Greeting countries of the world!
I am Secretary General of the Marxist-Leninist Socialist Party, the ambassador to the Marxist-Leninist Soviet Republican people. Our country is currently at danger from surrounding nations, and being young have few resources and a minute army.
We request that other socialist countries aid us with nulear warheads. These will never be used, but merely as a deterrent to imperial capitalists. We have no money to give, but we will work closely with whoever helps us and will not forget our debt.
I plead with you to help our fledging grip on peace, and and also ask of any other material countries can spare.

" Due to your current situation i will not send " Nuclear War Heads" it would not be good for you to go in a war when you have so little population...my suggestion is to make peace and keep the population in order...build up a bit before you go to war.

MLSR in now at a state of war. We beg of you sincerely to send supplies to us, if not warheads. Our factories must be converted to produce arms, and that leaves a large gap in which we are defenceless. We will pay what we can for guns and medical supplies.

Youa re in luck. The Defence Soviet has seen fit to offer you the loan of 1,000 T90 tanks, and 5,000 conscript troops fro the duration of your war.
The socialist cause will live forever.
