The black sands of the volcanic beaches had more color today. A small invasion launched by an unkown nation (possibly even those from the inside), was started in the capital city of Kipamu. Alas, this is the loss we made when we moved the capital to the coast.

Large black boats floated into the harbor around 23:00 hours E.S.T. under no moon and fog, and proceed to reak havock on the coastal comunity. Several buildings had been burned to the ground before a firefight between the invading and the local reserve, and severe civilian casualties had been sustained.

We have not recieved any demands as of yet, and are still battling with the forces. We have lost somewhere around 4200 (+/-) civilians, and possibly 300 (+/-) military personal. We have no current count on the missing or those blieved to be held hostage. The militants appear to be better trained then first thought by repeling both land and sea forces, and an air strike in the city is planned soon.

ic: The dictator of Cracker-Dom officially sends an invite to all nations who want to watch the fun. Bring food, there will be a buffet table (its a large table) and chairs for teh first several thousand nations coming to watch. For any suggestions on the festivities, use a carrier pigeon (they won't get shot) to give us your suggestions.

No soldiers will be paid, this will count as community service for your country. My people don't know who to shoot at, so don't expect results from your people

Update, Saturday April 16th

A large air strike has been launched on the capital, and no one has been moved out of the city. The missing and those believed to be held hostage are still un-numbered, and more civilians have lost there lives in the fight. The insurgents continue to hold off both land and sea forces, and the air strike seemed to not work. If you wish to see our incompotence in action, we welcome you down. We have a nice veiwing area already set up, and unknown nations are showing up already. We also have a pool going of when the capital will be over-run.

The Capitalist Republic of Gorbachevski deploys it's naval forces into the Area.

7 Destroyers
2 Aircraft Carriers (loaded)
3 Large Transport ships.

On the Aircraft carriers are 4 f14-a tomcats on each carrier (8 total).

We launch 4 fighters to screen the area and engage bombers. The Destroyers are focused on the black ships. Transports are holding.

April 16 Loudspeaker Radio Announcment
Broadcasted on all Radio Stations and the Loudspeaker systems in the capital city of Gorbavhevski. The man making the message was Edward Rogar, the President.

Ladies and Gentlemen of The Capitalist Republic of Gorbachevski, A great evil has occured by a great mysterious evil. Less then 24 hours ago the nation of Cracker-Dom was attacked by a small force. They are unable to repel the attack. They are small just as we once were a small group of people from the Soviet Union fighting for freedom. We fought for freedom then and we will continue to fight now.

Our forces are currently working on driving out the invaders and rescuing surviviors. We have also decided to allocate half of the unallocated funds to pay for any rebuilding that will follow the removal of the enemy forces.

Early April 17th Near Midnight

The Gorbachevskian Destroyer fleet continues to do battle with the unknown command. Fire Commences between the ships. The F-14A Tomcats had shot down the few bombers in the air. Unfortuneately we lost 1 plane and 2 pilots. Pvt James Tucker and Pvt Wesley Preston. Their planes experienced some kind of malfunction. It is unknown wether ther survived or not. Currently all fighters are airborne and providing air superiority. We are currently sending several Heavy Transports containg a total of 10 Abrham tanks and a total of 600 Marines. 300 Armed with M4's. 100 are armed with K98 Sniper Rifles. 200 are designated to manage supplies. All military personal are equipped with body armor and have a Colt 1911 sidearm with 4 clips.

Update on front

The tides are begining to turn in favor of Cracker-Dom and its help. It is estimated that almost half of the insurgents are destroyed. The sea battle is starting to make an impact on the port town, but we fear that the insurents will soon move further inland. Our second in comand (the first being away with 4 others helping to stop the spread of starbucks employees) has been wounded but recovered a member of teh opposing force. Alas, the attempt was in vain, as the suspect shot himself in the gut rather then be interogated. We hope for ongoing support before this was moves any further inland. OUR CAPITAL SHALL NOT FALL!

My Previous Post +5 Hours

The 6 Heavy Transports Arrive on the Shores of Cracker-Dom with most containing 2 tanks. One is a specialized supply unit for food and fuel supplies. Before unloading the men on the beaches the command team General Jefferson Jackson makes a short speech to his men aboard one of the Heavy transports.

He said "Men, Today is a new day of freedom. Today we prove to the world the potential of Gorbachevski Power. Today we fight for freedom and make our ancestors proud of us. We will fight for the future, destroy the invdaders, and revive the people's fighting spirit". Everyone onboard cheered.

They then proceeded to unload the tanks off the boat. Each tank had 5 people in it. Two were for reserve. All 10 tanks made it out of the ships and headed straight for the capital. half marines followed the tanks marching one by one into the city. Liberation of the city had begun. The 7 F-14A Tomcats screamed above the capital.

OOC:I'm going to introduce the fighter pilots who's plane malfunctioned into the story later.

* I opened my eyes. and saw streets in ruins. Where am I? There are dead people around me? How did I get Here?

Private Tucker stood up and wiped the dust off his uniform. He stood and looked around. He was in front of a small store. Noone near him was alive.

* "I'd better use my radio" I thought to myself. I turned the dials to the appropriate frequency and activated the radio. hiss came out of the radio like normal operation. I prepared to call base

* "Calling base. Come in base. This is Private James Tucker. Over.

Tucker kept repeating the line over and over. Noone replied.

* Piece of shit probaly is broken and i don't have the tools or skills to repair it. I don't know where I am or how I got here. I'm so screwed. I'd better go in that shop and look for supplies.

Private Tucker moved inside the shop. it was a small 711 type shop but noone was there. Surprisingly there didn't appear to be much structural damage.

Tucker took some food and placed it in his backpack. He then realized that his parachute was open and being dragged across the floor.

*I'm surprised I missed this.

He took out his knife and severed the parauched from his backpack. Then he loaded the backpack up with food for survival.

Meanwhile... A few miles south the Gorbachevski army was in full advace. Gorbachevskian Anti Soviet Penuin Flags waved on the 10 Abrham tanks. As they moved through the many people cheered in celebration.
