The Worldwide Mir Initiative (Also-known-as The Worldwide Peace Initiative) is a newly founded organization based on democracy and the plan of world peace. The WMI plans on liberation of third world countries, destruction of oppressive regimes, and the inforcing of democratic morals. The main goal of the WMI is to create a stable enviroment for children and people hundreds of years from now so that they may be free to speak out and have no need for war or internal strife.

The WMI first started off as a Soviet phrase meaning 'the liberation of those who are less fortunate and the inforcing of freedom amongst those incable of freeing themselves'. The WMI's main projects was the liberation of Mongolia, Korea, and Germany from uncaring regimes who merelt wished to benefit from the oppression and continuous destruction of those below them.

The following is our stated constitution of control of The Worldwide Mir Initiative:

Article One: The WMI will begin - and remain - to support any and every political ideal (Whether Communist, Socialist, Democratic, Libertarian, etc.) that supports tolerance, free will, diplomacy before juntaism, and the rights of the people. The WMI will actively dissapprove of oppressive dictatorships, the extreme political poles, human rights abuses, genocide, and generally any and every ideal that does not consider the betterment of the People.

Article Two: For the People. For the People. For the People. The WMI seeks to work for those that cannot speak. We work so that the People may live in a world in which freedom is expressed and their opinions truely do count.

Article Three: The WMI will remain active until either Worldwide Peace is achieved, or the Supreme Mir Presidium after twenty years has a three/fourths vote in favor of the proliferation and destruction of the WMI.

Article Four: The WMI will create a world of peace and prosperity for the people by any means neccesary. Be it by force or diplomacy.

Article Five: A Directing Nation will be appointed by the Supreme Mir Presidium in order to advise the member nations. However, the WMI will not turn into a beaurocratic haven. The Supreme Mir Congress will have the ability at any time to remove the active Directing Nation at anytime but a 51%+ vote in favor of the removing of the acting Directing Nation must have occured to do so.

Article Six: The acting Directing Nation will serve a term of 5 (NS) Years. He will not be allowed to have a concurrent terms. However, he may be elected again after another nation has taken his place.

Article Seven: The WMI can support so called 'insurgent' or 'terrorist/freedom fighter' groups so long as these groups goal is the abolishment of dictatorial presidents, oppressive oligcarchies, and despot regimes in general.

Article Eight: Human rights violations such as genocide, executions of so called 'enemies of the state' and/or 'political dissenters' will not be tollerated by member nations. Member nations who committ human rights violations will be brought before the Supreme Judiciary Committee and put on trial before their peers for sentancing. Punishments for human rights violations may include - but are not limited to - execution of the presiding ruler, blockades, embargos, tariffs, and ejection of the member state from the Worldwide Mir Initiative.

Article Nine: No Directing Nation will have supreme control over the WMI. The Directing Nation will act as a figure-head and an advisor. However, all actions that directly - or indirectly - affect the Worldwide Mir Initiative will be brought before the Supreme Mir Presidium for evaluation.

Article Ten: The WMI do fully support the abolishment of war, however, we realise that in order to stop war, you must create a war against those who support it. In order to destroy the gun, you first must posses it.

Article Eleven: The WMI may - and will - support groups such as The Anti-Nazi/Anti-Genocide Pact and other human rights supporting organizations. They may - and will - actively campaign support for these organizations and groups aswell.

Any nation wishing to join The Worldwide Mir Initiative may apply using the following form:

Once the form is completed and submitted, the applying nation will have a sequence of background checks done in order to insure the specific nation truely wishes to have a hand in creating world peace. If the nation is found guilty of previous human rights violations, then another background check will be completed which measures the current regimes capability to support the WMI and world peace. If the said nation checks out, they will be admitted into the Worldwide Mir Initiative.

The elderly were guilty of crimes as well. Some were murderers and rapists in their younger years. Others were guilty of treason and conspiracy to commit slavery.

These are the people responsible for slaughtering or conspiring to slaughter the Walter family in their sleeps. They were implicated in a plot to destroy the Elected Councils. They were just criminals.

As I said, the practice has been abandoned and a constitutional amendment made against it. However moral debate still continues as to whether the ends did in fact justify the means.
