Tip number one: Take the word 'terrorist' out of your name. That gets more organizations squashed than anything else.
Tip number two: Don't advertise assassination. That's another reason you guys get stomped a lot.
Tip number three: Try and give examples of how well you train them. A nice demonstration of how to kill someone with out them knowing it would be good.

It also depends on how many of my troops you are willing to hire and what ranks they are.
To purchase 5 contracts, with a garantee of completion what would be the cost? Also if a contract is purchase are there any limits on the target?

What I am interested in is the minimum cost to ensure that 5 contracts are carried out with a garantee. As I do not know the defenses of the targets, I can not say how many men of what rank are needed.
The cost of a contract depends on the rank of the target and as I've stated the rank and skill of the troops you hire.
To target 3 goverment officials and 2 military officials with top ranked forces?
