This is a notice all nations allies and friendly nations will be given IDC's to get into our system otherwise you must gain permission at the borders. if any ship not broadcasting an IDC is found within our borders they will be detained given a chance to broadcast an IDC and if they fail to do that their vessel will either be destroyed or confiscated. This was prompted by increasing hostilities from other nations. I am only giving fair warning. Thank You.
