Empress Serena has sent a Envoy to ITD to start talks to try to get ITD to give Hataria The land ITD captured in 2004. The envoy, Tian Mahi Gonai, is heading to ITD on one of The Imperial Planes.

many Hatarians say that if Talks fail, Hataria should take the territory back by force. But Empress Serena hopes Talks would work and keep Hataria out of a War for now.

ITD will not allow an envoy to enter the Imperium. If a Hatarian plane enters Imperium airspace, it will be escorted to a nearby airforce base for refueling, after which they will be sent back. The pilot nor his/her passengers will not be harmed, unless they attempt anything rash.

As for the land captured, we are willing to allow a Hatarian embassy, but nothing more at this point. The land is currently completely under the Imperium's control and will be protected by its armed forces.

Do note that the Imperium is well armed and prepared to fight for its territory and people.
