IC:

On the newly discovered planet of Tornak, the Taledonian settlers thrived on their claimed continent. All was going well thanks to the support from both the Taledonian government and the Republic. All was not well however...

The planet being far away from the Republics planets and systems, governing the new territorry wasn't easy. The people lived in security, the preatorian guards made sure of that, but they didn't feel that they should be ruled by a government several thousand lightyears away. The few military personel on the planet could not contain a civil war if one should erupt, and it did.

The Talenakians(the Taledonian claim is called Talenak) marched upon the regional Imperial Palace, having overpowered the small temporary barracks and stealing the weaponary. It would only be a matter of time before Talenak was under it's own control. The Taledonian governments main fault, was not setting up the long range communications yet, therefore it would be sometime before anything was noticed, giving the revolutionaries a chance to prepare...

Delta Squadron lifted off the Kezacistani ship and began flying off towards Telenak to check up on current events, Macpherson picked up his radio, "Allied Taledonia, this is Delta Squadron command Macpherson, are we O.K. to land? Please tell us the current situation of the colony, and we will try, if we can, to assist. We're sorry, we've just gotten this in, we're the only fleet H-L command could supply, we're a bit short-handed and will only be able to handle area policing, asking permission to land."

The revolutionaries broke down the gates of the palace and stormed in, firing their stolen blasters at the few guards. They broke down the large marble doors and charged inside, killing all that resisted. As the men secured the palace, a patrol saw the blinking light in the small makeshift comm room. He pressed a switch and listened:

"Allied Taledonia, this is Delta Squadron command Macpherson, are we O.K. to land? Please tell us the current situation of the colony, and we will try, if we can, to assist. We're sorry, we've just gotten this in, we're the only fleet H-L command could supply, we're a bit short-handed and will only be able to handle area policing, asking permission to land."

The man called to another militia who was nearby. They listened to the transmission again.

"Better call the Emperor"

"You do it, he may be our saviour but he scares the hell out of me."

"Wussy, fine, I'll do it."

The militia spoke into his comm link,

"Palace is secured, Emperor to the comm center immeadiatly, very urgent."

A few minutes later, the new Emperor of Talekon arrived with 4 other militia on his flanks.

"What is it?"

They played the transmission and the Emperor immeadiatly opened a channel to the Hydrogen-Land ships,

"This is Talekon Command. The colony is going well, a small plasma leak has occured however so there is a negative to land. Repeat, negative on the landing clearence. Well report back in an hour."

"How many fighters did we capture?" the Emperor asked the militia.

"20, my lord"

"Scramble them to dispose of these pesky Republicans, and make sure they do it quietly, jam their transmissions and have the ships cloakings on."

The militia pilots entered the captured TF-20 fighters and took off from the landing pad. Immeadiatly they engaged their cloaking devices which rendered them completely invisible to see and to radar.

Kazecistan's mega city was untouched by revolution. Its ground troops, however, were weak and left much to be desired as they specialized in space combat. They could do nothing short of blasting the buildings off the face of the planet, a not particularly appealing solution. They counted on fear to win this battle without firing a single shot.

"Give up the city of Talenac, or the great fleet of Kazecistan shall be forced to destroy the rebels from space. You have one hour."

The Talenac militia had complete control over the continent. Defenses had been set up to prevent any incursions from all other forces, and guards with blaster rifles were positioned all around the continent. The pathetic Kazecistan force would not be enough to even breach this revolution, let alone stop it.

"That's a negatory Allied Taledonia, we're low on fuel, apparently the fuel we recieved on Allied Kazecistan's cruisor is affecting our navigation systems, we are coming in for landing, repeat, we are coming in for landing." The ships wobbled as the set down on the surface, but suddenly it was apparent, something was horribly wrong. Macpherson opened his window and jumped out, and was suddenly surrounded by the revolutionaries, he held his hand over his blaster as he tried to be diplomatic, "Who are you? Where is the Taledonian fleet? Please, put the guns down-" suddenly a sharp pain hit him in the shoulder, and he blacked out...

The rebel forces captured the Hydrogen-Land pilots and took them to the Imperial Palace to be brought before the Emperor. When they arrived, the men were forced to their knees in front of the new Emperor, who looked at them in disgust and said,

"Republic slaves! When will you learn that you cannot control the galaxy? You are all pathetic! Guards, take them to the brig and remove their gear."

"But sir, if we remove their gear they will die. They need hydrogen to survive, not oxygen.."

"DO AS I SAY OR I WILL HAVE YOU SHOT!" Emperor Arthur shouted.

"Yes, my lord."

The captured H-L ships had been loaded with explosives and automated to do a kamikazy mission to strike large groups of Kazecistan soldiers.

Little did the planet know, but a large Taledonian Battle Cruiser had just arrived in the system and headed for the planet. The Republic still had no clue what was going on down there and this cruiser was just sent on a routine check up and to deliver more supplies and soldiers.

The civil war was about to start

The men were dragged into cages and most lost conciousness, the little hydrogen in the air could not support their needs, they became like fish that had been dragged onto land. The guards eventually left, and the concious soldiers looked at each other, all producing a small bottle of water, the nozzle was specially made to remove the Hydgrogen from the water, and also, fill the bottle with pure oxygen, making a very easy to use bomb, they all took quick hits of hydrogen, reviving the unconcious, and then, Lugar walked over to the bars, he placed the bottle to his lips and removed the nozzle, exhaled, and spat fire across the room, melting the bars, they all hurried to the trophy room, which was unguarded, and retrieved their gear, it was time, weaponless, armourless, and only surviving by a small backpack with a tube, they started down the corridor to the Grand Chamber...

(OOC: Don't like to say it to a fellow member of the Republic, but that's GM H-L. Iron bars for prisons would do in the present but in FT, they are forcefields. Plus your gear is being held in the captured barracks outside of the palace.)

The Taledonian cruiser slid through space into orbit around the planet. Still un-aware of what was happening.

"Sir! It appears the communications on the planet have all been jammed. Maybe one of the foreign nations is planning an invasion?" said the commander as the looked up from the control panel he was staring at.

"What? Send down the troops and supplies, now!" ordered Cpt. Nok.

In the hangars, thousands of troops and supplies started filling transports while pilots prepared their TF-20s for the escort. As they left the hangers, the large convoy did not see the cloaked fighters, but the radars could.

"This is Gold Leader, Blue Group and Red Group, go check out those signals. Gold Leader to Cruiser, do you have them on radar also? Over!"

"Affirmative Gold Leader, we have them on radar. Classification of TF-20. Hail them."

"Affirmative, hailing now. Cloaked TF-20s, this is Gold Leader, please uncloak and state your orders, over!"

The fighters uncloaked and began firing on the other fighters.

"Shit! Take them out, their hostile!"

The Rebel TF-20s were torn apart by the other fighters as the convoy moved closer to the planet. When they entered the atmosphere and began their descent, the captured Taledonian turrets started opening up on them.

"What the hell is happening?! Gold Leader to Cruiser, hostile forces have taken Talenak, requesting orders."

"There is a large open field a bit out of town. Proceed there and unload the transports. Then proceed to do recon of the area."

"Roger Roger"

The convoy proceeded to the plain and landed. The transports emptied and small forcefield generators were set up to provide a small base of operations and to protect the ships. The troops started organizing themselves. Soon, 3 000 troopers stood facing the city of Talenak, which was only visible because the Palace was very large. The commanders took their positions at the front of the army.

"Company! Move!"

Simultaniously, all the troops started marching as the TF-20s flew overhead, activated their cloaks and headed towards the city.

OOC: Alright, but what if I don't care to sit around dying in a prioson sell waiting to be rescued, and if you do the math, when Hydrogen, Oxygen, and heat combine, an explosion is the result, the Hydrogen and Oxygen from the bottle, the heat from his breath, 92 degrees or something is the mouth. The most I can do is come up with some sort of alternate escape, you have to realize, my men cant live long enough to wait for rescue.

An alternate way would be to use your little genius H-L brains and make a simple bomb out of the bottles that would knock out one of the walls.

OOC: Ok, Rewind:
Former Point IC: Gasping, Macpherson stood up and gathered the bottles from the men, he thought of what he could use to get out, a powerful force-field surrounding them, he suddenly became angry, throwing one of the bottle against the field, as he turned, he heard the loud BANG! of an explosion. He'd done it! They all hurried out, weak, but free. Using the same premise, He threw a bottle against one of the windows, it blew a large chunk out of the wall, they hurried through, just as a group of guards ran after them, a few men were lost on the run, but in order to survive, they had to make it to barracks, and they did, but it almost cost them their lives, again! The barracks was empty, or so they thought, and as they all strapped on their equipment, they were ambushed. "You think that we wouldn't get radio call of a break out?" sneared one of the guards, "Come with us!". They were dragged away by the guards, little did the rebels know, that was the plan after they were captured. The brig was near the shuttle bay, and if they could break free long enough to grab a ship, they could meet up with their allies. "Come on with ya!" shouted a guard, and they were just about to the goal, the door could be seen and, it was open! Kerek, one of stronger soldiers waited until they got right before the door, then, sticking out his arm and turning, he knocked down the guards, they ran inside and saw the only ship left, an old shuttle, Macpherson opened the door and the shuffled in, the guards still on the ground, he punched the keys, and the ship burst out of the complex, onward to the Taledonian Cruiser...

"Sir! transport coming in!"
"Send 3 stingers(TF-20s) to escort them to a hanger!"

On the Planet

As the Taledonian army came close to the city. A large force of Rebels appeared out of the forests surrounding the city.

"Company! Halt!"

Immeadiatly, the army stopped.

"Make ready!"

The men immeadiatly took aim on the rebels who were now taking positions behind rocks, trees, and in tall grass.

"Advance!"

The army started marching forwards and firing their blasters at the rebels, who also started to fire their blasters at the army. Tho heavily outnumbered, the rebels had an easier target considering the Taledonians were all massed together and not taking cover anywhere.

IC:

The Taledonian troops continued to advance as they fired on the rebels, who fired right back. With the Taledonians getting too close for comfort, the Rebels started pulling back to cover within the forest. As the Taledonian army arrived at the forest edge the commanders screamed,

"Break formation!"

The army immeadiatly broke formation and started running for cover within the trees, still firing on the Rebels.
