Mass temporary accomidation is being made to accomadate for those who have lost their lives - many are still missing or trapped, and all your men are working to get them out. The sick and injured are being treated in make shift hosipitals in the worse hit areas.
In about a month we will set to work on building permanant accomidation for the 10s of thousands left homeless.
First, though, structures suck as hospitals, power lines, bridges and fire staions are to be re-built.
No more aid is needed. The rebuilding of southern spangiland is already underway. We also get a chance to re-built better than before. Maybe a thin siver lining to this black storm cloud.
Thankyou for your co-operation.

Findhorn
16-04-2005, 14:13
Findhorn can be little help with the immediate rescue process, though we will happily put our national helicopter at your service and we have thousands of strong, though untrained, young people volunteering to do whatever they can.

However, if your popular communications have been disabled by this disaster, we can help restore them. We have four 10-member teams with considerable experience in this field. We have found that an informed citizenry is much readier to accept restrictions, power rationing, etc, and much less likely to panic.

When the rebuilding is under way, we will voluntarily supply and install computers for each student at all your primary and secondary schools and, if you wish, train Spanigland teachers in their use and maintenance. This would be an ongoing commitment through our Disaster Relief Fund until the teachers were trained.
