In resent years the kingdom of havean and nebarri prime have drifted apart from each other. Havean has recently threatened war if we do not lower trading prices. But they have not the military for this action. We do not want to see havean solders die needlessly for such a small reason and such an attack would fail. but if they do attack we will destroy there nation once and for all. If they don’t like the prices stop buying them stuff from us. We await haveans reply.
