Nation leaders of the world, further more to our previous invitation to exchange embassies I am again, offering the exchange of embassies between ourselves and other nations.

Our previous effort met with a generous response and our country has been greatly enriched culturally with many of our citizens taken a keen interest in the countries that have established embassies in our nation. Economically our tourism industry has positively flourished with peoples form the corners of the globe coming to our fine nation.

If you believe that an embassy exchange with Alidor is in your interests as well as the interests of global peace then please takes a look at the Exchange of Embassies Agreement I have included for you.

I will now detail the exchange of embassies agreement we would like you to accept if we are to exchange embassies.

Exchange of Embassies Agreement.

Article 1. Diplomatic Immunity

1. The government of Alidor request that the ambassador of our nation (Alidor) be granted immunity to prosecution by your nation’s laws.
2. That security personnel deployed for the protection of our nation’s embassy and for the protection of our ambassador be granted immunity to prosecution by your nation’s laws.
3. That if an embassy employee should he/she be indigenous to your nation or deployed be the Alidorn government be detained by your nations police, intelligence or security force then he/she must not be searched physically or electronically nor shall they be interviewed unless an Alidorn representative or Alidorn appointed indigenous legal representative is present.
4. In the event of an Alidorn employee/s being prosecuted by your judicial system, then all diplomatic documentation must be returned to an Alidorn embassy staff member, not the person/s facing judicial procedures, unopened and may not be used in any continuation of judicial proceedings.


Article 2. Embassy Building

1. The Alidor embassy building/compound and the ground on which it stands to its legal boundaries shall be considered sovereign territory of Alidor
2. Your nation’s police, intelligence or security forces may not enter the Alidor embassy in an official capacity without the prior agreement/request of the Alidorn government.
3. The ambassador’s house/flat and the grounds on which it stands to its legal boundaries will be considered an extension of the Alidorn embassy and thus considered Alidorn sovereign territory.


Article 3. Vehicles

1. The Alidorn embassy in your nation will operate four (4) armoured road vehicles and one (1) helicopter.
2. The four (4) armoured road vehicles will be of sports utility vehicle size or smaller.
3. The four (4) armoured road vehicles shall contain a secure radio communications device.
4. The one (1) helicopter shall be of the medium transport type (EH101 Merlin/ NH90 Tactical Transport) and shall not carry weaponry.
5. In the event of an Alidorn embassy vehicle being impounded by your police, intelligence or security forces then;

a. the driver and a passenger shall accompany the vehicle to the impound location,
b. at least one Alidorn embassy security operative shall stay with the car for the entirety of its impounding,
c. They vehicle may only be searched by members of your police, intelligence or security forces that have been vetted and approved
by the Alidorn government,
d. The impounded vehicle may be detained for no more than twenty four (24) hours,
e. The impounded vehicle may not be used as evidence in any judicial proceedings, as many of its contents are deemed as classified by the Alidorn government.


Article 4. Communications
1. The Alidorn embassy will use many forms of communications and the government expects that these shall not be intercepted or interfered with in any form.
2. Communications type’s include but are not limited to;

3. Radio,
4. Satellite,
5. Courier,
6. Diplomatic pouches.


Article 5. Personnel

The Alidorn embassy in your nation will have the following personnel or equivalent deployed;

A, One (1) Ambassador
B, One (1) military advisor
C, One (1) Cultural Attaché
D, Eighty (80) embassy staff, including diplomatic personnel and lawyers.
E, Forty (40) Diplomatic Protection Unit personnel, including four pilots


I would request that you read these terms fully as we require you to agree to them before we can accept an embassy exchange.

Of course if you don’t stipulate any terms for your nations embassy we shall assume that you require the same conditions that we have requested.

We would be willing to participate in an embassy exchange.
Our only requirements are an ammendment to Article 1, subsection 3, and Article 2, subsection 4.
Article 1, subsection 3: That all employees of our embassy should they be indigenous to your nation or deployed by the Alidorn government shall not be detained by your nation’s police, intelligence or security forces without prior agreement from the Alidorn government.

Our ammendment is:
Shoud a member of the Alidorn embassy is caught violating Theao law, they shall be arrested and returned to the embassy.

Article 2, subsection 4: Vehicles assigned to the Alidorn embassy in your nation shall be considered as an extension of the embassy and thus can not be stop, searched or seized by your nation’s police, intelligence or security forces.

Our ammendment is:
Shoud a vehicle of the Alidorn embassy is caught violating Theao law, it shall be returned, under escort, to the embassy.

The Alidorn government will agree to your amendments if it is included with in the amendments that you have requested (Article 1, subsection 3 and Article 2, subsection 4.) that the
A. employees of the Alidorn embassy are exempt from physical and electronic search’s unless the Alidorn government gives its express permission to do so, and under such circumstances the Alidorn government shall have a legal representative of Alidorn nationality or chosen indigenous lawyer present through out the process.
B. Vehicles impounded for search must be kept in a secure location and must not be entered or searched either physically or electronically unless the Alidorn government gives its express permission to do so, and under such circumstances the Alidorn government shall have a legal representative of Alidorn nationality or chosen indigenous lawyer present through out the process as well as a guard from the Alidorn embassy to be present through out the vehicles impounding.

The Holy Empire of Shazbotdom is willing to exchange embasies with your great nation. We do require several things from an embasy within another nation though. We will not have a named ambassador due to the fact that the selection for the ambassador has to go though the Diplomatic Council. The things that we require are as follows:

1. Land large enough for 2 Buildings (1 Embasy Building and 1 Dormatory Building)

2. A garage that is large enough for 3 Sport Utility Vehicles (Ethanol Powered) and 1 Limo (Ethanol Powered)

3. Up to 50 Armed HES Army Soldires with weaponry no greater than 50 caliber.

4. Two Helecopter Pads (One on the roof and one in the back yard) large enough for a UH-60L Blackhawk Helecopter.

5. Airport access.

6. 150 workers brought over from The Holy Empire and up to 100 workers from the local nation (yours).


We are also willing to give you the same stuff for an Embasy in our nation although with our hightened state of aleart, we will have to have any vehicles, military personell, and workers go though a isolated customs point in the Holy Empire of Shazbotdom's countryside.

I can confirm that we will accept your terms on the assumption that ours are met as well, however because you have requested land to build an embassy to your design it will be on the outskirts of Cansear.

We must specify that your helicopters may not be armed, and you may have airport priority for the transport of your ambassador or higher ranking personnel; as long as this does not interfere with Alidorn diplomatic transportation need; however this privilege may be removed if it is abused, i.e. used excessively.

- We assume you refer to military vehicles in which case.
- They may only be deployed with in the bounds of your embassies legal boundaries.

- They are not used to assault other nation’s embassies with in Alidor.
