The developing empire of the U.H. has decided that if they were to get any larger, more houses would be needed. The oligarchy and the senate are both supierior to any of the houses, and war can only be declared if approved by one or the other.
The U.H. is a developing empire, and will have an offsite forum soon. It's constitution is still forming, and it will take time for all of the laws to be established, but it is ready enough to start expanding. To join, and here the current constitution, send us a telegram. If you are to join, you must change your nation's name to whatever the oligarchy instructs you to. Our nation is the current oligarchy and senate. Until those two parties are established, everyone will report to us.
