Garbed in scrupulously pressed and conscipuous military fatigues, his entire uniform pinned with dozens of meticulously polished medals, Generalissimo J.L. watched in silence as the Roach-Busterian representative finished writing up the document, which stipulated the merging of the Minnesotan Confederacy of Roach-Busters and the Plutocratic Shahdom of The Parthians. The borders between the two colossal empires would be opened, RB and Parthian military personnel would have full access to each others' bases, and all military and diplomatic ventures would be carried out jointly by RB and Parthia. The two nations, united in their anticommunism, bonded by an indestructible friendship more powerful than anything that could be forged by gods, would unite into the greatest empire the planet had ever seen. The representative signed his name, then stepped aside so the Parthian representative could sign his name, as well.

(OOC: Just so everyone knows, Parthia and I will remain completely autonomous. This is mostly a formality. It's basically like the merger that took place between Generic empire and Borman Empire.)

We applaud this action by RB and Parthia. God and Ahura Mazda Bless them both, in their pursuit of the defense of freedom.

The Shah and his diademed nobles stood up as the flag of Roach Busters was lifted above the crowds. Cheers assumed, people stood up and applauded while the Parthian nobles fired Shooban slaves into the air from cannons. Clothed in his military uniform, gilded cloak, crown and with a sword hanging from his belt, the Shah stood up and signed his name to the document. Throught Parthia, crowds cheered, "Long live the new empire."

I congradulate The Parthianians and Roach-Busters on their unification. Communism will have a stronger enemy to fear. :)

Henceforth, be it known that:

- All Roach-Busterian citizens, being prohibited from entry into Pacitalia, will not be permitted to enter their embassy here.
