Effective immediately, 4 of 5 UPCR states go communist!

Breaking News
Four-fifths of the Union of Pacitalian Capitalist Republics are now officially communist.
Surprise coups in the Argentinian PCR, German PCR, Russian PCR and American PPT by communist rebels have been successful and it is reported that a coup planned for Pacitalia was aborted. Among the dead in the four coup d'etats:
- President Emilio Rodriguez-Santrado of the Argentinian PCR
- Chancellor Sehrguten Schroeder of the German PCR
- President Andrei Yefimovich Golgov of the Russian PCR
- Chief Administrative Officer George W. Shub of the American PPT
Prime Minister Timothy Ell and the Capitalist government was nearly overrun but struck a last-minute deal to stay in power; they argued without a main source of income for the UPCR (now renamed the Union of International Socialist Republics) the group of nations would become another deplorable version of the former Soviet Union, in its pre-Troskin days.
The new Union of International Socialist Republics will be led out of Moscow in the Russian ISR. PM Timothy Ell is no longer the major leader in the union but has been given provisional autonomous status on the basis of continuing economic strength in the former UPCR.
The communist rebels have named Leonid Sergeyevich Kasparov the first General Secretary of the Communist Party of the UISR. No word yet on the first national leader of the UISR.
Quite a tumultuous day for the approximately 2.5 billion people of the new UISR and its new government, which apologises for the "unnecessary deaths" of many people. It is asking for recognition from Pacitalia's allies.

Well, well, well... I knew since you were slowly becoming more open about supporting the Soviet Unio - not to mention The Worldwide Mir Initiative - would cause some sort of revolution. I congratulate my comrades in Pacitalia for seizing control of the regime and begining to reform the state. I send you my personal congratulations and thanks to my comrades for keeping the Revolution alive.
Sincerely,
Premier Vladimir Troskin

The analystic took a sip of his coffee and turned back to his computer, he almost spit the coffee out after seeing the report that his email had just recieved.
"Shit, we have another situation."
"What is it now?" Said his co-worker.
"These communist revolutions, they are happening everywhere."
"Its bizarre, forcasts were showing a more stable era in the world."
"Yeah well as usual the forcasts were wrong, so what should we do about this one?"
"This is too much for us to handle, already got a few others to deal with. Task T.A.G Satellite 12 over the area, and nothing more."
"Yes sir."

Union of International Socialist Republics
My thanks to Comrade Troskin for his message of warm support and love for the fellow Communists of the world. As we begin our leadership of the new Union of International Socialist Republics, we know it is important for all entities and people to work together to make this a successful operation. Our cooperation with the Capitalist Republic of Pacitalia signifies our desire for independence; it is rather odd that we now hold the balance of power, but we do not wish to hold Pacitalia in our sphere if the people there do not want communism. Peaceful spread of communism through the four substates of the UPCR was our only goal, and we will stick to that.
For now, our goal is organising and centralising government in Moscow and appointing what will be known as the First Secretary under the provisions of the First Government Writ of the UISR.
We hope for recognition from countries - as I said, I and the people responsible for the coup wanted it to be peaceful, but it ended tragically and we are truly sorry for what occurred today. May the souls of those men, despite their differing ideologies, rest in peace.
Forever for the proletarians,

It has been a busy day here in Pacitalia and in the former UPCR. I appreciate the efforts of Mr. Kasparov to keep the peace during this day of tumult and, sadly, minor tragedy in the new Union of International Socialist Republics.
With that, I officially recognise the government of the UISR, and give the order that the UPCR no longer exists and that the Republic of Pacitalia no longer has any governmental and/or administrative ties to the four states of the UISR, excluding but not limited to diplomatic relations.
I wish the UISR government the best of luck in their new lands.
Timothy Ell
Prime Minister of Pacitalia

"While we are disappointed at the loss of life incurred in the revolution and we are dismayed at the separation from Pacitalia, we match Prime Minister Ell's recognition with our own.
"I would like to remind the new countries that they will need to establish separate diplomatic embassies and consulates in Sarzonia and we would have to do the same."

OOC: Ah gotcha. ;)
IC: "We express concern over the loss of life in this revolution, but are left with few options but to accept the new nations into the world. We reconize the UISR's independence, but will watch each and every one of them closely.
Secret IC: If Pacitalia feels in anyway threatened by possible communist aggression from its former states, Everonia promises to pledge support of your country.

Union of International Socialist Republics
I thank Prime Minister Ell for his recognising of our government and nation; we are surprised he doesn't despise us for what we have done to his now-former union. May this be the start of warm, cordial relations between the Union of International Socialist Republics and the now fully independent Republic of Pacitalia. We agree to the terms and decrees laid out by the Prime Minister.
I also thank the Pacitalian ally of Sarzonia for their subsequent admission and recognition of our existence. It is not often a country receives recognition after they remove an ally's favoured government from power, and we will relish and cherish this opportunity to improve relations with Sarzonia, a nation reasonably open to communism and open to relations with the UISR.
