A small force of 6,000 Corporate Mercenaries protects each national branch. At the moment, the list is under construction.

The Restored Republic of Sarkaraseta, in the interest of increased ties with our human bretherin (sp?), hereby accept. We have a multitude of colonies in which corporate headquarters can be established and we are fully interested in seeing how your products can help us.

We would like it headquartered on our current homeworld, Hammas 7. It is the central point of all of our colony clusters and allows you equal access to all. The war is unlikely to ever make it there, even if it does go badly for us.

The Democratic Imperium of Praetonia will allow the Umbrella Corporation to construct a "branch" in our nation, but we will not allow mercenaries or intelligence services into our nation. We already have an army of our own, and we are quite capable of protecting our own nation and the businesses which reside therein. The branch must also obey all Praetonian law, including paying commercial income tax.

OOC: Has Umbrella done anything paticularly evil that would be public knowledge? I think I recall something involving zombies, but I'm not sure. I would just like to get a better grasp of how evil/non-evil the IC public perception of Umbrella is.

OOC: Yes, Umbrella is very evil. They create Virus's that turn people into Zombies and such, not to mention they commit crimes against humanity(Such as illegal experiments on humans, abductions, etc) daily. One of the said Virus's broke out in an American town called Racoon city in 1998, causing over one hundred thousand deaths. Shortly after, the US Goverment shut Umbrella down. But seeing as many people consider the US destroyed on Nationstates, they've resurfaced. I'd think alot of nations would have a good background of Umbrella.

Since it's public knowledge, I can't really ask you to establish yourselves in the Democratic Colonies. Good luck with this however.
