OOC: This is my first war thread. No direct intervention is allowed.

IC: Naraku Emperor of Nova Zeta had left the trade talks early. He felt that Neo Zeta was gaining power to fast and he needed to stike now. Befor he had left for the trade talks he had his fleets ready them selves. They were now ready and on the border ready to attack.

With Jayce and Yusuke at the trade talks this would be the perfect time to strike Neo Zeta. Naraku had already had most of Neo Zetas communcations jammed in the area.

He spoke to Admiral Lich leader of the invasion force. " Are the fleets ready?"

Lich nods " They are my lord. The Mobile Suits are ready. Also The GINN typs have been improved and ready for use. Nazca and Laurasia Class batteships will support them"

Naraku smiles " Start the Invasion"

With that the fleets of Nova Zeta started to cross the border and head for the near by Patrol Ships of Neo Zeta.

The war was on.

*Gaian High Command*

An Aide-Tech came rushing into Funaho's Office. "MILADY!! Nova Zeta is crossing into Neo Zeta space!"

Funaho looks and then says in a level tone. Has Strategic been informed?"

"Should be by now yes. Another runner was sent to his majesties."

Funaho nods, then informs. "I will contact my sources and get a clear picture, keep me appraised from affiliated stations." ..the aide bows. "Aye milady." ...and rushes off.

Funaho then sighs and leans forward, her opal desk over twenty meters wide and long, curved like a shallow C shape. It was filled with several displayed holo screens, a few vidscreens with news service channels from several nations, and a polethera of Padds filled with all kinds of intellegence data..

...a very detailed amount of data...

Funaho though leans forward on her elbows and rests her head in her hands, and sighs.

"Must there always be those that wish to take from others?"

Already she knew what the Republic response would be.

..she therefore began to make several contacts.

Back at the talks Jayce gets word of whats happened. He is not shocked but upset at the timeing. "i am sorry my friends but it seems we will have to be leaving. The Empire needs its two best Mobile Suit Pilotes." Yusuke nods.

As they ready for transport back to the ship Yusuke meets eyes with Peorth. Yusukes eyes all three of them were the kind once you saw you never forget. he smiles as they transport up to the ship.

The ship engages its warpdrive and heads for Zeta Prime.

Meanwhile The invasion forces is only four days from its first target... Ishbal.

Peorth actually felt 'wierd' when she was stared at by Yusuke and she wasn't totally sure why. Once he left however, she shook off the shallow twinge in her pit and went to assist Lady Seto.

Aleaic however was already back at his seat, and asking.. "We need to get through to one of the other 'allied' members of the Dominion." ..he was with half the Council, his eyes on Lady Seto, already present.

Aleaic then asks... "Get me an audiance with the Ahb. I don't care how, just get me them." ..Seto nods and informs comm-central to make the connections.

Aleaic then looks at Ifurita and Yurika.

"Place the Fleet and Tourmans at Level-Blue III status. Place the Colony Guards two levels lower, and inform the allies in our Colony Galaxies."

They both nod and make their rounds via holo-net.

Aleaic then speaks generally.

"Let's make one thing clear.

...if it's war that comes and we cannot hold it back. We 'will' eventually help end it if it goes too far. We 'must' show the folly of war, and end the idea that it's an easy affair that will not escape our notice.

If we must, we will enter the war and end it one way or the other."

Words fell silent....

OOC: Aslong as its not direct intervention. Sending supplies is ok as well as respones. Stuff along those lines. But not direct fighting for now not untell the last battle. then is fair game aslong as you TG me.

Akarth Von Antheron I, The Emperor of the Deatharon Empire in the Antares Galaxy was preparing for another Military drill when his Chief of intelligence Kashal Meizon came up to him and reported to him about Nova Zeta's invasion of Neo Zeta. Akarth Von Antheron I thinks about it for a second and wonders if the trade agreements will still be honored by Neo Zeta despite the invasion. Akarth Von Antheron sends a sub space transmission to Neo Zeta inquireing if they will need weapons or medical supplies for this war?

Neo Zeta sends a message back to Deatharon

Our trade agrement will be honored. As for supplies at the moment we are ok on them. However if we have a shortage we will inform all partys who wish to trade about it.

Lady Funaho looks at this intercept with an aghast eye. "Just who are 'they' kidding?"

Imperial Intelligence intercepts the coded message to Neo Zeta and replies to it. Is that offer to any one else? because we are intrested in an equally coded message sent to the Kriovalians.

OOC: Uh, I don't know how you're all suddenly able to intercept encoded Kriovalian messages, especially given that the category was "Largest Information Technology sectors" and I'm in the top 10%. Ask first, next time, please.

"Not coded?" Johan asked. He struggled not to laugh. "Oh well. Maybe someone will want to buy weapons. Like those guys in Deatharon. They seem to like to kill each other over there, if the latest reports are to be believed. Send a follow-up."

Soko-Kor is one of Krioval's leading arms manufacturers. Thus it should be no surprise that a neutral nation like Krioval would be working to ensure its trade continues uninterrupted. I am a business leader, anyway, not a soldier or politician, and my primary interest is selling a product for which there is a demand. So, I repeat: does anybody want weapons?

Broadcasted across all Neo Zetan territory was the official position of the Protectorate. Considering heightened survelliance, given the previous issues in the area and the alliance ith Krioval, embassy pending, Xenonier coudln't have missed it.

IC The Nova Zeta invasion force reached the first moon Ishbal. The Neo Zeta fleet defending Ishbal was the 3rd. They were outnumbered big time. The Invasion force haveiong around 1,321 ships ( this is counting small one maned cargo ships/ tiny combat suits. To Neo Zetas 482 ships.

Mobile suit wise Neo Zeta had none in the fleet. The old suits had already taken apart but they had yet to get the new ones. Nova Zeta had 350 GINNS inculding command GINNS. The proto typs have yet to be used by Nova Zeta and they had no need to in this battle.

Prince Oda was leading attack on Ishbal and Scar leading its defence.

The battle slowly started as Ten GINNS matched off with a Holy Guard Class Cruiser. The GINNS fire power was out matched by the ship however the GINNS speed and agility was great. The GINNS gins started to break threw the armor as the capitan of the holy guard class fired his missles in vain only takeing out three GINNS. The GINNS fired threw the Bridge with a lucky shot.

The Holy Guard Class exploded and the battle of Ishbal was on.

The WarRoom was already a buzz of activity, Lord Azusa was looking over a projected jump plot into the Antaries galaxy, when Tsutsumi is handed a Padd.

He then hands it to Azusa, who reads with a pit in his stomach. "All but in our backyard."

Within minutes, the word was sent to the border worlds and Colony Guards placed on full standby alert. Vessels in the area that taveled into and out of the adjoining TCZs would act on strict security guidelines.

But they also were prepared for another order.........

The Empire of Deatharon sends a heavily coded message to Krioval

" The Empire is at war with the Gaian's, would you care to sell some weapons for defensive purposes."

The battle kicked into high gear as the fleets moved into close range and started to fight it out. The Neo Zeta ships were less in number but slightly had a tech advantage. The lack of mobile suits for Neo Zeta at the battle was hurting them badly and Nova Zetas Suits tore threw the lines and attacked command and controle ships. But slowly the Neo Zeta fleets were winning the battle.

But Nova Zeta was ready to unleash its trump card.

Oda looked at his first officer and said " Now!"

With that a Wormhole opened behind the Neo Zeta fleet. Out came the other half of the invasion fleet. Most of them went to engage the Neo Zeta fleet. But some set a course for Ishbal to bomb the citys into ruins. The battle was about to take a bloody turn.

Meanwhile in orbit of Zeta Prime the fleets were almost gathered and ready the New Modle Mobile Suits were ready for deployment. The counter punch was almost ready but would it be in time to save the people of ishbal...

"A bit focused on only one System, are they not?"

Tsutsumi kept reading through the tactical summaries, while offering needless opinions, mainly just to keep his mind eased. It wasn't as helpful for Azusa.

"Corner and destory enwhole. Seems sound tactics."

Tsutsumi nods, then replies. "Let's test 'how' sound they use tactics."

He then hits a few console panel buttons, those that give the effect of an an actual order. It had been proposed as a test, and might cause the Dominion to react where they shouldn't.

The order goes out to a fleet, who then suddenly Fold Jumps enmasse within ten minutes of the others, to three seperate Neo Zeta Systems: The Spire I, Zion, and Emperor's World Systems, the Folds placing immediately amid the Systems, three major gravity wells, where the 'vessels' appear, intended to draw the Dominion resolutely.

From afar, three major 'fleets' have entered the fray.

The Dominion Founders got word of the Gaians sending fleets into Neo Zeta. with the current affairs they sent a message to the Gaian high command.

At this time we have stayed nutrule but if you step in right now do to the current state of alert between our nations we will also join in the war. He care not if you protect you intrest in Neo Zeta but direct intervention would be unwise.

Meanwhile Oda got the report and laughed. " Keep the attack going they wont attack. Zeta Prime is the goal. capture it and the war is pretty much over." Oda however was worried what if he was wroung and kept 200 ships held back to guard the rear.

The attack was pressed and Neo Zetas fleet started to fall apart.

The same time ten Heavy Cruisers entered orbit of Ishbal. They put the picture on all news networks all over the galaxy. To show the "power" of Nova Zeta.

The Ships opened fire on all major citys of Ishbal the missles and orbitl wepions pounded the citys with in a matter of moments millions were dead.

Four mintues prior Jayce and Yusuke Set off to Ishbal with Seven Fleets to crush Nova Zetas Invasion force.

OOC: I will be busy tommrow i am redoing my whole military system into Squads,Fleets,Taskforces and Regional Task Forces. so the number of ships wont be known to me but i have a good idea of how many.

The Gaian response was beyond harsh..


What is unwise, is the events unfolding before 'everyone's' eyes. Does this mean that the Dominion by extension, gives it's unholy blessing to the acts being conducted iwthin borders next to our own?

Still he knew who would have the last laugh. He then looked at Tsutsumi, who nods back.

About a minute later, the 'fleets' in the three Systems, suddenly quick Fold a second time.

They arrive in the Ishbal System, almost on top of the two Nova Zeta Fleets..

...the problem is the composition of the fleet.

It's a about four hundred, 50 meter long, 25 meter wide pods...

..almost as soon as they arrive, they burst apart into three sections each...

..a drive engine pod, and two missile launcher arrays. On a preprogrammed command, the missiles suddenly fire all around the battle zone. And begin blinding the area with thousands of high-temperature phosporus burst shots. With the phosphorus, is a strange compound that actually reacts with the light, and amplifies it ten to a hundred fold.

Star-Jel. The substance was found on Angel Sentinel. A compund like Har-Jel, but rather than a sealant for WarShips and Battlesuits, the compound amplifies light.

Entire sections of Angel Sentinel can be seen at night, like a midnight sun effect over a number of mountain chains where the compound is found. Hence part of the name given to the Star System.

The coumpound was replicated and reproduced with about 75% efficiency.

More than enough for this little trick.

As a resilt, the equivalent of a Star's worth of light is suddenly blinding the entire battlefield, for about 5,000 kilometers around. Added, the pods create EMP bursts meant to scramble targeting systems, and disrupt communications.

None of the shots kill a 'thing'.

But unless you got that message, or wear a total blindfold, or at least look away, don't expect to be able to see for a good while.

The probes pick all this up and sends it to Imperial Intelligence.

The Nova Zeta was blinded by this attack. and picking up the task forces lead by Emperor Jayce the Nova Zeta fleets broke ranks and started to fall back.

They sent a message asking for them to be allowed to retreate pointing out section five of the conduct of war aggrement made of Earth. Saying if any fleet is broken, Comand and Controle is broken and unable to fight back ( do to the blindness in this case) they will be allowed to leave.

Jayce speeds up his mobile suit the Justice Gundam and sends a transmission to all. Do not attack the enemy fleet do to the law. But I WILL DESTROY ODA'S COMMAND SHIP! Someone like him dose not diserve to live

The Justice catchs up to Oda's Command Ship.

Oda sends one last message to try to save himself

I surrender cease fire cease fire!. I Repeate i surrender.

Jayce ignores it and pulls into of the ship and fires his beam rifle threw the bridge killing Prince Oda of Nova Zeta. The Nova Zeta Fleet falls bacl to Nova Zeta held space to regroup.

The Dominion uses the event to their advantage. You say we allow Nova Zeta to do as you say evils but you allow Neo Zeta to destroy a ship that surrndered and cant fight back. You are no better then us.

The war had yet to even see a large battle between the fleets however soon a battle would take place that would turn the tide of the war. Blue Cosmos was ready to enter the war.

The harsh replies continued to shot forth.

Such a poor ploy of political maneuvering. There was 'no' need for any Dominion affiliated forces to fire on innocent souls, and 'no' standard of war allows for such conduct.

If the Nova Zetans continue to infringe on Neo Zetan sovereign rights, the Ascendancy will continue to impede this progress with ever more effective tactics, such as just employed.

And it is a warriors right of vengence in this matter. We abide by this, as 'payment' for the transgressions violated with.

"Washu strikes again.." Lord Azusa comments, as the reports filing in of the sudden Nova Zeta retreat, due to the Ascendancy's non lethal tactics.

Tsutsumi though is already alerting all Republic defenses for any retaliation. They had no illusions of the Dominion's stance regarding the war.

Imperial probes (cloaked) watch the fighting and send the info to Imperial Intelligence. "The Gaians seem to fight with trickery and deception this could be bad for us in our war." Said Grand Duke Mavis Von Antheron to Lady Alura. Lady Alura replies, "I am more worried what they will do to the ruling class should we lose are own war."

The conflicts brewing were of greater concern to Xenonier now. With this in mind, something would have to be done. The political manouvering was pointless, the outcome was becoming genuinley disturbing. With this in mind, given that Xenonian reputation was well known, another message, carried by cloaked probe was sent to Neo Zeta.

Tell us where to put 7th fleet and we'll do it.

OOC: 7th Fleet = one lineship. Only 7 fleets. I'm sure everyone understands how powerful that makes them. :)

OC: Got done early.

IC: The Neo Zeta Fleets grouped togather and readyed them selves to Attack Nova Zeta with in a month. Nova Zeta Forces had been in shock from the defeat at Ishbal and lose of Prince Oda. But they were atlast regrouping They were going to Defend the Base of Luner Titan. A massive astroid base that holds 1,532,800 persional but with the fleets there is around 3 mill. ( Think of Saloman (sp) from Gundam thats what the base is like.)

Yusuke and Jayce walked threw the Runis of one of Ishbals citys. Both hard on themselves for not getting their in time. In truth if they had left earlyer they wouldnt have won the battle.

Yusuke out of the blue told Jayce " You know after this war i think i sould start a family."

Jayce gave a weird to face to Yusuke and said " Hahahaha i never thought i would hear you say that. I too have a wish to do that but not sure if it will be after this war or later on."

" Why wait? The more you wait the worse i think. Besides after this war who will attack us then?" Yusuke said

Jayce looks down. " First of this is still our war to lose. And even if we win The Dominion will still be there."

Yusuke nods " True but The Gaians will be there to help us."

Jayce nods " True but i dont like the idea of haveing to call the Gaians in everytime we have a problem. Our Empire needs to be able to take care of its selve. They say they are the keepers of the balance but that in it self is a inbalance. There must be two i think. And Neo Zeta sould be it. We may have diffrent ideas and goals but they will balance themselves out."

This would be one of the few times in the next few months they would have time to talk in such peace the war had truely yet to start.

Meanwhile, as the Gaians own invasion of Deatharon begins, another small mission begins, as decent numbers of new JumpShip shipping is redirected into Neo Zeta, as several worlds are sent added military and humanitarian assistance, all to help bulk up Zetan stockpiles, as to help them keep self sufficent, all the while the Gaian war machine keeps itself busy.

Amid the supplies, is several Clusters of lower class Battlemechs from the Inner Sphere and secondary Gaian Mech factories.

In case anyone was worried, the FACAF in the Talos and Aphotic Galaxies still hadn't been deprived of even half their militaries, as the bulk of the military was levied on the Gaians. Still, about 70 Regiments were beginning to pop into the Ascendancy, making up for the lost native forces to the war.

At least ten were slated to help the Zetans if they requested it. But so far, it was a space war all the way.

Gaian defenses were on permanent high alert, overseen by large numbers of automated systems.

The Fleets readyed them selves for takeing Luner Titan. This battle would be a massive mobile suit battle. The New Reman Battle Cruisers would be in this battle as well as Reman Warbirds.

When this was noted, the Gaians diverted vessel supply missions away from the expected battlezone, as well as assigned Driod vessels to supply missions to the more critical planetary zones.

The Cloaked Imperial Probes start scanning the Gaian ships and sending all info they get to Imperial Intelligence core.

OOC: Soz for the hijack, but is Naraku who I think he is? (The baboon-skinned evil guy from Inuyasha, that is) Just wondering. I've also got a Yusuke. Detective Urameshi, that is! :D

The Invasion Force crossed the border. Jayce and Yusuke lead the force. But their would be a change in plan.

at 2100 hours the Attack started as Neo Zetas Fleets engaged the light outer defences of Luner Titan.

The Nova Zeta forces were going to go for a close ranger defence.

The Mobile Suit battle would be massive.

The battle started as the 12th-23rd Mobile Suit Divsions attack enemy mobile suits

Luner Titan sent out missles and so did The Nova Zeta fleet.


Neo Zeta ships returned fire as The Ships came in close range to fight it out.

The Justice and Freedom had taken out 43 ships and 123 enemy mobile suits already.

Luner Titans commander Admiral Lisa looked over the battle plans

" All is going good ready the 12th and 21st fleet to attack from the right side try to split them off."

The battle heated up as Neo Zetas fleets pushed into the mid defence ring of Luner Titan. The missles fired from Luner Titan were takeing many ships out. Luner Titan was also being bombed to hell and back but being as large as it is it was holding up nice.


On the mobile suit side of the battle Neo Zetas Suits were slightly better but some new GINN Command Units were in the battle makeing things harder.

To make thing ever more hard The Justice and Freedom and pushed deep into the last defence ring of Luner titan and were readying to enter the beast. But with them not helping the 23rd and 2nd Mobile suit divsions their advance slowed also the two were cut of from aid.

Inside they would face a new Nova Zeta weapon.

((OC- The Gaians are going to be just watching and sending supplies to NZ worlds rather than get involved now, since we're kinda beat up.

Imperial Intel Probes (cloaked) are watching the combat they are trying to figure out the primary startegies on Neo Zeta and figure counters in the possiable retalitaton for Neo Zeta's acts in the Gaian /Deatharon conflict.

The Freedom and Justice forced their way deep into Luner Titan fighting the new GINN II But they were no match for the two.

They then came into a hanger with Nova Zetas new weapon Nova Death.

It was a Mobile Armor with a powerful beam cannon. Also it had a Beam deflector shield.

The Freedom and Justice opened fire on the new weapon with no luck.

It then fired its Anti Mobile Suit Missles hitting The Freedom in the leg.

Yusuke and Jayce sent a message to each other.

"Yusuke our beams cant break threw that shield."

Yusuke had a idea what to do but he knew it would be risky.

" We need to use our beam swords and get in close try to stay away from its main cannon one hit from that and its over."

Meanwhile loses on both sides started to rise faster and faster as Neo Zetas forces pushed into the Last outer Defence ring. Luner Titans weapons systems were now hitting their targets with 65% succes. Neo Zetas Reman Cruisers moved in close and started to attack Luner Titans main systems and try and reach the command tower.

The Deatharon probes were still scaning the fight cloaked and sending all info to the imperial Intelligence Core for study on Neo Zetan and Neo Nova tatics.

Jayce and Yusuke draw their beam swords and attack the new weapon.

The Armor is stroung but they do good damage to it. But the anti mobile suit beam cannons do heavy damage to Freedoms Arm.

The Justice stabs threw the new weapons eye killing its pilote.

However the following explostion dose heavy damage to both suits forceing them to withdraw to the command ship.

Meanwhile The Fleet has broken Nova Zetas fleets and they start to flee. Troops enter Luner Titan and with in one hour take the command room.

Moments later Luner Titan surrenders.

Both sides took heavy loses and destroyed ships and mobile suits litter the battlefield.

The next target was Nova Zetas homeworld.

The Gaians by now had recovered enough from the Dominion attack on their Homeworld, to return to an active posture, that is, their original plan. By now also, the developments also saw that it was time to lend a small amount of active military assistance to the Zetan military, enough to take up some of the slack of defending their worlds while the Zetans attacked Nova Zeta.

The Gaians offered six Fleet groups and thrity Battlemech Regiments and ten Clusters of the FACAF to help guard their worlds, freeing NZ to their personal mission.

The intent was to hold off attacks by retaliatory Nova Zeta forces, as well as to test those same forces if it came down to it.

Emperor Naraku walked into a dark room with a halo pad. A Figure appeard in the pad a man with a black robe and Hood. The man spoke.

"naraku how gose the plan?"

" All gose as planned my lord." Naraku said

" Good my servent nore The Dominion,Neo Zeta or The Gaians know what is going on. And after this war my next step will be taken for me to rise to power. Then the last phase will go into affect."

Naraku nods " I will care out my orders my lord."

Jayce receved the message from the gaians and sent a reply

We would like your fleets to Guard Ishbal in case of a counter attack i am sorry i cant meet with your leaders right now. I heard news of what happened on your homeworld but not much. I look forword to talking to your leaders soon.

The Gaians respond by sending the 17th and 19th Kushan-Droid Fleets and elements of the 26th Fleet with a Unity A-SSD as a command/control vessel. They brought with them elements of Bronze and Copper Universes and the 1116th Star Hussars Army.

Why Ishbal was so important slightly confused the Gaian forces, but the intent was to safeguard the area. They even had the Journey Sar`Nor targeting the Sector, from a new, secret location the massive BaseCore had Folded to.

With that, they began their guard duty, while continuting supply shipments all over the NZ Realm.

Imperial Probes scan info and send Back to Imperial Intelligence Core.

The Neo Zeta Invasion force didnt run into many enemys on the way to Nova the capital of Nova Zeta. And once there they took the planet with almost no fight.

Nova Zetas forces were around Jachin Due a massive group of space citys and bases houseing millions. Behind it was Genesis a super weapon of Nova Zeta. The forces would soon meet in battle. The 13th Autonomous Corps would lead the attack on the main space city while The 8th Fleet would attack the base next to it. Task force Wolf would handel Genesis. Task Force Blitz would take the smaller citys and bases in the area.


Nova Zetas plan was simple defend the area and destroy Neo Zetas invasion force. If they do the war is won for them. However there would be much more to it then meets the eye. Emperor Naraku was now on Genesis readying it for the battle.

The Ascendancy saw it's chance to 'pay back' for the Dominion attack on their homeworlod, by the presence of the Nova Zeta superweapon. They prepared four special and 'very' powerful probes.

...and had them Folded into the center of the Parsec Sector, several light-years away from the Nova prime System. where the superweapon was located. There they would wait for signals that the battle was starting.

What they would do was anybody's guess.

The Imperial Probes are scanning all the combat info and ship movements and sending it to the Imperial Intelligence Core. The over all reason for this was revenge Deatharon had yet to forgive Neo Zeta's actions in the Gaian Deatharon war. and were preparing for a little surpise.
