady Arashi?"

"Don't forget me." ...Ryoko looks and.. "Tsunami!??!"

Indeed, all three Excellencies are suited up, Aleaic is stepping down from the loading ramp connected to his Mech. "..yeah I know.." ..Aleaic puts with a dry drawl.

He hops down, indicating in a dryer voice.. "They didn't want me alone this time around."

Ryoko eyes the Lady Excellencies. "You 'do' remember what happened to you on Hilton Head, right?"

Tsui just sighs.. "And I remember what happened to my husband then too."

"As do I, and I was pregnant at the time." Arashi adds. Aleaic meanwhile opens a leg indicator panel, one that gives a tech or pilot access to Mech stats while on the ground. He adds.. "They stowed away."

The two Lady Excellencies roll their eyes. "You really expect us to stay behind after that speech you gave Marius?" Aleaic retorts. "I expected a war that despite our capabilities to do what we say, even save lives, to be probably somewhat bloody, since they won't pull the punches the same way we will."

"All the more to be there with our own people when we invade. Like I want to sleep at night, knowing I was safely in my own bed, while others died for me light-years away."

Aleaic winces, yet again under Tsui's harsh logic. Aleaic already gave in to far worse when he found them adjusting their own Mechs. More when he saw Arashi doing the same.

Aleaic groans, gives in, and asks Ryoko. "I presume........"

Ryoko nods and hands a Strategia-Padd to Al. "We got the last signals from the other allied forces."

Aleaic nods, looks over the prepared statements the various leaders would make, including standard batchtall from the Clan inclusions, and then took a look at the overall tactical assets.

Aleaic nods. Hands the Padd back and Ryoko, with the following.

"The Snow Eagles should be giving us the go ahead in about half an hour. Actually suprised they held their composure, but you know when it is time."

Ryoko nods, and heads back to the Command deck very quickly. Haste was suddenly infused in everything done.

Aleaic just looks at his two wives, who just stare at him. "Okay okay, no need to push.." ..and Al just goes back to doing more Mech checkups.

"Kaching..." Arashi just whispers, with her Sister nodding then looking to her own affairs.

It begins almost as scheduled....

..the dance begins as the ROM and SecOp units manage to infiltrate at least three-thourths of the telecommunication and signals nodes, as well as several large power substations and other operations nodes are quietly 'taken down'..

..the begin by pumping enough quantities of ether gas into the targets, to knock out the personel working in them. Others are taken down by ultra strength tranquilizer guns and stun blasters, both with specially built silencers.

Even so deep as Deatharon Prime, large numbers of these support facilities suddenly go dark, eventually more than enough to start gaining attention.

By then the attention is drifted inwards as expected, as almost 60% of the Gaian commerce traffic stops dead.

Within Gaian space, a flurry of sudden acknowledge codes fly across in a two minute period, whence all vessels slated for the invasion state their Fleet assignment, and their from/to coordinates.

The over 4,000 Jump capable vessels, with their loaded cargoes, suddenly switch coordinates to the Invasion slate, as several invasion cooridors are focused, and all assigned vectors finalized.

Most of the Council members are on various vessels in the Fleet, and after their docking, the Excellency party is on the bridge of the SSD Manefest Destiny, the only SSD being used, where they accept the numerous codes into Fleet Group and Tourman/Army designators.

Everyone then waits for the clock to count down..

The long absent Snow Eagles suddenly appear, with a Fold Jump placing forty-two vessels above the primary world. Their arrival marked by a sharp appearance of bright points of light, which expand into long brilliant lines of light, and finally expand fully into vessels. The WarShips in the Fleet hold defensive positions directed towards any enemy warships, while giving a cooridoor to the habitable planet below, their target landing area already in sight.

Then, in a sudden and full in character announcement, The Snow Eagle Khan announces her batchtall on open frequencies.

":: We are the Snow Eagles, formerly the proud Snow Ravens, and no less lethal by either name. By our sharp wings the likes of the Falcons, Jaguars, and even the Not-Named-Clan have fallen to our might..

..but we obey another and their grander plans than just our own, hence what we demand.

We come to claim this world in the name of our masters, the Angels of the Ascendancy. I, Khan Lynn McKenna of the same bloodname as the founder of the Terran Hugemony, and thereby the Star League, declare my forces of Alpha and Beta Galaxy, to contest the forces native here.

Who be that I challenge. State your name and rank, state your forces you wish to fight me with, and where you wish the field of honor and glory to be bestowed.

State to me within ten of your world's minutes, or know we will forgo the honor of this calling, and invade outright, as we would to any and all other dezgra we have faced. If you be honorable, answer us now. ::"

At that, the Eagles hold their position, and do 'not' fire first, waiting for any response.

The next move is actually the Deatharon's, and their response would determine the nature of this war.

The Empire was hit heavily by the subterfege luckly thanks to hidden underground Generators the Nauderia Shields and fighters still worked even if the Missiles and Point singularity cannons were out.

The Baron of this world Protosis Gosh was ordered to defend his system from attack by his Duke. This meant he had no choice but to send a transmission back.

Transimission............

"The Empire has placed me in command of this planet I am the Baron Protosis Gosh master of this planet and all it's Military forces. I was told to expect treachery from the Gaian threat but you fools wrecked are defense grids and communication nodes. I can not even send a coded message to Deatharon Prime." Said Gosh and then adds, "If you want this world you will have to take that up with the Emperor himself the planet is not mine to give but to protect and run it untill he should do so himself. I would however would like to see my supposed conqueror face to face. you choose the spot. Gosh out"

Gosh hoped that it would be a fight even though he knew his small army of Guardsman and marines would be hard pressed agaisnt the might of bombarding ships.

The Dominion Commander looked at a com pad he laughs. " So many ships to take this small empire how weak they are. We could easly take this empire with half the number. Our plan is going good. Task forces Blood Lust and Hells Gate sould be ready by now send the message for them to ready them selves to come into battle when needed."

His 2nd in command nods and says " As force the Cardassian Counter Attack Force?"

The commander nods " We will save them for when such a attack is needed."

Khan McKenna replied back to Gosh on comm... ":: Fifteen kilometers outside your capital city, twenty minutes.

..as for your Emperor, he's about to be occupied. ::"

Just then, a Star Warrior informs. "We have a fleet coming out of a wormhole, they engaged a cloaking shield."

The Khan just replies. "Hold station and prepare to repel fire. We'll have assistance in a short while here." She then leaves and within five minutes is in her DropShip with her Keshik. Another two after that, fifty-two DropShips burn at attack speed towards the surface with clouds of OmniFighters escorting.

As they began their burn it..

All the fleet vessels FoldJumped in three staggered waves, the first targeting the combined Brakkia worlds, as well as the known wormhole stations, and border DefenseStations, the initial waves of fast attack WarShips and High-Mobiles, quickly opening fire with maximum effect Ionic Gravitron Blast Cannon shots, configured to mass stun the hell out of their targets. Half the vessels nearby are also hit with these cannons, as well as several other configured disabling weapons.

One is a Heavy Naval Gauss shot, one that has specially modified particle accelerators, ones that when they touch enemy vessel shielding, they cause the shields to overcharge out of control, either rupturing the shield generators, or sapping power by as much as 60 percent. This allows the Stun Ions from various class size weapons to have greater impact.

Clan Angel Galaxy and Clan Snow Raven take the Corridor between Brakkia-G to Brakkia-F.

Clan White Tiger and the AFFS would take the corridor of Brakkia-B and J.

The DCMS, Clan Ghost Bear and Clan Nova Cat would take Brakkia-D, and also make the first deep strikes towards Hana and Deatharon Prime.

Several FACAF Universes would invade down between Brakkia-E and A, and strike deep into Skarr before joining in on Deatharon.

The FACAF Army Front was a wide one, targeting Brakkia-J, H, and C before focusing on Neios and lending support for the Deatharon invasion.

FACAF Mercenary Units, also attached to the Republic of the Sphere Forces, led by Wolf's Dragoons and The Kell Hounds, would take the narrow corridor of Brakkia-I and L before joining CAG and CSE forces on Magiana.

The First wave was taking these Systems, as well as striking down (non-lethally) the regional SpaceStation Commands, as well as any not captured wormholes along the way. By the second wave, slated for two to four weeks into the campaign, all forces should be hitting the inner worlds, as well as making landings in support of the initial blitzkrieg on Deatharon itself.

Aye, six Regiments and seven Clusters from the FACAF Allied forces would hit Deatharon itself, to both take key sections of the planet prior to the main invasion of the System, as well as to pin down enemy forces, preventing them from helping the other attacked systems.

About two hundred points of light appear above Brakkia-F, Folding into appearance, along with one massive Folding vessel commanding the initial wave here.

The Star Commander orders likewise to the comm-techs.

Ryoko looks over the world she's about to conquer. "And here we go..."


:: To all forces of this world. we are Clan Angel Galaxy, and we come to take this world, in the name of liberation, and with intent to defeat all opposing forces that stand against the words soon to justify this act.

We, the absorbers of the Snow Ravens, call upon the defenders of this world and System to announce their forces to us, as well as who commands this world before us.

I, Galaxy Commander Ryoko Masaki speak for my master, who is now about to engage in battle, demand this before we land. Any fire taken upon us prior to announcing who we face, will be considered the will of 'all' your forces, and will be reacted to accordingly.

If you value a battle with the least blood shed, then answer our demand, otherwise we must presume the worst, and will commit the worst to end the battle quickly, even viciously if needed. ::"

She would wait for ten minutes to give fair warning.

At eleven, she would be with the ilCommander on a hard burn into the atmosphere.

This started occurring over every targeted world in wave one. Multiple numbers of WarShips and greater numbers of JumpShips, with numbers of similar batchtall demands, before invading. It was the intent to limit the battles where needed, by choosing the field of battle, as well as how many forces each world held. If possible, avoid civilian casualties altogether.

But the weapons being used would try to limit casualties at 'all' in the first place. It was the only change from the normal type of warfare, where indiscriminate destruction was the norm...

..and was useless as a tactic in the Ascendancy's eyes, where the nature of the war was centered upon liberation. However if possible, honorable methods would be used to give the native forces a measure of self-respect, as humiliation was also not on the FACAF Allied agenda.

The entire long run was to limit hate, and put the Deatharon economy and other essential sectors, aside from the military, back on it's feet very fast. That's why non-critical support stations, communication centers, and such were hit, even though also nullified, and placed under tactical interdiction.

To accomplish this however, they had to also fight in a 'shock and awe' manner, where once the batchtall were completed, and either answered or not, would then see Allied forces hitting 'very' hard, unless reason otherwise was given, such as local garrison surrenders or such due to possible 5th Column or loyalties not in the vein of the Empire's own.

*Republic Core Worlds..*

Of the forces that left, a good amount of the commerce and economic capability was left behind, as was the ability to move large quantities of consumables around. However that too was equated in, and every world was stockpiled with rationable supplies to last for as long as one year of continuously heavy combat, even in the unlikely case of Core worlds being hit.

Yet more still, about 3/10ths of the WarShip and 4/10ths of the JumpShip assets remained in the Republic, Allied and Colony Worlds, still enough to move emergency supplies, and move troops where needed.

..the troops being both Conventional Forces and Republic Colony Guards, both on high alert.

As for the Homeworld, Lord Keiichi was left in charge, as he, Bell, Peorth, Seto and Isarra ran the functions of government in the absence of their more military minded peers.

However more than enough military minds also remained behind, such as those tracking one other portion of the invasion not mentioned yet.

Four Kushan-Droid Fleets suddenly Folded into the general vicinity of the Dominion Fleet. They were accurate enough to make for a good shock for the Fleet present.

...having been traced down, not by cloak field tech, but by simple physics.

They found enough of a gravity 'nudge' by the displacement of the Dominion Fleet, to calculate the probable location, verses one where the area's natural gravity should be undisturbed.

Mass is still mass, and mass creates gravity.

Ascendant tech bases sensors are 'that' sensitive.

They didn't have an exact lock, but they 'did' have a general location. It could be focused down rapidly from there. In any case, as soon as the Droid Fleets secured the area, sixteen High-Mobiles and three Heavy WarShips Folded in, with the following message:

At that, the Fleet held position, weapons ports open and charged, but not firing.

The Gaian-Deatharon War had now truly begun.

Baron Gosh was in position he was an honarable man and had come with only 40 Marines and one Imperial Walker as escort. He saw the ships come and ordered a halt to the defenses to keep them from opening up on the Khan McKenna's forces but no fool ordered the Nauderia shields to surround the planet and only lowered them long enough for her ships to come.

The Multiple systems however had noblity that was from the wars of unification and un like Gosh were trained killers and generals. They choose to fight they managed to take power from the local population centers including hospitals to power up all defenses and unleash hell on command. The Naval forces did not even bother to speak to the Gaians as far as they were concerened the Gaians were the enemy and they open up attack as soon as possiable. The sudden attacks on the wormhole gates and stations surpised the fleets guarding them. The armada guarding the central territory (meaning Hana Skarr Deatharon and Magiana) surrounded their respected worlds fired on any ship that entered and did not contain an Imperial signal. This means a soon as they entered these system they were hit by not only the defenses of the fleet like phaser torpedos and point singularity cannons from the ships but also from the planets causing massive damage to any Gaians that tried to enter through (plus the Empire has it's most powerful defenses here like the 400 automated Jem Hadar fighters created through the trade from Ironcially though the Gaian conference. plus thousands of automaded interceptors and missiles with wormhole capabilites.) The outer defenses such as the Brakka systems could not effectivaly defend themselfs despite the massive interceptor attacks on Gaian positions these were partially effective but the fleets there were ruin do to the fact the Gaians weapons destroyed the main defenses of these fleets the ability to rely on each other for quick help when being overrun. Many vessels surrendered after sustaining heavy damage. some were hard core Imperialist and would die fighting. The planets still had their nearly repaired defenses and began attacking the Gaian fleets with 50 heavy point singualrity cannons 30 Omega missiles silos 200 Alpha class missile silos and one thousand A.I. controled Interceptors on each main planet in each system. (the interior Central areas have even more defenses and can put up a better fight.) The sheilds were deployed Nauderia class. and if the Gaians defeated that they would have to take on the Guard and marines mobilized on the ground with wormholes to jump from world to world. (these are small land based generators that can move a certain amount of troops from only Imperial worlds have (think stargate) we have yet to figure a way to travel to other worlds not inside the empire.)

The Imperium had already encountered the Deatherons and had been assured that they would aid them; and now, the Imperium sought to make good on that promise. A transmission rang out to Deatheron across the cold void of space; a message of power and peace.

Together, we can repel this threat; together, we can end our respective wars...The Ascendancy, shall be brought low, by the degenerate hordes of Chronosia....I ask only your acceptance; and your honor in a blood pact...You have one conventional earth hour to decide..."

A weakened transmission goes out to the Imperium.

I am Emperor Akarth Von Antheron I, ruler of The Empire of Deatharon. We are currently under attack and need help in defeating the Gaian invaders they have invaded a number of my systems and we request aid. The Empire shall fight to the best of its ability but the enemy has knocked out some of our powerstations and communication nodes. This transmission took alot of energy from the Imperial Emergency supply but we shall fight and do all that we can to liberate are galaxy and Empire from the Gaian Invaders.................

The SpecOps actions were indeed effective, but knowing that power was still be diverted to essential defenses, even more so from civilian sectors was a pit in their gut.

Therefore they redirected their efforts at splicing local command circuits to relay general forum information to the populace at large.

Admiral Niemonus of the 23rd Fleet, on board the McKenna Class Kerensky, nodded, as the 4th Kushan-Droid Fleet is apparently getting whalloaped. He orders.. "Prepare static short FoldJumps, as much as our Cores can handle.

Inform the AeroOmnis to begin Beta-Phase Two, open fire wave patterns until heavy weapons silenced.

..and tell me Zeta Galaxy isn't a 'part' of that mess!"

"No Sir! They're getting through to the surface of Brakkia-G! Still looking good!"

The Comm-Techs are already relaying orders.

In short order, similar orders, per standard tactics, begin seeing WarShips Short-FoldJump away from singularity cannon vectors, and effective ranges. Meanwhile, entire Wings of OmniFighters and Omni-LAMs shoot in with wave after wave, disabiling shields and stunning with StarJel Missiles and Ionic cannons to take the effective capability of these weapons away.

The enemy missiles are dealt with by long range Ion Beam Cannon fire, and more Gravitron Blast Cannon main fire. This fire also stands off the enemy fleets enough to take out enough of the ammo from these missiles. Many fighters fall to an actual death, so that their enemy does 'not' do the same. It may be misplaced, but this tactic is being wrought with iron resolves over the Brakkia worlds, and in places in the Imperial Core worlds.

Howe nods, barks orders, as large numbers of gravitron blast fire lances out just as Alpha Galaxy begins to burn into the planetary atmosphere, it's own cloud of fighters keeping local defenses busy and away from the DZ.

..then comes a open comm freq ping, a very loud one.

Yurika looks behind her with.. "Finally..." ..she quips, knowing his Excllency's message was finally about to air.

...even she didn't know what was contained within it.

GANN News Desk / Emergency Report: ~ :: This is a prepared statement, by the Lord Commander of our forces, now invading the sovereign nation of Deatharon. This message will be replayed ten times over a 48 hour period, justifying the acts now occuring within that realm.

And now, the prepared message of his Excellency...

*A picture changes from the GANN News Anchor, to a picture of an Aleaic, dressed in his Mechwarrior uniform.*

"I damn myself by these words, yet also hope to save far far more.

At 1600 Hours, Local System Time, White Diamond System, the Combined forces of the Federated Alliance Commonwealth, a force comprising of dozens of allied nations within our Sphere, have invaded the sovereign territory of the Deatharon nation.

Make no mistake, and mince no words. This is an invasion, pure and simple. We invaded them, without given reason, and despite their inital strike, do only consider that as 'part' of a reaction to our invasion intent. If it was not known to any other nation beyond our two, it is now openly said of, and no lie therefore can be said.

We attacked wholesale, and currently have heavily engaged forces within 14 of the 18 Star Systems of the Deatharon Empire, and move with intent to the following justification.

On the word of several sources, and acknowledged by further investigation by various means, that the people of Deatharon live under an umbrela of total fear, and discriminations that any normal society would cringe from. We have learned of atrocities, as well as a total disregard of the mass populace of this Empire, even worse than that considered of livestock.

Even now, we are informed that our attack deprives the general populace of Deatharon, that their leaders intend to starve them, and even sacrifice them, as we advance. We are informed that there may even be worse than this in store, as we advance. Why then do we make the same mistake that many other magnanamous forces have, in the same name as we do.

One... we intend to liberate this Empire from the atmosphere that their leaders abuse, and in doing so, liberate this realm from that and more. These are easily disuadded words, but know that the following occurs..

Two.. upon the full liberation of this realm, we will withdraw our forces, other than those needed for the third..

Third... we will then lift this nation on it's feet, and quickly put these people in control of their own devices, in a stable goverment, not of our own making, or even a popular one. But one that is 'stable' for the benefit of these souls living under darkness.

Four, to accompish this in a reasonable manner, we have ordered our forces, as well as equpped then, to nullifiy all forces and assets they come across. We do NOT intend to destory any part of the Deatharon infrastructure, nor as much as possible, kill any tropps, destroy any vessels, or cause needles suffering and grief attached. It is our end objective to mitigate war, to the only dead, mainly being our own. We have invaded, and therefore we intend to bleed for that. The people of Deatharon will not suffer that, for as much as we can deliver that effect. Any dead of great number of Deatharon souls, will be blamed on us, as our own blame. However each and every will be investigated upon with total focus, after the war ends.

Five... how the war will end is up to the Deatharon people. We intend, so in as long as our terms are honored, that the standing leaders of the various worlds, will not be removed, other than those with too grevious a crime against their own people, that which we cannot ignore. By this, we intend to keep in place the standing goverment, with as many 'reasonable' souls that can be kept, but those that will obey the terms we lay upon the end of this war.

We intend to give nearly the same world back to the Deatharon people, one with a GREATER amount of choice, GREATER freedom, and GREATER hope. The avarice and stench of greed for the upper classes will be removed, and in it's place, a 'far' more equitable way of living. Civil Rights will be immediately enacted, and Political Freedoms and processes will be extended to 'all' citizen souls. More, that will be added by our intent to flood the Deatharon economy, with far more good than they need. This comes in the form of a multi-century long agreement for first basis and priority trade with the Ascendancy Republic Core Worlds, and our Allied Colony Galaxies.

The influx of a lifestyle 'equal' to what the so call previliaged enjoy, is what we intend to introduce to these people, such as what our own citizens enjoy with my own leadership, equally.

And thus, we do not come to add territory, force one world onto another, or end the lives or any that do not require such. We come to end a dark reign, and replace it with a realm filled with hope and prosperity.

But to do this, we must send the message of war first, to those that understand nothing else as yet. Once we remove the hate and darkness, and infuse the light and trust, then our justification will be made by actions far removed in time.

To reach that point, I asked the Deatharon people, including the far more numerous forces within the enemy opposing us. Do 'not' fight us. If you do not fire on us, we will not have need to do likewise. As ilCommander of the FACAF and CAG ilCommand Tourman, and a honed Clan warrior, honor is my bloodname and mark, that this is my word.

We will only fire on any that fire on us first. IF there is no fire, none will be preemptive on our part, other than what we have done so far. In tactical terms, this applies to forces not yet engaged upon ours. Those that have engaged can still do the same, by doing the following.

If a force wishes to save lives, and hold off fire, and then send a code of the following.

...we will interpret this as an honest intent to refrain from battle that will see too much bloodshed. We will hold fire, and also help guard those forces from retaliatory fire from any other Deatharon forces that fire on their own, in response to the above.

If however this comes with dishonorable acts, and tactics, then we will repliy with the anger of the dishonored.

And so I come back to the justification. It is our intent to use this invasion, as our model for the eons to come. Where before we used diplomacy alone to avoid battle, we use war now, as a tool to liberate the oppressed, and give far more oppritunity and hope to the same.

Where before we were just another nation amid the stars, now we become another to be addressed by. Guardians. We 'do' fancy ourselves as Knights, and we do intend to act in that regard, enhanced by evolution and knowledge, tempered with code and intent. The end result of these and far more, trial and error included. And thereby more give the model for far more nations to assist us in the greater objective.

The Balance. In by this, we intend to help maintain greater stability, by giving more nations under oppression, more strength of their own regard, by the format now being made in truth.

A strong, healthy, free cosmos, will yeild a greater capability to holding the Balance where it needs, rather than let Entropy consume all. If at least to hold back this tide, we hope to give far more time for the benefits to many nations and realms.

This is not a matter of good over evil or such, but the Balance. Evil may exist, but not at the expense where Entropy consumes all. There 'is' a differnce, and that difference lies where this invasion comes from.

In any case, I have dammed myself in the end, as I will do with every such act by my command. I alone will suffer this, and in the end, will be the only one to burn for every death because of it.

But despite that, I hold something worth such dammnation.

And to the last, directed to the Deatharon Emperor, I will give you an honorable Zellibrigen oppritunity, one that will allow your forces to save face. In one week, my Galaxy will leave Brakkia-F, and land on your Capital world. By that time, we will all know the vein this war will take.

...and by then, I will challenge you directly in a Trial of Posession, for the right to rule this realm, either in your vein, or ours. This will determine the final goverment to rule this realm, after the fact.

We may not win in the end, but in either case, this will determine the final fate of the above. Thus will also hopefully end this war honorably.

In any case, the invasion will proceed until the invasion has it's effect. Double talk aye, but thus is said.

The Snow Eagle DropShips land with thankful uneventfulness in the designated area. About a minute later, The Khan and her saKhan stride out within their Mechs.

However these are the only ones that come forth to greet Gosh and his own party. They will come about 1,000 meters from their DropShips, and then disembark the Mechs to meet face to face.

The Dominion commander raised his hands and claped. "Took longer then i thought." he said to his first officer.

" They have a right to be proud they can possible dissable some ships but they are mistaken if they think they can take out a good number of our ships with those cheap tricks. We have spys and they give us much info."

The Dominion Task force decloaked Shields on and Weapon systems powered up.

They Sent a message

Lower your Weapons and withdraw or face destruction at the hands of The Dominion. We repeat withdraw or be destroyed.

The local Star Admiral made a simple reply.

...the Gaians did not kneel to any bully. Their own weapons were open and directed. The local commanders and captains also made sure to account for every weapon and their signatures.

In any case, the Gaians were the invaders, so firing first wasn't a concern. Only finishing the job if any firing started.

They also prepared their shields for an unseen trick, if required.

The Dominion Commander sent off a highly coded message in Cardassian to Cardassia Prime

The Dominion Ships had locked weapons ont he gaian ships and sent one last message.

Know that if we fight your plan for small war with little blood loss will be destroyed and a massive war that will take the lives of millions if not billions will start. But then agian why sould we care. Victory is Life.

:: One.. you presume too much. Equal sides means equal understanding.

Two... equal is relative. As is how battle is conducted. You annoy us with moralistic prattle. We are at war, and will therefore act accordingly.

And we already prepared for the probability of a larger war in the first place, as if any types like you respect freeing souls from destitute conditions. If 'you' valued life, then you would have left in the first place, for as our message says.

We only fire if fired upon. If you intend to fire, FIRE! Do not insult us with words where a warriors resolve can better speak the truth. We're not here to gain your trust here in the first place, such has already been demonstrated anyway, and we will react first if 'you' do not withdraw now.

The Star Admiral then orders. "Prepare the first volley if they don't withdraw in two minutes.

I don't have time for them." ..he says with quite the anger on his lips.

The Dominion fleet opens fire with out a thought more. The Dominion Fleet breaks from its tight formation but stays tight enough to keep ships from being corned. The Jem'Hadar fighters of The Dominion are nothing like the toys they gave out do to one fact. The Jem'Hadar pilotes with out care for their life moved in close to the Gaian ships and targered major systems but also they had reaction time no AI could match.

The seven Jem'Hadar Battleships stayed in the middle and used long rang weapon systems.

The Ginns had yet to be ordered out.

The sudden attack didn't come to much of a suprise to the Gaian Fleet, several Jem`Hadar Fighters do get through, but are targeting Driod vessels, even up to the heavies in the Fleet Groups. Their large Sphere formation along with their own assortment of kamakazie capable fighters is able to lend suppor tfire to each other, over a 20 kilometer wide area.

Several Dominion fighters do get through, and even destroy outright several large vessels. Many however run into an interesting quirk of Gaian shielding.

Rather than just take the impact of a blow, they instead focus portions of the shield in proactive porgramming to create angular shielding at the point of impact. Sloped armor does the same thing when made properly, and the effect is enough to allow suicidal fighters to simply be deflected away from a strike, and also into a compromised angle where Gaian weapions SLAM the fighters, leaving them dead in space.

Then as the Dominion long range fire hits the Gaian Shields, the numerous vessles then fire large numbers of Gravitron Blast weaponry. Seconds later, several Star-Wings of OmniFighters, Omni-LAMs and Kushan Driod fighters Fold dead in the midst of the Dominion Capital Ships, give as much as they take, then Fold a second time to seperate locations still within the enemy Fleet. At least two hard salvos get into the Dominion shielding, before they fall back...

..and allow a second... then a third... and a fourth such wave in... the main vessels operate with little fighter cover, instead relying just enough on their Drone Destroyers and ECM Frigates, as well as angular and dimsneional shielding, to hold off the assault, just long enough for the 'real attack'.

"Fire for Effect, points Gamma, Sierra, and Tau!"

The Star Admiral roars, and with that, six Battleships fire a strange and unique weapon.

One heavily modified torpedo, KillerWhale Class size, that shoots at high speed for the middle of the battlefield.

"At optimum effect, coordiante Jump immediately. Inform all commands!"

They come at a vicious velocity at the Dominion line..........

IC: The Dominion commander had his fighter target anyships as they used their fold drive.Two Battleships had taken heavy damage one near and other ships destroyed all togather.

The Dominion formation moved port as the two Battleships put all power to their enegins and set a corse for the middle of the gaian formation useing their full fire power.

They also used their metabolic (sp) beams to break holes in the enemy shields as soon as a hole opened in any shield Jem'hadar fighters rushed in to ram they only had 5 to 10 secs befor the hole closed. But untell they were in range for such a run they used their beam cannons and two photon torpedo bays.

The Dominion fleet then sent its Light Crusiers into close range combat.

Once they moved The Battleships,Heavy Crusiers, Carriers and Assult Ships went into tight formation to make it very hard for a ship to find a good place to fold in.

But as the gaians real attack came The Dominion Commander roared " send out the two Kessok Ships."

The Two Kessok Ships broke formation and set their sights on the gaian command ships.

The Dominion fleet was taken more and more loses but so was the enemy.

"Ten seconds from Rupture Event*

All about, commanders were rushing about relaying orders, as well as reacting to Dominion moves. However all that was about to come to a catastrophic halt.

"Fold on my MARK!!" ..the Star Admiral ordered.

The Gaian torpedoes then reached their assigned vectors, two being hit as they reached their assigned area, but in either case the effect was the same.

When each detonated, they ruptured the very fabric of space itself. And these was not just any kind of simple subspace weapon. When they detonated, they caused a major rift right down to a specific subspace layer, called by Ascendant Scientists: The Foundation Layer.

There was a time during the formation of the universes, that the dimensional vectors also were formed. They all based themselves off a time-space anchor called by this name by the Ascendants, since great amounts of genesis matter existed here. It was the well that many of the current realities found their own anchor, whence such opposed Entropy by continuously feeding the very stuff of life into the Existence, the greater reality everyone lived upon.

This layer was raw energy, an untold fold worse in energy output than just a normal subspace rupture. It was like looking at the very moment of the Big Bang itself, and was not normally exposed to normal space, even less the Prime Planes.

The weapons caused a quantum rift targeted at this layer, by cascading the rift through numbers of other supsapce layers, ones that would conjoin in rifting further and further into this final layer.

When it finally did, what was created was the opposite of a quantum singularity. Rather than just create a simple quantum rift, the strike poured Foundation Layer energy onto the Prime Plane.

The rift within moments began to create a short lived mini reality, ones that collapsed into instant stellar fusion nodes. The laws of physics had no place for this event, and even could not equate to instant stars being fiormed like this. Needless to say, the gravity, visible light, stellar particle and radiation levels, (even life giving in property,) were off scale. That the stellar fusion nodes were only a few kilometers across, meant they would die away within a day. More, the Foundation Layer within seconds healed the rift and the effects were left to fade away within seconds.

In fact, the most amazing part of the attack, was that the massive waves that would normally destroy both fleets, instead washed both sides in a massive healing wave, even going against all physical laws by healing vessel ruptures, reviving souls, and even reducing the age of everyone by about five years in age.

The attack did not destroy a thing, and instead only consumed the torpedoes within the stellar units, and threw away all the vessels upon the gravity waves, away from the impact points.

The created confusion caused gave the Gaians the tactical moment they seeked. At the moments after impact event, the Star Admiral ordered a Fleet Fold. They left behind the battle, heading for their next objective, a Regional StarBase Station deep within the Deatharon Core Worlds.

They also left behind one message.


:: ~ You are judged worthy to one day be called friend. But still know our wonders haven't been even remotely been shown.

This war is for the Deatharon people, and their own future. We will take all effective steps to give these people a proper life for themselves, and to continue to interfere with us, means to make for the message of standing with the oppressors.

We however will die to save these people, by words and actions not even remotely imagined by your own souls. Our sin is their own salvation, and we WILL make this act become truth.

If you wish to fight us, we will fight even more brutally. If you wish to make peace, then this war will end swiftly, and our promises kept.

The Deatharon people will become their own true masters by our hand, even if we must suffer worse in the end. We will repeat this until we are blue in the face, and bled dry. We 'must' save these people. We MUST! ~ ::

Meanwhile, the 12th Command Keshik fights it's way through to it's DZ, about 150 kilometers from the planetary capital.

Ninety-Seven DropShips make the inital landing, as the clouds of OmniAeros create an air superiority cordon for the 3 kilometer wide Drop Zone.

With them, comes a HUGE DropShip, the likes of no equal in all known space. It lands with the deafening roar of Capital WarShip Class thruster engines, to give it a soft landing, though the landing area is a blasted husk crater.

Within ten minutes, Whole Clusters of OmniMechs, Mobile Suits, Support Tourman Combat Vehicles, Battlesuit and Angel God Infantry, and thousands of support and supply techs begin making the area a virtual fortress.

Aleaic strides his Eternity from his Overlord DropShip, with his wives and other Keshik mates exiting from either ramps, or short drop chute drops. As soon as they and the rest of Alpha and Beta Galaxy disembark, as well as large elements of Combat Vehicles, Aleaic orders them to the northeast, east, and south. these inital orders are to consolidate the Drop Zone.

Ten minutes after this.. ":: All forces deployed ilCommander. ::" Lady Ryoko informs over Comm. Aleaic replies. "Wait for ECM-TAC to confirm where the inital force will come from. We'll strike that area hard and fast."

":: Sounds like a male's attitude. ::" ..comes accross Tsui's own comm. Aleaic bristles. "Very cute.

...break tactical command from space, and transfer that and Planetary Strategic to the Emperor.

":: Acknowledged.. ::" Comes back down from space, just as a MASSIVE screech of metal suddenly thunders across the Drop Zone.

Aleaic looks over, as the Archon Class DropShip begins to slowly peel back it's outer shell, to reveal the terrifying monolith within. He then orders. "Once it's open and clearn, head for the Capital, we have three days to reach it and subdue the defenders before we can expect any reinforcements."

":: The other Clan Khans will hate that, if they allow reinforcements into their invasion areas. ::" Ryoko comes back. Aleaic just replies. "Expect it anyway as per the plan.

Aleaic then orders. "1st Angel PGC will secure the mountains and our flanks, and 303rd Evangelon will secure water sources in the area. 1st/D Combat Support will shadow the 1st Angel and scout out the area. Aero forces are for cover, with free weapon fire if fired upon."

Just then, a large Ionic beam shoots down from space, towards what is presumed a heavily entrenched base or planetary gun of some kind, the heavy beam still intended to only knock out the weapon for the duration. If they could turn their enemies into allies and create a strong support base to launch wave two attacks, wave three if needed as well, then they could form also the base of a well endowed native Defense Force.

The comm from the Archon DropShip makes Aleaic look again, and then up...

...and up even more. "Dang we made that thing huge."

Aleaic though sees his wives Timber Wolf, and Wing Zero Custom-IIC approach, and he knows it's time.

"Let's go guys. We got a city to liberate."

Within monents, the heavy thuds of Mechs plod the rough terrain.

The Empire was confused the defenses were going down and nothing was destroyed just disabled. The Mutant scientists had a solution using repair nano bots which had recently came out to all military defenses they were able to reactive the point singualrity cannons and begin blasting again. The Nauderia shields would make it impossiable for the enemy to land till they completely knocked out all power conducts which would be difficult at best since they were now guarded by marines and shooting anyone with out a level 10 Clearance. The point singularity cannons started fireing again at the Gaian ships and the fleets they had knocked out started to activate after a 15 min time out. The Brotherhood of freedom was launching attacks on military bases in the Brakka systems. The problem was all of the Guard and Marines except for Brakka-a were still loyal to the Empire and began attacking the Brotherhood without mercy. The Brotherhood was near descimated in this chance to defeat the hated Empire once and for all. The Brotherhood went back to hideing after taking 60% causaitlies. (The Brotherhood is outnumbered and outgunned.)

The sudden reactivations took the Gaians by suprise for a few moments and took out more Droid vessels. The more resilient High-Mobiles and WarShips took some damage but kept up the tactic of Fold Jumping clear of attack vectors while the OmniAeros did their jobs once more.

This time however the Gaians moved up the satellite asset capture plans, sending small group of WarShips to distract fire, while smaller shuttle units ferried in Angel Gods and Battlearmor forces. At least a Company/Trinary of mechs even accompanied some forces on zero-G environment assaults.

They ran into stiff resistance, but kept up their disabliling fire, even using wide field stun weapons to knock out local garrisons. The Gaians paid a price for this, losing 30% of the attack forces for each assault on lunar and space station based defenses. All the while the fully engaged fleets continued to disable all the same the reactivated vessels.

The info from battle was being relayed realtime back to the Ascendancy Core Worlds, there tactical and technological adjustments in the midst of far away battle was being recorded and then dissiminated.

The capture of a few Deatharon vessels, their crews incapacitated, soon confirmed the nano defense mechanisims.

The one person that quickly solved this problem was Lady Washu herself. She came up with a counter within a day.

:: ~ To all engaged forces, with weapons capable of this. Know that simple stun effects will not be enough to counter the nanite defenses. To deal with them, and to the goal of preventing killing, all weapons with stun effects shouls readjust their gamma particle static charge effect.

A hiogh enough gamma radiation residual effect upon a deacitaved weapon or device, even up to starship and defense weapon level, will leave a running charge build up for a twenty-four hour period. This should be enough to diable the nanites if they move into a system to repair it. If anything else, it will exhasut enough of the nanites to render repair too slow to properly counter our attacks.

Mind you this is a temporary solution, and it too may be countered. We will endeavor to reply to evolving capabilities as the battles progress.

The changes would take three days to implement, but was still within the expected Gaian assault time table. Meanwhile, the more radical Clan elements, as well as the DCMS forces began pushing harder in reaction to their inital attacks being shruged aside.

Half the Brakkia Systems began to see the meaning of Clan Warfare, as they struck out with incredible viciousness. (..even if still leveled out by the stun Ionics.)

Baron Gosh waited for the Enemy leader to show up. Fear showed but he hardened up quick as his men watched him without a word he saw the enemy head towards him here we go. all defense forces waited.

The Deatharon Science core was building better nano Bots led by the Mutant Duke Bradox. (he was the orginal king of the mutants untill he became a Duke in the Empire.) "Sir, we have a new nano bot with organic abilities this should help if we need to make a more effective repair unit."said a mutant scientist to Bradox. Bradox replies, "send it to Imperial Command."

The Battle raged The marines countered attacked the clans with cruelity and valor. They were the chosen of the Emperor they could not fail. They showed the radical clans what it meant to be a Marine.(They are not resitricted to stun weapons but destruction weapons)

The Point singularity cannons continued to rage across the systems as fleets and planet defense attacked the Gaian invaders. The Phasers and torpedos were also fired. The Deatharon Fleets rallied around the Dominion fleet for support.

The Summoner rocked through a tree brush, firing it's array of Ionic Class PPCs and Heavy Lasers. Interspaced was the firing of MRM missile rounds, ones that either flash blinded in front of the Deatharon troops, or exploded into a thick gel that kept stunning the 'heck' out of exposed enemy troops.

Around the Summoner was large numbers of other Mechs, and loads more vehicles, Battlesuit and Angel God troops, and screaming in air support from several angles.

This wasn't Clan Angel Galaxy however, and this type of warfare was still only a few years old to Clan Nova Cat. They faced down the Deatharon Marines with a methodical approach, by heavy stun weapon arrays.

Khan Santin West would normally forgo the difficult methods the Gaians imposed on his own Tourman forces, but also saw this as a challenge to his troops. Using combat vehicles was also new, as he was used to Mech only forces.

Still, being in a force that used energy shielding for Mechs wasn't all that bad. Being in front of a different type of foe was also a charge to his ego. He relished the chance like this, and facing a determined foe, using again, only stun Ionic weaponry.

For the past three hours since making contact with the enemy, Alpha Galaxy has been steadily pushing foward, giving back when the line buckles a little, but then stabs back with heavy LRM and Aero support. When Deatharon troops are downed and captured by CNC troops, is where the real intersting part of the battle occurs.

With the actual battle troops, come the support and supply units, 'with' the line of battle. They move new ammo forward in the modst of battle, and then pull kocked out enemy troops to be then cared for, in a POW camp that looks a lot more like a refugee camp made for celebrities. There they are only interrogated for their name, rank, ect.. and then fed and cared for inflicted wounds, and then simply allowed to enjoy Gaian hospitality.

And the 'propoganda' used was nothing more than a summary info packet, displayed on holoscreens, of what was told to Gaian Intellegence by Marius, as well as from SpecOp sources. And no punch was pulled. The entire truth was told, no matter what the consequences. With this, the message from his Excellency was repeated, and then several other Council members input for themselves in recordings, about the benefits of Gaian lifestyle.

Not for the greed factor, but for the pure freedom factor. Course it was put, they could live under their world of tyrrany with no hope of light. Their choice.

And then they were let go... No held prisoners. Either the Gaians would see them in battle again, or they would do the other hoped for effect. They return to cities, bases and whatnot, and spread the word of what the Gaians told them, and then what was done to them.

This all while the Gaians advanced on the cities, focusing their assaults primarily on the Deatharon troops, and only capturing cities only to ensure that the local goverments and services were kept in place, but also that the Gaian expectation of new freedoms and all that was promissed to be delivered.

The Nova Cat Khan left that stuff to local Star Commanders, letting Angel God troops and follow up Angelic support and guard do the actual liberating. The Gaians intended not to place a Mech within a populated center, if they could avoid it.

As he'd seen the Angel Gods rush into cities at an excess of 50 Kph, it was not hard to fathom that local garrisons could be subdued. Still, his forces were paying a price though, even with Med-Techs being as efficent with wounds as they were. They still were taking a pounding.

But they were still advancing. Enough flanking maneuvers was showing that his enemy acted with emotion, and less with tactics. At the fourth hour, he intended to break the enemy and drive them at least 20 kilometers back, with harrassment all the way.

":: The 499th is making another breach! ::" ..came hurriedly over battle freqs. "Then flood it dammit! Break them!"

He then turned his attention on a squad of enemy in front of him, and pasted them with three Ionic-PPC rounds, before turning his LRM rounds on an approaching armored vehicle.

It was a long day (and night) at the office.

Meanwhile, the 'propaganda' war was in full swing, as the same tactics was sent on every conceivable frequency, to every Deatharon world. The promises and the message was the same.

Not one word was changed, though some were added.

...such as the intent to 'not' remove the royalty of the Deatharon Empire, though they'd have to live under a 'Republic' instead, They also said that once again, the Gaians did not come to take their home, burn their children, or any other of that cockamamie stuff.

They came to give the Deatharon people the chance their current goverment wasn't giving them. They also came to simply straighten up their leaders, not kill them.

Such was a useless ploy in the first case, and was also stated loud and clear.

Meanwhile, as the battles raged across Deatharon space, another Gaian operation was about to start. One day into the invasion, the 34th WarShip Fleet appeared over Deatharon Prime, with the 55th through 62nd Kushan-Droid Fleets, some Folded from other theaters, to begin the assault and disruption of 'all' command and control of the Deatharon military.

They also came with JumpShips bearing the first 6 Regiments, and 5 Clusters, mainly from Clan Ghost Bear, the former DCMS, and began to battle their way to the surface of the planet. The Fleet went to their objective of simply holding the forces in the Deatharon System in place for another twenty-four hours.

It was a perfect job for a very unorthadox Star Admiral.

As Alex Rose approached the battle in a SpecOp manner. His first order was to have the six ECM Corvettes send out a powerful jamming wave to keep signals from getting in or out of the System.

Meanwhile the first DropShips burned in under murderous fire.

The people of Deatharon were unable to even listen to any message thanks to Imperial degree any one listening would be branded as traitor and killed.(plus they had no communication devices with any power.) Imperial walkers were engageing the mechs (think Imperial AT-AT with a pointsingluartiy cannon mounted on top.) The tanks were hammering at the Gaian forces with powerful Plasma Shells that would make rather big explosions on enemy forces. The mobile ghost platforms fired rapid fire phaser cannons at Gaian positions while the Marine Predator tanks hammered them. One thing was obvious for the first time the Guard and Marines worked and fought together. The Death Guard (elite Marines) were pulling off tatical operations behind Gaian lines. The Brotherhood of freedom was still recovering from its horriable defeat. Imperial resolve was weakening even though the fight still went on. The Emperor ordered no surrender and no mercy. The Empire did its best to follow those very orders. Riots are going through the streets in the Brakka worlds for those who want power and food. The Empire cant suppress everyone the military is busy trying to hold its ground. The people were overthrowing the key government buildings (think Red Revolution in Russia.)

*Brakkia-A*

The main Deatharon Fleet here was getting plenty of Gaian attention. From the start, six Kushan-Droid BattleCrusiers Folded dead on top of their opposite numbers and pummeled them with heavy Ionic Cannon fire. On top of this, six full Wings of OmniFigthers and Omni-LAMs Folded in the midst of the smaller capitals and began similar disruption attacks, all the while the rest of the 3rd and 8th Driod Fleets Folded in, escorting heavy elements of Diamond, Emerald and Black Universe Commands, over 30 Clusters flooding onto the world, and surrounding lunar based defenses, as well as space platforms.

Brakkia-A was a confliguration of raw war. ((OC- I didn't plan that last there..))

Meanwhile, Droid Motherships began another of their long term tactics. They sent out swarms of Droid Collector vessels, into the System Oort Clouds, and gathered up mounds of resource material, so that the Motherships, and other Molecular Foundy equiped vessels in the Droid Fleets, to create new Droid starfighter and smaller Capital classes. Along with, they created good numbers of Ion Cannon Frigates, and other Ionic based Warships.

Not just Brakkia-A, but every System attacked in the first wave.

Meanwhile, the Gaian mortal run vessels directed the invasion of Brakkia-A from above, as well as sending in High-Mobiles such as Omni class WarShips, configued the same at the WarShip level, as the OmniMechs were, with some configured for ECM duties, others Capital Vessel killers, and others Fighter Bases. A few of the Destroyer Omni High-Mobiles were bristilling arrays of Ion Cannon turrents, sending beams of blue Ionic power, as thick as a monsoon thunderstorm.

It sounded no less tramatic.

The fifty-thousand Ton Mech took another step..

..and kept creating a long column of craters behind it.

"Report!" ..Strategic Commander Azusa yelled, as he kept an eye on the advance of Alpha Galaxy along one end of a mountain chain, as Beta galaxy shadowed in front of the Emperor, on the other side of the same chain.

"We've captured about seven small towns, and beat back several probing attacks. Nothing serious yet."

Azusa just looked at the aide with a neutral nod. "Will they just come already."

The Emperor made another earth shattering step.

Khan McKenna finally stopped her Mech in front of the waiting Deatharon party. She and her saKhan stepped out of their Mechs and walked in the military style towards Gosh.

Immediately he could see they both wore the scars of decades of Clan Warfare. They stop about five meters away from Gosh and his fellow soldiers.

Just before she speaks.. ":: My Khan, Epsilon and Lima Galaxies have arrived with the rest of our Fleet. ::"

McKenna does not respond to the comm unit, her Clansmen knowing better, and instead looks at Gosh. She keeps staring for a good minute, then informs. "You have enough wisdom to approach us with civility, unlike the rest of your forces, of whom 14 Systems are being heavily engaged.

What do wish to do now with that wisdom, Protoss Lord?" ..she puts, seeing how he will respond.

*Brakkia-C*

22 Regiments were now heavily engaged with the local forces, no less intent on Ionic dampening of the enemy and limiting casualties. Here also, the Fleets were keeping the local System forces pinned down.

Here, the FACAF Army Forces were trying to pincer the enemy and break one or more flanks, and force a pocket breach. Further back, OmniFighters straffed supply depots and stunned silent radar instalations, taking good amounts of casualties in the process.

Here, they were also approaching a Deatharon army base. The next few hours would be interesting nonetheless.

The Dominion fleet after two hours regrouped and scaned seeing most gaian fleets were busy picked their target. The Dominion Adapted their tactics to the gaian weapons and adjusted shiled levels. They pushed on and readyed to use their Mobile Suits. They headed to outflank the gaian forces at Brakkia-M.

But a ship came out of warp near Brakkia-M. One Reman Warbird. The Commander was Sensui. He brouht his Providence Gundam. And Albedo Brought his Duel Gundam along with 312 of the three new typs of mobile suits.

To Gaian forces at Brakkia-M we are here to have some fun with The Dominion. within 30 mins makes sure not one of your ships is in front of The Reman Wabird. You will see why.

...and then redeployed their forces well away from the vector the Reman Warbird came in from. However the local forces prepared for a possible Dominion strike nonetheless and held weapons ports open in a defensive posture towards the Dominion Fleet.

They mainly concentrated on Brakkia-M however.

The Mobile suits entered combat with a fury. Sensui and Albedo lead the charge.

The GINNS were able to hold their own by the modle suits were fare better.

The Dominion Mobile suits tryed to use their larger numbers to gang up on enemy suits but Providence Gundam uses its dragoon system. 43 laster cannons that could luanch from Providence Gundam and move on their own at great speed. Their small size made it even harder to hit.

After 28 mins of fighting The Dominion lost 364 Mobile suits and Neo Zeta lost 47.

The Dominion Commander seing his mobile suit force destroyed and the gaian fleet nearby he was our numbered he sent a message to Neo Zeta and The Gaians

Star Admiral Hinda Shu, while directing the incoming forces into Drop position, along with the Fleet to help hold an area between Brakkia-M, and it's largest moon, then learned of the large numbers of Dominion losses..

..then the suprising comm relay.

"How should we respond?" Sar Admiral Lydia Sukhanov asked over comm, her Fleet elements holding over high orbit over where Beta Galaxy dropped from, over the upper continent.

Shu replied. "Simple..."

At that, the Snow Eagles concentrated on what the result would be, between Khan McKenna and Protoss Gosh.

Meanwhile, ISF and ROM forces, along with Clan Ghost Bear's 3rd and 4th/18th PGC RCT Trinaries began to assault the Regional StarBase near Brakkia-D. One of the major wormholes lay here, between the Station and Hana, hence a brutal assault was taking place here.

*Brakkia-J*

Three missles and a hail of laser fire laces all around his Star, as he kept pushing his Talgeese-IIC Mobile Suit forward. saKhan Peacecraft however refused to let the constat fire deter him from his objective.

Ahead of them lay a hornets nest of Deatharon gun positions and counter advancing armor units, firing with lethal fire that hit at the Gaian mecha shields hard, at times buckling a Mecha or Mobile Suit of Clan White Tiger. However the Gaians were starting to make adjustments to the Deatharon's preference for using the singularity weapons, and much of the gravitational effects were being now absorbed by the Mecha shields.

Peacecraft saw an Imperial Walker trying to push back a number of Gaian Combat Vehicles, and supporting Infantry. Two other Mechs were closing in on it, but saKhan Miliardo Peacecraft took his own initiative, and struck quickly at the Walker, evading tracer fire, and using the Mecha's heat rods to cut down to of the legs, sending the Walker tumbling down.

":: We've enterted the compound at point sierra, moving to cut local power girds. ::" ..came from SpecOps forces freqs. Miliardo noded to himself, and hit his comm.. "All units will continue to pin down the enemy until main power is removed. Stick to the battle plan." ..a flurry of acknowledgements come in, and several sections of the CWT attack line begin to focus fire on critical sections of the Deatharon defense, sending a heavy hail of Ionic fire, Gauss Accelerators, and other assorted Ionic weaponry. They even began to use Static zone-charge bubbles, to trap entire vehicles and troop formations in large stun bubbles, ones that had enough charge to make anyone touching the skin of the bubble to be put out for a whole day.

As the assault continued, Miliardo learned that Khan Kushrenada and his forces were breaking through the Deatharon defense lines in the far nothern continent, focusing on a Deatharon Command base there.

"Looks like it's a good day." ..Miliardo commented to himself, then ordered his Star of Mobile Suits to assault a hardened position, just as a new hailstorm of LMR fire peppered in from five kilometers back.


A good day, but still a busy one....

The Deatharon Forces realize they are losing the fight slowly but surley try to advance to regain position lost. Some of the riots were supressed by enforcers(Deatharon police) A few small towns fall under rebel domain however the major cities are still under Deatharon rule. most of the riots are in Brakka-C. The Marines are getting fanatical and are launching hit and run attacks on Gaian forces with cloaked tanks strikeing the Gaians from a longer distance than before. The Imperial Guard are using the Imperial walkers and tanks to protect main positions from being over run. The Deatharon fleets are trying to surround Gaian ships and destroy them in a envelop attack. The shock of the Dominion cease fire has ruined Imperial confidence in Dominion power.

Gosh replies to the Khan McKenna, " As I told you before, I can not surrender but I can offer a temporay cease fire between our forces untill the war is over. I can not speak for the fleet above however." A marine Captain interupts, "Sir that is treason to the Emperor and to the Empire." The marine captain graps a hand phaser and points it at Gosh's head.

Brakka-J

Commander Sophia was watching the enemy rapidly moving towards the Imperial command center. "operate internal defenses and use the plasma cannons as well." "yes sir," replied a L.T. Linard.

Plasma and point singularity cannons blast at the Gaian Mechs also rapid fire Phasers are blasting at the Gaian support vechiles and infantry.

McKenna sees this and sighs. "Is this the measure of your people?" ..this is followed by saKhan Harper suddenly, and with very impressive speed, jumping foward, and roundhouse kicking the weapon from the Captain's hand, and then in the same swing smacking the Captain dead in the face.

After the Captain expectantly falls, Harper quips. "If he wakes up from that, I'll be impressed."

The saKhan then looks at Gosh with a hard tone. "If you wish to refrain from combat, then we will not interfere, but instead offer humanitarian aid, but we also expect that your goverment will accept our changes without question.

Or... we can settle this the bloody way."

*In orbit of Brakkia-J*

When about two Stars of Mechs and another of Combat Vehicles suddenly sucummb to the sudden fire, the CWT Khans order a reactive strike from air and space.

From three directions, OmniAeros suddenly break off from the front line support, and then rush in to draw fire away from the main line.

..which takes eyes away from space, as four Droid Ion Cannon Destroyers Fold into place and hammer the base from above. As soon as the fire comes in, the Aeros fall back for the three minute duration of Ionic fire.

Khan Kushrenada meanwhile orders two Trinaries of Mobile Suits to rush around the far flanks of the base and draw even more fire. saKhan Peacecraft orders a final push for their first objective, a major Deatharon supply base, about six kilometers from a major population center.

Above in the skies meanwhile, the Gaian fleets above manage to drive a wedge in the Deatharon fleet line, as well as managed to capture half the singularity based defense platforms in the System. They were holding off firing them at the Deatharon, mainly to discover the weakness in the weapon system. And once more, the unconscious Deatharon soldiers, marines and whatnot, were cared for, though this time letting them go was transport wise unfeasable.

The Deatharon here had to watch as the Gaian fleet slowly pushed their own fleet back more and more.

*Hana* Gaian 69th and 70th Kushan Fleets Fold in with the 12th High-Mobile Fleet, along with the CAG Gamma and Xi Galaxies. They also Fold in with the Davion Heavy Guards, the 1st thru 4th DCMS Ghost Regiments, Clan Ghost Bear Theta Galaxy and the 4th ComStar Army.

The Gaian Fleet begins the same batchtall, then react to any combat fire, and starts to send the massive force down to the surface. This time they also began using StarJel torpedoes with far wider an effect. Within three hours, about half the sky of Hana is a blinding white, and anyone not wearing special goggles, and ones not even 'normal' goggles can help against, forget seeing the incoming Allied Forces.

Blinding doesn't begin to describe the sight. The Gaians countered this with the said special goggles, able to see with selected wavelenghts, by sacrificing all others while the StarJel blasts took effect. Any small advantage of the blinding strikes was taken in stride very fast by FACAF Forces. They didn't waste any time, and in fact the point was driven home to the pilots and soldiers in numerous briefings prior to the invasion.

Therefore many of the incoming DropShips sent down large numbers of Mechs and Infantry down drop chutes, establishing control of the inital DropZones in three seperate areas of the planet.

The hellstorm was only starting to get worse. But the Gaians were trying to start make other inroads.

SpecOp units were making their first communication broadcasts to any working communication reciever in the Brotherhood of Freedom and other resistance forces still remaining. By now the riots were well known by Gaian Intellegence, and was a catalyst of even harder hitting FACAF Allied assaults.

Sooner or later the Deatharon military would be overwhelmed somewhere. The planet's fall would soon come after, along with a redeployment of forces into Wave Two.

*Brakkia-F*

The Emperor towered in the distance over the planetary capital. The best CAG Units had made short work of the Deatharon forces here, by punching three holes in their line, and then flooding the gaps while the Emperor crushed an entire flank of enemy forces.

at least a third of the Deatharon Forces here were captured before they fell back.

Aleaic and his wives also managed to down three Walkers before capturing the second in command of the Deatharon forces here. Ryoko was leading the next push to take a Deatharon power grid node for the city, while they interrogated him..

..Aleaic also asked the following.

"How can I make your Emperor come to me?"

Gosh looks at the fallen Marine and sighs, "He and the other Marines are zelots of the Empire. As you can clearly see I can barely control them." Gosh then adds, "We shall not engage battle but if the Imperial Government surrives this truce ends and we rejoin the Imperial military." (Baron Gosh is doing this to save himself from being a traitor and executed.)


Brakka-F

The second in command replies, "What the point, He is probably on Deatharon Prime, In Imperial City the capital of the entire Empire." The military is still counter attacking.

Brakka-J

Deatharon forces realize defeat is invetiable so they surrender and cease fire the main heavy weapons. The Marines and Imperial guard retreat to Land Gates to defend Deatharon Prime.

Hanna

The forces of Hanna were an Imperial Core world they would fight on untill the Gaians had crushed every major military position. The Imperial Walkers mobilize the tanks start shelling and the Guard and Marines keep attacking.

Magiana

The forces on this world were shocked to find no Gaian prescense in their system they start sending troops via land wormhole generator to Deatharon Prime. (think Stargate except this can transport walkers and tanks)

Aleaic replied to the second in command. "Then that is where I shall go to end this all."

Tsunami kept an eye on the looming collapse of Deatharon forces near the south west portion of the city. They also recieved word that Brakkia-J had fallen. "That was quicker than we planned."

Arashi asks. "I presume we'll be heading to Deatharon Prime after here?' Aleaic nods. "Where else to go but their capital world. And the sooner the better.

The other two only nod. Soon Aleaic orders Ryoko over comm to finish pacifying the world, while core CAG units extract to move to the next phase.

Tactically speaking, Magiana wasn't a First Wave target. At the moment, the Kell Hounds and Wolf's Dragoons were busy pinning down forces on Brakkia's-I and L, and would follow up after they fell. Plus they hoped to pull forces away from one of the Core Worlds to defend their Capital World.

Hence why only 13 Units were the first to invade Deatharon Prime. To pull reinforcements to that world.

While the Second Wave began.

FACAF Units of Silver and Copper Universes, and Northern Light Army Commands, in conjunction with 4th and 8th Swords of Light and free Clusters from Clans Nova Cat and Ghost Bear, along with one uncommitted Galaxy from the Steel Wolves, along with redeplyed Fleet groups from several Brakkia worlds, began their assaults on Neios, Skarr, and doubly so on Hana.

The invasion was also bypassing reinforcing other Brakkia worlds such as J, E and C, to hammer blow the Core Worlds. The Brakkia worlds in a heartbeat of a set of orders, became background noise to the Second Wave. Even with only Brakkia-J and M were considered consolidated, and F very close, the rest were oversized pin down actions.

Meanwhile some of the assets transfered, was elements of 34th and 26th Assault Fleets Fold Jumped dead on top of the main Deatharon Royal Shipyards above and around Deatharon Prime, adding weight to the Fleet elements still fighting.

The die was starting to finish spinning. Where it would land was where luck ruled.

The Emperor Akarth Von Antheron I, Was in his War Room ordering his men to fight to the last man. "Sir 2 Systems have fallen and we are pinned every where the Dominion has been defeated."Said Mazer Rackham the tatical officer of Deatharon. Emperor Akarth Von Antheron I orders all Deatharon Prime forces to hit the Gaians with every thing they have. "sir reinforcement have arrived from defeated worlds and Magiana." informed Mazer Rackham.

The reniforcements from the Megas conflict arrive hundreds of ship appear in Deatharon space all cloaked they immediatly decloak and attack.

Duke Anton was marshalling his forces for a last offensive to push the Gaians out he sent hundreds of Walkers and tanks and Infantry (both Marines and Guard) to counter strike.

The defenses were holding but were barely holding out the Gaian had overpowered most of the defenses.

Deatharon pride is crumbleing and many are surrendering in small groups in different systems.

(This is a last and desperate attempt at revenge from a falling regime.)

*Republic Core Worlds*

They headed for the one hundred most populated worlds, which meant the hundreds most defended. Already on full alert for this event, the exact same result occured from the inital missile assault before the Gaians invaded.

A combination of Angehawk Wing filaments that slowed down, and then Ionic Defense Platform Cannon fire took down these new missiles in less than seventy-five seconds.

Yet more resource material for the Gaian military in the end. The Gaian Resource Commission intended to send a thank you note for this later.

*Deatharon Prime*

The sudden arrival of so many new ships suddenly put the Gaian Fleet at a tactical disadvantage. One that made them resort to drastic tactics.

One they set up a defensive line in front of the Royal Shipyards, intending to use it as an anchor point, even as Gaian boarding troops swept the Yards over the next few hours. However they were outgunned at the moment and could only compensate with near constant Ionic Gravitron Blast Cannon Fire. More clouds of OmniAerofighters and LAMs viciously struck at their counterparts, trying to hold back the tide.

They'd have more help soon.

Meanwhile the Allied Forces began a systematic push to break the Deatharon lines on the Capital planet, using any nonstandard terrain to their advantage, as limited Aero support combined with large numbers of conventional vehicle fire, as the Mechs established a clear defense zone, trying to link up with the pin down forces already on planet from Wave One.

The Deatharon System was a brutal armagedoon in action.

*Two hours later..*

Aleaic and his party were leaving the gravity well of Brakkia-M, just as news of three simultaneous declarations of secured planets occured on Brakkia's-C, J, and E. Their definition was more that the local garrisons broke and surrendered, rather than actual cities captured.

The local governing and maintenance of services were kept in Deatharon hands, but the local Marines and soldiers of those planets were disarmed, and 'large' quantities of humanitarian aide began to pour in, predesignated from JumpShips stationed in Systems outside the inhabited Brakkia Systems. Within hours, military forces went from conquering their enemy, to doing EVERYTHING neccessary to gain their trust. Instead of being a harsh conquerer, the Gaians were very kind and generous, as well as doing a dammned good job of showing the truth about their way of life to the populace, intending to show that the old life of oppression was coming to a swift end.

Local goverments were also kept in place, though they were told by their new masters (temporarily) the new rules of goverment, already prepared prior to the invasion, and even though the war was still far from concluded.

Meanwhile the Gaian ilCommander's Keshik and a large portion of the invasion Fleet prepared to Fold, as did as many free forces from the various Brakkia worlds that managed to subdue their objectives.

The Local Universe Commander in charge of the capture of Neios was suprised at the number of forces approaching. He was quoted of saying the following..

"It's a wall of metal and foolish pride."

His orders sent Army regiments and Universe Clusters to slam into and turn the far right flank while combined arms tactics and forces held the rest of the line. He held six regiments in reserve to flood the flank when it enevitably began to crack from that much fire power.

Meanwhile Space Fleet forces began a series of hit and runs to draw out remaining Deatharon Fleet elements in the System into a 'lethal' crossfire of Ionic Blast Cannons and more blinding StarJel torpedoes. Infantry and specialized Mech forces started to methodically clear the stations and lunar defenses there.

It was all a scene that Patton himself would kill to be a part of.

Meanwhile, Magiana was still left alone, for a specific reason.........

Princess Maria Von Antheron led the fleet her self in the Deatharon system. She was experienced in her position and decided to use it to her advantage she pressured the Gaians with massive assaults and flanking attacks.

Deatharon Prime was fighting with everything Imperial honor just would not die. The Gaians would see true honor agaisnt Deatharon warriors(plus the fact the Emperor must be protected.) The forces attack without mercy.

The fleet started wiseing up and started making cloaked hit and runs on Gaian fleet positions.

was still sending reinforcements to defend the capital.

*Gaian War Room, White Diamond/Sapphire*

Of the military minds of the Council, only Tsutsumi had returned, after overseeing the deployment of forces into the invasion zones. Now he waited alone in the huge holocenter, looking at the constant inflow of taactical and strategic data.

The Brakkia worlds went about as expected, however the Deatharon Core worlds were also going as expected. The broken up assaults, unlike the unified suprise assault on the Brakkia worlds, was also having less a lethal effect, as well as fierce resistance.

"Is this what Japan would have been like?" ..Tsutsumi asks himself, thinking of that anicent, yet no less bloody second terran global war. But the overwhelmed Gaian forces at Deatharon Prime was about to get in large interspaced waves, several Fleet group elements, while not quite as large as the Deatharon Fleet, would more than make up with three-dimensional fleet tactics, and numberless counts of boarding actions and other major fighter furballs.

However his eye was kept on one uncomitted target.

He looked at his holochronometer.

"Two minutes..."

...he looked at the last uncomitted reserve FACAF units slated to the invasion. What was occuring on Magiana was also on target. He'd leave the end result to...

Two more Droid Fleets emerged, 22nd and 26th, with a primarily ComStar Battlefleet, with Gaian elements from other free fleet forces Folding in.

They carried the JumpShips and DropShips of the 11th and 12th ComStar Armies, as well as elements of the Republic of the Sphere and Wolf's Dragoons forces.

With Magiana nearly stripped of mobile elements, the System was easy pickings for the combined FACAF-RCT force. Enough that they captured the singularity and missile cannons and bases within a few hours of battle.

Meanwhile, the final focus was on Deatharon, as all free units signaled readiness to Fold into the Capital System.

The fighting was terriable Imperial Walkers and tanks did all they could to defend their homeland from falling into enemy hands but they plasma shells were running low and the missiles were nearly gone all this stock pileing and it seemed the forces would of had a better chance throwing thier weapons at the Gaians instead of shooting them. The point singularity cannons still worked (praise the Emperor) the Imperial guard fought to defend the Empire tooth and nail but the fighting spirt was beginning to die many wanted to return home(their respected homes) and soon a massive mutiny occured the Guard just stopped fighting and the marines were alone defending Deatharon Prime. The Emperor had enough he offered surrender to the Gaians. The marines were speechless the Emperor offer surrender.

Last post for tonight

The final acts of the Second Wave were just about to commence. The signaled fleets suddenly all Fold Jumped in staggered Fold events, arriving all around the Deatharon battlefield from several Fold coordinates at once. Some were so close to other Deatharon WarShips, that shields actually touched and some blew each other's generators to smithereens.

However most of these forces arrived to the STUNNING announcement of:

..........and within a few moments of arrival, the massive battle for Deatharon Prime halted. Even more when word came up that most of the Deatharon army had literally walked away from the field of battle.

Several Clan commanders were outraged that the battle had been halted prematurely. Some advocated to ignore the cowardly message, but that was so until the ilCommander got wind of the message, and the overall tactical and strategic situation.

After two silent hours, where small unit actions peppered the battlefields across the Deatharon Empire, Aleaic and his Council members, advisors, and overall allied field commanders, came to the conclusion that they had indeed finally broke the Deatharon military, if in spirit at least.

Aleaic then prepared an announcement for both sides to hear.


~ :: To all allied commanders of the Allied FACAF forces. All combat actions are hereby suspended, and all hostile actions on our part are ended, and until otherwise informed, all orders to this effect are indefinite.

'Any' hostile actions in violation of this order will be met with severe punishment. As of now, FACAF forces will concentrate in disarming Deatharon marines and other troops in the Brakkia Systems, but not as yet in the Core Worlds. All due providence will be given to humanitarian aid, as well as assimilation of captured troops to the same plan as before.

I stress this, do 'not' harm any of the Deatharon people, and that is FINAL.

And to the Deatharon military, and specifically to the Emperor by name of Akarth Von Antheron the First, I, Aleaic Saloam Kerensky, ilCommander of the FACAF, Lord Excellency of the Gaian Ascendancy, and author of this invasion, hereby accept you challenge, as per the code of the Way of the Clans of Kerensky, and take this as a Trail of Refusal in kind.

Please inform me where to land my personal party, as where to conduct this challenge, as so to end this war in an honorable manner.

As a result, all Gaian offensive acts were ceased completely.

Sensui after a while told the commander of the Reman Warbird

" Why wait fire the weapon on the dominion fleet."

The Reman Warbirds wings were in fireing postion and a moment later fired thalaron radiation upon more then half of The Dominion Fleet.

The Death the crew of those ships faced was a death no one sould have.

The crews of the dominion turned to stone almost as they crumbled.


The Dominion Fleet Commander sent a message

You lied to us. We will not forget this day!

They sent word the The Cardassian and Dominion Fleets to keep up their planned attack.

The Emperor replied, "The battle shall be the site of the last invasion of Deatharon Prime, The site is called the warriors graveyard, thousands are said to have died their when the Lords alliance tried to crush my Empire once in for all. The coordinates will be sent to you. I shall allow you to bring as many people as you wish." Mavis watches his Brother and wishes they could still fight for him. The Emperor is in no shape to fight hand to hand any more. Mavis looks at Alfred the prince and heir to the throne. He might be able to defend the honor of the Empire.

(The Site is an ancient battle ground site during the war of unification.)

Princess Maria Von Antheron gets her fathers message and orders, "All Naval personal attack. The Emperor did not say all Space Navy personal standown." The Deatharon fleet opens fire and resumes it attacks on the Gaians ignoreing the Emperors orders to surrender.

Aleaic was about to acknowledge the message, when word came from Brakkia-M of the Zetan's attack in violation of the Dominion's own orders. He intended to send a strongly worded objection to Emperor Jayce once this war was over with.

But more, then came the breach of their own cease fire, even in violation of their own Emperor. "Apparently word of honor means very little to them."

The sudden attacks however was a poor tactical move on the Deatharon StarFleet's part. The ground forces however seemed not involved, and were treated with respect. The Deatharon Fleet however had lost their tactical advantage around Deatharon Prime, and reaction in kind was both quick, and horrendously vicious.

For the first time, especially in violation of honor, one of a Gaian's most sacred tenets, the Republic StarFleet used live ammunition, including heavy yeild warheads, full power Dimensional Cannons, and other far more lethal weapons, for the first five minutes of battle.

The effect was a cowed cheeta, having been given mercy before a tiger, and then the tiger was attacked as a coward does.

...the tiger then ravaged back at the cheeta with lethal prudence. At the five minute mark, the Gaians then halted the leathal attackes, and then started using Ionics once more to mop up the remains of the Deatharon Fleet. One that at the end tail of a three hour declawing, was broken into three seperate fleet pockets, large, yet totally severed from each other. The fleet actions around the other remaining contested worlds was no less vicious in the end.

Meanwhile, Aleaic and his family/commanders/aides, took a series of DropShips down to the intended coordinates, under heavy Omnifighter escort.

Emperor Akarth Von Antheron I watched the battle with a look of horror. His own daughter was destroyed in the Gaian attack. The Emperor restrain himself from using the cannons on the surface to attack the Gaians. Mavis watched and was said to have comment, Foolish girl. Prince Alfred cried and swore an oath of vengance and decided to get in through blood. Alfred sent a transmission to the Gaians.

I Prince Alfred Von Antheron have watched my sister be destroyed by live ammuntion fire,As Champion of the Empire and head of the Imperial Marine core, I challenge your leader to a duel. His choice on the type. however I do demand that it be a duel to the death.

A massive fleet came out of warp. it has hide most of its warp signture and what it couldnt it masked as Trade ships from Neo Zeta.

The fleet numebered 2,753 ships on The Cardassian Side, 164 Breen, 45 Gorn And 1,532 Dominion Ships. They Were At the Gaian home system and sent message to Gaian Command.


Gaians Surrender or face our wrath. Victory is Wrath

The Gaian Overlord-C DropShip meanwhile lands about 5 kilometers away. After it lands, a single figure takes one scout vehicle, and despite severe objections, went alone.

*The Gaian Homeworld*

The sudden arrival of the Dominion Fleet was very much a shock. From extreme long range, the 'Gaian-like' drive signatures and signals fooled the listening posts at the edge of the Empire.

The Power of Hikari caught wind of the deception too late, but was still active enough to alert all defenses just as the Dominion appears and make their demand.

The Council leaders remaining, of which, Keiichi, Washu, Skuld, Isarra, Rara, Tsutsumi, and Funaho, look at the sudden invasion. A combined message is sent.


~ :: Is it your intention to break your own word? We obeyed your cease fire request over Brakkia-M. Do you intend to show more foolishness by attacking us in our very doorstep, and crine before you on top?

You are fools. If you fire upon us, you will garner 'all' of our wrath with no tool or anger held back.

It will be 'you' that withdraws from this violation of our sovereingty, and will do so within ten or your minutes.

Every defense function was placed at Code-RED ONE, and even the massive A-SSDs short Fold Jumped, with the Eternal Destiny guarding the Ascendant Docks.

All Planetary Shields were put at maximum power, planetary and System Defense Platoform battieres armed and pointed, even from as far away as Planet Marble at the edge of the System, and even the commerce Privateers XGPs divered to cmbat duty. Local garrisons rushed from close by cities and ready stations, and literally 'every' Gaian prepared for the worst in the White Diamond System.

The local StarGate in Jurai`alheim prepared to transport the remaining Council members to a seperate System if needed, but Lord keiichi made the decision to stand and defend the Homeworld System with as much anger as Aleaic himself would give.

In his words.. "I was given his Excellency's trust. How dare I fail that now?"

The Gaians within five minutes, were prepared like a horde of deranged, mutant killer bees. They would make the Dominion pay if they even twitched ill.

Ha you broke your word. Your allies broke their word by useing that super weapon on our fleet. One of our most importent leaders is in that fleet. You will pay. Dont make us laugh your fleets cant hold us back for to long

One more Ship Decloaked. It was The Dominator. The Dominions Largest ships larger then even Eternal Destiny. The Fleet opened fire and started to push for the gaian home world.

2,312 GINN Mobile suits were also deployed.

Even the Gaians knew size was nothing, if it wasn't efficent with it. As soon as the Dominators arrive and start firing with the rest of the Dominion Fleet, the A-SSD shields react as they had in the battles within Deatharon, blunting much of the inital strikes, while using dimensionalization to absorb and refract more of the energy into other side dimensions, much of the power of the shots upon the massive warship was blunted enough, as the A-SSDs began to rain equal death towards the massive Supervessels.

As the Domninon Mobile Suits deplyed, they ran into waves of Omni-LAMs, and remaining Omnifighters, as several Home Guard Fleet groups began to approach the advancing Dominion line with quick lethality.

The techs were still equal enough, that the Gaians gave and took with brutal effect.

But the Dominion could not imagine one of the far more lethal defense mechanisims the Gaians had devised. And they had 'plenty' of objects to use for it. It centered upon the two Defense Gate Shield Grids the Dominion managed to bypass.

It was as simple as it was titanic. They had over the past decade, after mining them, 'refurbished' both the planetoid field and Oort Cloud fields with hundreds of thousands of minor celestial objects. They also were placed in MO-resource fields, where the foundries got most of their basic resources from all over the Ascendancy, including thousands of Star System sectors not inhabited, where they drew resources from, just within the Core Republic.

As a result, they had at their disposal, a very expendible ammunition source, with some the size of small american union states. A few were the size of the so called Texas and Alaska. A few were active bases the size of small moons.

The Defense Grid Stations, started using these 'bullets', by using pre placed momentum inertia generators, to send hundreds of these 'bullets' screaming in blindingly fast, at times as much as .5 Sublight. They would turn into glowing balls of imposed friction as a result, rushing towards the Dominion Fleet within half a minute at most.

Add to this, the Hikari Power also got into heavy gear, as Angelhawk filaments did muliple duty of slowing down Dominion vessels, blunting fire from some of the smaller vessels, and at time, even massive blasts from the larger ones, in the form of kilometer sized Wing Shields that lasted only a milisecond, enough to disrupt much of the impact fire.

And then as the Dominion passed close by, the System Planetary and Lunar Battieries gave ultra-hell from as afar as they could make it.

Still, the Dominion advance was steady, and both sides was taking casualties very quickly.

Meanwhile, another massive source was going to announce itself very shortly.

The Dominion was dealing out just as deadly fire. The Fire power comeing from The Dominator was equal to that of most StarBases. The GINNS moved in near defence structures and started to destroy them.

The Fleet took heavy loses but the they were dealing out equal loses to the gaians.

They started fireing their metabolic beams able to drain all kinds of shields as Jem'Hadar fighters rammed threw the wholes.

But the Dominion then uses a Gaian trick.

The uses their fold drive to fold into the middle of the fleet closest to the Gaian homeworld.

The Dominion had their fold drives working. The ships opened close ranger fire. As The Dominion uses Phase Photon Torpedos that can half of the the time pass threw shields.

When the Dominion Fleet folded in, their tactics were guessed enough that the short Fold Jump was handled with enough discipline. But theyr took a pounding, as the Fleet Group there centered upon a Excellency Class A-SSD. The Dominion Fleet also fell into effective range of the strongest shots from the Planetary batteries.

The Gaians also played the ramming game, as several Droid vessels, and even Gaian High-Mobiles and WarShips rammed the Dominion Capitals, but also interspaced some capture Corvettes to slip in and take over several Dominion vessels by slaving their systems and stunning their crews, even to death if required. The weapons of those vessels were then turned on their own, in places equalling out the Gaian's firepower losses.

Meanwhile, the first planetoids began to SLAM into any Dominion vessel unlucky enough to be hit by one of these behemoth rocks.

It was getting so bad, that Gaian LAMs were actively blasting through shields and ramming fully loaded and armed fighters into landing bays to destory enemy fighters and suits still in their landing bays. They even crashed full force into weapon ports and bridge sections.

*War Room, Palace Tree*

Aides and military officers were RUSHING back and forth, as the Council members watched the battle over their own Homeworld.

"Damn, this isn't what we had planned." Skuld eked out.

"The line is holding. The only problems are the vessels Short Folding near our Fleet near our atmosphere." ..and aide reported. Tsutsumi then asked. "Status of the Journey Sar`Nor?"

"Two minutes. I suggest moving out of the way on their signal."

Tsutsumi nods, then asks. "Don't wait, when the signal comences, fire."

The aide rushes off quickly. The Council members wait and pray.

The Dominion ships that were taken over were not targeted. Any crew still aboard ran to the warcore busting the cooling system cuasing a warcore breech.

They also started to lock tractor beams on Gaian ships and slamed them into other gaian ships. The Dominion line was still going stroung as they started to consentrate their fire in the center of the gaian line.

The Dominion fleet started to fire their Metabolic beams at the planet opening a hole in the shield the size of Europe. The Dominion had somthing planned.

"The Planetary Shield is being breached!!!"

Tsutsumi didn't bother asking how, he only waited. Both sides were taking a beating, but also that time was running out. He only ordered. "Target any vessels or weapons that try to attack through the Shield."

He and his associates then concentrated, and asked their Parters to give their maximum effort.

*The Kerensky Cluster Nebulae*

One MAJOR Fold event suddenly reveals one of the Gaian's last unrevealed secrets, as a 10,000 kilometer sized BaseCore appears from within the Nebulae Expanse, the largest of the Ascendant creations, as the only that were larger, were the Star Systems they made in the first place eons ago.

As soon as it appears, a massive SubSpace warp point is created by the monolithic vessel, and ten seconds later, gets a target lock using the Ascendant Slar Node Array, targeted from the Ascendant Dysan Sphere, the same that had teleported White Diamond/Sapphire years ago.

Now it was a focal solution targeting computer network of vast size, all to fire the BaseCore's Dimensional Superlaser Cannon.

"Target Lock, estimated distance, 187 light-years. Do you wish to deploy Ackronus?"

The Avian Lord looked down at the Gaian-Tech. "~ Deploy while time still graces us.

...free weapons fire until ordered otherwise. ~"

The Avian Lord then looks at the Strategia-HoloGlobe and sighs. "~ Things have not changed. ~" ...just as a tulmultuous glass-shattering, crystal tingling sound reverberates throughout the BaseCore...

...and with all Blast Shield closed, the massive monolith fires.

A single Cannon Port, the size of a StarBase alone, fires it's weapon. The beam, estimated at four quintillion terrawats, with a corona all it's own, enters the SubSpace tunnel...

...and literally seconds later, a tunnel opens in front of Angellus I and II and the massive beam LANCES out and sears into oblivion everything in the target path.

The beam sacrifices Gaian vessels, as much as it obliterates Dominion ones, all the way until it intersects with the nearest Dominator vessel.

The Supervessel acquits itself well, it's shields holding out for five seconds...

...at the sixth, the beam burns out the shield array, and then melting the entre mid section of the vessel into molten atoms.

...the explosion is quite impressive. However the beam is so powerful, that many of the shield arrays in the System are disrupted by sheer EMP aftereffect.

And then the massive vessel prepares to fire again, having charges for five more such blasts. Between these and the hailstorm of planetoids, the Dominion fleet is also getting brutalized. The Gaians show no sign of stopping either.

And then several far reaches fleets of the Republic Core Worlds Fold in, firing swaths of StarJel torpedoes and jam all frequencies in the System, limiting to laser-comms only.

Soon, more and more Fleets will arrive.

The Fleet commander said " Intresting little toy but nothing to what we are working on. soon they have the face Two Cardassian Empires and Two Dominions but for now. Fire The ADD Target their palace."


The Dominion fleet moved in postion to try and use the Gaian fleets as a shield as one Light Crusier broke threw and entered the high atomospher.

One in range it fired the ADD.

Prince Alfred and his personal guards were piloting his personal Imperial Walker. The Walker appeared via land wormhole. The flash of light would blind most humans in the area.(tempoarly) The Prince in a rage yells over intercom, "This monster killed the Imperial Princess. Show no mercy, The Personal guards are Marines and respond, "Yes sir, No mercy." The Walker starts moving personal shields raise up, weapons go online.


In Palace.

Emperor Akarth Von Antheron I is talking to Grand Duke Mavis Von Antheron, "Is the Princess clone ready?" Mavis responds, "yes we took her memories from the ships computers, The problem is we have very little of what she was." Akarth sighs, "Maybe this time she wont be so hot headed. What about my son?" Mavis replies, "His clone is on standbye." Akarth just walks off towards his throne.

Aleaic simply looks up at the Walker and sighs. "Still too emotional."

Any Walker fire that gouges out from Walker gets blunted aside when he throws up his Angelhawk Shield, the heavy fire having no effect. Aleaic just shakes his head. "If they must..."

..he then concentrates and forms his Angehwk Sword, once again the shape of Anduril, and darts in with blinding speed. He then severs and freezes several of the leg joints, causing the Walker to freeze in place.

He then stops about twenty meters behind the Walker and shouts up. "Must we continue this idiocy to it's bloody conclusion, or will you FINALLY stop and listen to me!?!!"

Aleaic then just stops and huffs somewhat indignant.

The same can't be said over White Diamond, as the battle reaches cresendo. With all sizes and types of fire lacing thick as a blood strewn rainstorm, the single Dominion Light Cruiser that breaks through and then fires the strange weapon, does not live to see it's harsh result, as several surface batteries OBLITERATE the vessel.

":: SINGLE OBJECT ENTERING OUR ATMOSPHERE!!! ::"

Tsutsumi roars back over comm.. "FOCUS ALL SHIELDS ON IT! BLOW THE GENERATORS IF YOU HAVE TOO!!!"

...the result shoves almost all extra energy from other un affected ends of the planet, as well as solar energy reserves, and as much free Hikari Power that can be generatedm, were focused on the ADD. All that power manages to keep the object in the high lithosphere of the planet. The end target was the Palace Tree itself, at a trajectory from the planetary equator.

..it's there instead that where the ADD detonates, causing the sky for a hundred kilometers around, to turn a purplish black color of destruction. The main blunted force however manages to slip enough through to reach the surface below...

..and at least three small townships are instantly mutilated beyond comprehension, the souls within enduring a horrid amount of pain, that is mercifully short lived. If the gods were punishing the Gaian's admitted sins, then this was the final result.

For a mere moment, the battle silences, one of those momnents in a battle where everyone knows a momentous and terrible event has occured.

"H... how many were down... there?" Skuld asks with her horror filled tone.

After a moment... "About 250,000 souls...." ...Funaho responds with a cracked voice, her memory 'too' good for her caring at that moment.

A mixture of horror, anguish, and vulnerability, is added to by another raw emotion.

Tstsumi then simply responds with a rare lack of judgement. "Burn them.... just... burn them..."

In all of two seconds after this is heard, the Gaians ROAR back at the remaining Dominion forces, 'willingly' running kamikazie attacks, even fighting dirty, just to make the Dominion pay. They even attacked at point blank ranges, while planetoids slammed into Dominion ships dead next to them, such was their blinding fury!

Prince Alfred realizes he can not win without cheating decides to do the only honorable thing for a failure. He hits the power overload button after transmiting his memmories via computer. His guards do the same. The Walker explodes and the armor litterly becomes a giant Frag Greanade to anything fairly close to it.


Emperor Akarth watches this via holo screen and orders the clones to be activated.

The Dominion and Cardassian commanders sent a message to the gaians

We have payed you back 100 fold for your trick on our task force. Unless you want us to fire 200 on those and yes i know you can blunt them but how many lives will you lose? a million? a hundered million? Its time for talks unless you would like us to wipe out your home world as you wipe out our fleets. We are no fools a mutal destruction dosnt suit us but if it comes to it we will do it. we await your reply

The Dominion fleet returns fire with just as much hate and readys the next batch of ADD weapons.

Aleaic though has another result in mind.

As soon as the Walker explodes, the blast wave is first blunted by an Angelhawk Shield Globe, and then the Globe is thrust upon the explosion, surrounding it, and halting time within it. Everything is then at the mercy and control of the Agent of the Powers.

Aleaic sighs, then clenches a hand held out, and with his immense power, reverses time within the globe, causing the Walker and everyone within to revert to a state before the explosion, done even down to the milisecond before the Deatharons activate their self-destruct devices..

...which makes an even simpler matter of simply removing the reactive atomic elements of the devices, rendering them no more dangerous than throwing a pebble.

Aleaic, after completing this, then has a Wing nab and teleport Prince Alfred, and then places the revived Prince simply before the 'very' angry Lord Excellency.

He then says it simply. ":: ~ Unless you want your entire way of life gutted utterly, you will two things...

One, ALL Deatharon Forces will cease fire, with no exception. If you wish to have your dead revived by our genetic refabrication centers, the I suggest you halt all fighting and assit us in retrieving all bodies in space.

And Two..

...take me to your Emperor 'now'. ~ ::" ...the last part with his eyes glowing like he was a Goauld, though the effect is laced with bluish plasma arcs circling his eyes.

...such is the anger within this Power.

...the negotiations were far different over White Diamond/Sapphire. With the battle raging and nothing less than a stalemate, with total attrition the probable end result.

Upon the WarRoom, whence the message was recieved, the Tsutsumi and Funaho looked at the message, the reports coming in, and other relevant data they asked for.

Tsutsumi then looked at Funaho and nodded. "Let's bear the bite taken."

Funaho sighs... and then nods.. Skuld however seethes. "But we would be giving in to them! How can we justify...."

"NO!!!!" Funaho SNAPPED back at Skuld, making her back up so much, that Isarra had to catch her before she tumbled down a step level. "We will learn nothing from further death.

...this has been enough for today." Funaho finishes, then turns and heads to a comm panel, and Tsutsumi follows. Skuld looks about to cry, and honestly so..

..Isarra though just comforts her. "Don't worry. Sometimes even I get that treatment from Father. But as he and Mothers tell me: Sometimes you have to get hit in the head to stop from doing something very dumb."

Skuld would later learn that and forgive Funaho, likewise in reciprocation. Skuld for now however is too overwhelmed by the death she witnessed. She just breaks down and sobs into Isarra's shoulder, for a good while. Isarra even sheds a tear in her own reciprocation to what she witnessed..

..and for those that died today.

Funaho meanwhile quickly prepares a message to end the battle.

At the same time, Tsutsumi ordered all vessels to stop firing, trying 'very' hard to show honor.

Very well all dominion forces will return to dominion space. You fought bravely and we honor your dead.

One thing Jem'Hadar always admired even if they were sworne enemys was fighting bravely and with honor. They disliked useing the ADD weapons but had no choice at times. The Dominion fleets and Task force in Deatharon Space returned home. Any ships adrift were also taken back. Dominion forces had lost 543 Ships and 2,100 others damaged

The Gaians suffered just as much, though most of the casualties were from Kushan WarShips and OmniAeros. 642 vessels were destroyed, and 2,468 were damaged, all in various states. Even the massive A-SSDs each suffered heavily enough in match to the fire the Dominators had sent out. The Eternal Destiny suffered 37% surface damage, including several hits to Command Core.

However the Gaian defenses and infrastructure were also hit, though mainly centered around White Diamond/Sapphire. Half the Docks and Yards suffered damage, and one had had it's power influx systems gutted. Several surrounding Defense Platforms, Ion Cannon Stations, ECM Platforms and such, were also damaged.

The nearby Luna of Ascenda with it's extensive habitation, defense and infrastructure was also damaged, and some 3,000 died on the surface. However the worst hit was White Diamond itself.

The final total was estimated at 264,531 dead, no survivors in the central continent that took the brunt of the ADD effects. The landscape was literally a gray ash, and the air was a static purple-gray. A pure dead zone. It would take five years to reclaim the land, and recover enough remains of the dead, to revive them geneticaly.

But the damage to the Gaians was far deeper. Not from a sudden distrust of their own defenses, goverment or anything such, or even a vunerability. The true cost was an anger that the Gaians would never truly ever get rid of, for the Dominion. Throughout the war being conducted, the Gaians went out of their way to avoid civilian casualties, even sacrificing Gaian troops to save Deatharon citizens when the situation came down to it.

..and in return, blamed for the Neo Zetan's own breach of honor at Brakkia-M, the Gaians were then made the target, and innocent souls died as a result of a weapon that did 'not' need to be used.

The message that the Dominion saluted the Gaian's honor, was hollow to them, in retrospect. Within hours, the news stretched throughout civilized space, so in as such could be interpreted. Of the information given, was two bits not mentioned.

One, that all the resultant debris of battle, and there was 'tons' of Gaian and Dominion debri to collect, and 'learn' from, as well as bodies to study, as well as in certain cases, revive, that in the end result, too much Dominion technology had fallen into the Gaian penchant for reverse engineering and understanding. Within a year, almost no secret of the Dominion was left unprivied. That much material wreckage, also made for 'resource' to rebuild their broken fleet..

...even expand upon it.

But more, the Gaians swore in one way or another, in their own convulted and far sighted ways, that the Dominion would pay in some measure of equal effect.

Someday... and in a way the Dominion 'can't' prepare for.

As such, the Gaians fell inward to lick their wounds, and also to learn from the battle..

...so that the Dominion can 'never' do such damage, or even get into the Ascendancy so easily ever again. That was the day the Dimensional Pocket Project really began.

The Dominion also took gaian bodys and wreckage with them. over 121 bodys taken and a good bit of ship wreckage.

The also learned much from the wreckage and bodys. The next war would seem to be just as bloody. But somthing happened. The Dominion wanted to go into a short isloationism. They started the slow down project. They would start to build Fold Drive Inhibiters. Able to stop any ship from Folding into Dominion Terrtory same for wormholes. But this project was just starting. But somthing started however so tiny that would have a major effect. Some of the Jem'Hadar were starting to want freedom from the cold honorless founders. a small pod with a message was sent to the gaians.

If we Jem'Hadar wernt ruled by the founders and other goverment members of the dominion we would never use such a weapon. But i offer no excuse. It is without honor. Alfred responds in a shaky voice, "Sir I can agree to the first demand. The Second however is out of my power if the Emperor does not want to see you, I have no power to force him."

Akarth Von Antheron I watches the whole thing on via cloaked probe. The Emperor starts heading for an underground passage his brother follows.

Of what was recieved, was later returned by a similar unofficial communiqaue.

He then folds the Tri-Wings of the Angelhawk around him, and then SHOOTS away at literally blinding speed.

...where Akarth Von Antheron I finds dead in front of him suddenly, the flower like unfurl of the Tri-WIngs, and the glowing author in front of him.

Aleaic finally stands in front of his equal. ":: ~ Allo there... ~ ::"

Emperor Akarth Von Antheron I was surpised to say the least but he was not a total coward. He was the man who litterly lead each and every invasion of the Brakka systems and was known for being an excellent military commander but for the first he wished his Imperial bodyguards were not stunned to the floor all he said was "So you found me now what do you have plan my death. You kill me every noble man will want your blood even more you did murder their children who commanded the ships up there."

Aleaic then stops and looks hard at Akarth, reading his mind just as easily, since fear gave away too many secrets. Sensui and Albedo land their gundams on Deatharon homeworld. They fire at random targets be it military or not.

" Trash all of them trash" Albedo says.

" Stop fireing Albedo. They are human and by that fact diserve better." Sensui says as he exits his mobile suit.

This place could be a good place to branch out Blue Cosmos too they seem ripe for our teachings of Human Superority.(sp)

Akarth Von Antheron was enraged he yelled back, "You are hardly one to talk about being uncivilazed your people were not put on ships and forced to live in them through the cold void of space and then get sucked up by some wild wormhole and end up in another Galaxy and then live in a world were humans and mutants fight for dominace. My Family was the only thing to bring order through this insanity we built an army and took this system and then persauded the other systems to follow through marriage and blood and then we attempted to destroy the mutants.in the end We figured we could not erridicate them so we made them citizens and increased our power. You and your people have no right to judge us, untill after you suffer as much as our ancestors did. Every Deatharon citizen is a decandant of a criminal or mutant of some kind and yet you and your people think it surpiseing that we are more aggressive and cruel. That is how things are done in the Empire and no amount of kindness will change that."

IC: The Attacks from the Zetans inflame Deatharons ground forces and everyone(seeing non military personal being attacked anger everyone considering they did not execpt the Gaians or their allies to attack non military targets) gets back into fighting positions and attack the Zetan inturders. 20 Omega missiles are fired at the Remian ship. A commander hails the Gaians and responds: you have broken the cease fire prepare to be destroyed for your dishonor. The Point singularity cannons rack at the Gaian ships. and hundreds of Alpha missiles are launched at the Gaian ships. The interceptors attack the Gaians on the ground. The imperial guard mobeilzes with the Marines yet again. The war begins again.

Just then the mental link between Aleaic and Tsunami informs him of the events that Sensui and Albedo have caused.

Aleaic wasn't pleased, he then says simply. "Apparently even our own allies can't hold to honor. So..."

Aleaic then concentrates for a moment, and then hits his comm for a broadband frequency bounce off of all vessels.

The Deatharon military once again stand down and the men retreat back to thier respected homes. Akarth Von Antheron I realizes he can not win the war offers a surrender to all ascendancy forces but with the ability to keep the Deatharon Military intact and loyal to the current government. Akarth had one question what about foreign contacts alot Deatharons allies were shady at best and Akarth figured the nobel minded Gaians would never accept us being allied to nations like the True Way of Alan and the Dominion and so forth. Akarth answers the Gaian question about the orginal home of Deatharon, "We destroyed our orginal home with a black hole generated from a reversed engineered wormhole generator. Thus we did to them what they tried to do to us."

Aleaic just shakes his head and decides to keep a mental tab of Sensui from now on. But for the moment he turns his attention on finishing what he started.

"There are nations we have contacts with that are far less dishonorable, though nations like that are few and far between.

...'and' if you are willing to be more open minded with how you deal with your own people, you can 'keep' you military as it is, but with a far stronger morality base.

There 'are' other star systems to colonize, many not inhabited. You have other options besides outright conquering. We control over 3,000 Star Systems, in several other Galaxies, with even a few more ready to be colonized.

And.... if it won't kill you or your Family to do it, it's time to enter the proper future."

In short order, Aleaic gives a vision of a Deatharon that has true equality among all their races, where the Royalty has their vices and wants, but so do 'everyone else'. The Gaians can offer technology and resource capabilities for their own sphere, that would make the thought of anything limited, as a bad joke. But that to trully make it work, the Detharon would need to remove the idea of greed from their minds, as well as anything that is considered inferior, as a society of the unlimited, doesn't truly work if there are artifical limitations imposed.

He also offers an unlimited amout of trade rights between the two nations, as well as many other very flexible options.

The end result was to create a powerful trade nexus, one that wasn't limited to eighteen puny systems.

The end result was to turn an enemy into a friend, one that justified Lord Marius's plea for all this in the first place.

The Imperial Bodyguards surround the Emperor as he pushes a few buttons on the system computer of the base. It turns on every holo screen and Akarth saids, "Well would you like to show Deatharon your grand idea? If so just stand right their were the camera's are pointing."

Aleaic nods, but then adds.. "Only if you will stand 'beside' me. They are still your people, and would better accept your words before my own. Presuming there are no more Deatharon's that disobey your orders.
