RALM believes anime is the "universal unifying force in the world, and it's universal dominion is inevitable," and seeks to "defend otakus in threat everywhere.....defend anime everywhere it is under threat, and unite the world under anime." Those dubbed "thoughtcriminals and haters" (defined as those opposed to anime, and Asian culture, especially Japanese), must be "cleansed with unyielding and fiery Jihad, to make way for the eventual unification of all peoples opposed to anime and our way."
In addition, Mr. Featherston of the RSA created a new ideology called "Enlightened Democracy."
Believed to be a perversion of Jeffersonian ideals and other ideas, it calls for:
"....To begin, I hereby declare all parties but the United Freedom Party illegal. We will have no dissenting voices, not when the people of Virginia, who suffer right now because of the Reds, demand a steady hand that will free them and preserve their right to live safely!"

"Enlightened Democracy consists of a government where the local authorities are elected, but those who ultimately rule the state are chosen from those persons elected by the people. We accept only those who are educated, and the ultimate authority in an Enlightened Democracy rules the people like a father would rule a son or daughter: firmly, but gently, with discipline if they go astray.
Our Government consists of the Federal Police, the Defense Directorate and the High Directorate. The High Directorate is made of 21 persons, 20 consuls, and 1 President-me, elected for life. It is made up of experts in various fields, and handles foreign affairs and national affairs. They are picked out of the best men from the Sub-Directorates, who will meet with the High Directorate every month in the Grand Congress of the UFP, in Richmond, to voice grievances and issue new proposals, as well as choose new High Directorate members should they be involved in scandal or die, or receive a two-thirds majority no-confidence vote.
Here are the Sub-Directorates. They will govern domestic affairs in each Directory, a collection of several counties into one. They will be consisting of 11 Consuls each. One High Consul and Ten Consuls. The High Consul will report to the High Directorate for approval of major decisions, such as taxes or to call out the militia. They will be elected from the people, for 1 6-year term. Only those who are Freedom Party members and college educated and pass a test will be allowed to join the election.
We will keep the Guillotine and the Cross as our method of execution. We will execute those who are Satanists, Wahabist Muslims, Anglicans, Christian Identity, and Socialists with the cross. The guillotine will be used for murderers, terrorists, drug dealers and other felons who are deemed 'subversive and incorrigible.' Those who are simply 'subversive,' misdemeanors and those who embrace other ideologies not sanctioned by the High Directorate will be sent to reform schools, where they will serve out terms of hard labor and be enrolled in classes where they will learn skills and receive an education until they show no signs of any further potential to commit crime. College will be available free to those who do well in school, and made expensive to those who don't do so well. We have no limit on firearms, we trust you not to abuse them.
The Federal Police are much like the FBI of the Old USA, but they have expanded powers. The Defense Directorate is headed by me, the Commander-in-Chief, and governs all military affairs. The paramilitary "Enlightened Guardians" and the reserve forces, the "National Guard" report here, as do the regular armed forces.
The people are allowed an element of free speech, and assured the rights to free health care and safety, and private property. They may also use the INTERNET, publish newspapers freely and exercise their right to assembly, so long as this is not used to harm the High Directorate."

In addition, keeping in line with this "fatherly-yet-stern-yet-free" ideal, he has enacted laws that keep in line with these ideals. There seems to be no written constitution as of yet, though the "Directorate" system has been expanded in recent months to accomidate the metamorphosis into the RSA. Formed:
Shortly after a failed plebiscite that proposed to make anime a religion in the Demopublic of Upper Xen. When this failed, the original Anime Liberation Movement, as the group who proposed it was called, split into two groups: the Real Anime Liberation Movement and the Moderated Anime Liberation Movement. The Moderated died off, while the Real went into the deserts of the Xinjiang region, where they eventually fled after pressure from the Xenizen government to an unknown nation, believed to be The Merchant Guilds.
Organization:
Initially inspired by the Irish Republican Army, the RALM initially was reputed to organize itself around a Grand Council and "Brigades" or cells from every nation it was active in. After conflicts with PIcarDMPCia and Pacitalia, it is assumed they have switched to the Al-Qaeda/Neo-Nazi system of "leaderless resistance," though they tend to work in platoon sized groups.
There are two types of RALM infantry. One is the Omnitsu, the regular foot soldier. He/she specializes in basic terrorism and sabotage. No longer used.
Other is the Tokko. Doubles as secret police for RALM controlled areas. Often disugised as "Reunited States Intellegence," or agents of the KSC Corporation, they specialize in true terror, fearmongering, kidnapping, and unorthodox warfare. They have absorbed the skills of the Omnitsu, and they actually, if called for, have been known to moblilize into paramilitary units called Tokko-Rikkusentai.
The group has also used the "Liberty Brigades." Formed initially to fight the Fabus regimes by a coalition of leftists and extreme right-wing Asian nationalists, they soon fell under the subversion of the RALM, and were relocated to Shin-Nihon. They were used to try and fight the Moronyickans, but they were decimated in a naval battle off of Nigeria.
The RALM has been known to enlist gangs into its fold. The Yakuza Yukisugo-dono Clan has been known to sell guns and mercenaries to the group, and the "Akihabara Social Club" of J-Mods have been known to sell drugs and split the profits with the RALM.
Also, the creation of both the legitimate nation-states of the Reunited States and the Combine Of Enlightened States have enabled the RALM to field a regular Army, Navy and Air Force, plus Marine and SpecOps units.
One troubling facet of the RSA is the "Enlightened Guardians" paramilitaries, often equipped and funded by private, ICC, and government sources. Obstensibly committed to defending the government, they also seem to be loyal to the ICC, though they serve both masters equally well, performing lynchings, beheadings, crucifixtions, and assasination with reputed ease under the guise of "policing." They are estiamted to be the newest source of recruiting for new agents in the RALM, and the group's influence is reflected in their dress, which is patterened after a mix of the uniforms of the Old American "Patriot" movements based in the West and the uniforms of the RAF/Luftwaffe/SS, using Canadian pattern or Xenizen digi-tigerstripe camo and British/German Fascist uniforms (a common motif in the Tokko).

Funding:
Receives aid from various sources, one benefactor is believed to be the Merchant Guilds (unconfirmed). It is believed that the J.L. Government of Roach-Busters aided the RALM with substantial monetary donations and Ms. Ayasugi was foudn to be in relations with Sec. of St. Chong Moua of RB (again, unconfirmed). RALM also makes substantial money using its monolithic KSC Enterprises, which serves as both a money laundering and money making scheme, as well as a convenient avenue of transport for men and goods. Since the takeover of Virginia and the Settlement of Shin-Nihon, revenues in the form of taxes have flowed to the group via "financial aid" as well as "tithes" to its main religious front, the International Church of the Clow. It is believed that the group also managed plantations and oil fields in Shin-Nihon (under the Korematsu, Towser and Blacker Fruit and Mineral Companies) enabling it to make enormous profits there. Munitions are both purchased from reputed Russian Mob sources, as well as the Deadly Assassin Empire of the Cottonmouth, and made in Virginia, and by the KSC Enterprises company in Shin Nihon and in other areas it manages. RALM also is purported to recieve funds and actively participate in the Society of Shadows (both SOS and funding are unconfirmed) based in Risban.
Activities: Initially infamous for launching spectacularly huge terror attacks in PIcaRMPCia (the Vreden nuclear incident and the attacks on highways near New Holandisburg), Bob-Omb (gas attack on the royal family), Winters End (dirty bomb, bank robbery), and in Present Day Comatica (the Springbrook Incident, Assassination of Emperor Lucius, among others), the group has now been more engaged in low key, if just as jarring activities, seemingly designed to create a Hapsburg-style empire linked by anime and force, if not by proximity. The group has been involved in settling MetaEarth, placing the regime of Jake Featherston IV in power in Virginia, and it is reported that RALM agents were in WV to try and aid his government in stopping revolutionaries there, as well as to set up base camps. It is also reported that the group is engaged in various finance schemes, and it has been engaging in campaigns of imperialism in Africa and in Micronesia (Operation Mayflower in PNG), as well as enabling the creation of the Reunited States of America, believed to be one of the largest terrorist fronts in history.
The group is notorious for using slaves, it was reported that some estimated 100,000-200,000 (mainly of feminist and environmentalist ideals) were purchased from the nation of Roach-Busters before it was forced to stop selling them. It was reported that the purchase of some 20,000+ Shoobooshaaban slaves was conducted. Proof of these transactions comes from Shin-Nihon, where it seems that many (at least 80%) of those who work the sugarcane and other tropical agriculture fields are enslaved persons, dubbed "contract laborers" for legal reasons.
The group's trademark style of attack is believed to be the use of poison gas, radiological materials or explosives, and it seems to enjoy subversive activity.
It has dabbled in assassination and robbery, as witnessed, as well as hostage taking. It likes to work behind the scenes, as many groups do, but it seems poised for bigger things...

They have absorbed the skills of the Omnitsu, and they actually, if called for, have been known to moblilize into paramilitary units called Tokko-Rikkusentai.
The group has also used the "Liberty Brigades." Formed initially to fight the Fabus regimes by a coalition of leftists and extreme right-wing Asian nationalists, they soon fell under the subversion of the RALM, and were relocated to Shin-Nihon. They were used to try and fight the Moronyickans, but they were decimated in a naval battle off of Nigeria.
The RALM has been known to enlist gangs into its fold. The Yakuza Yukisugo-dono Clan has been known to sell guns and mercenaries to the group, and the "Akihabara Social Club" of J-Mods have been known to sell drugs and split the profits with the RALM.
Also, the creation of both the legitimate nation-states of the Reunited States and the Combine Of Enlightened States have enabled the RALM to field a regular Army, Navy and Air Force, plus Marine and SpecOps units.
One troubling facet of the RSA is the "Enlightened Guardians" paramilitaries, often equipped and funded by private, ICC, and government sources. Obstensibly committed to defending the government, they also seem to be loyal to the ICC, though they serve both masters equally well, performing lynchings, beheadings, crucifixtions, and assasination with reputed ease under the guise of "policing." They are estiamted to be the newest source of recruiting for new agents in the RALM, and the group's influence is reflected in their dress, which is patterened after a mix of the uniforms of the Old American "Patriot" movements based in the West and the uniforms of the RAF/Luftwaffe/SS, using Canadian pattern or Xenizen digi-tigerstripe camo and British/German Fascist uniforms (a common motif in the Tokko).

Funding:
Receives aid from various sources, one benefactor is believed to be the Merchant Guilds (unconfirmed). It is believed that the J.L. Government of Roach-Busters aided the RALM with substantial monetary donations and Ms. Ayasugi was foudn to be in relations with Sec. of St. Chong Moua of RB (again, unconfirmed). RALM also makes substantial money using its monolithic KSC Enterprises, which serves as both a money laundering and money making scheme, as well as a convenient avenue of transport for men and goods. Since the takeover of Virginia and the Settlement of Shin-Nihon, revenues in the form of taxes have flowed to the group via "financial aid" as well as "tithes" to its main religious front, the International Church of the Clow. It is believed that the group also managed plantations and oil fields in Shin-Nihon (under the Korematsu, Towser and Blacker Fruit and Mineral Companies) enabling it to make enormous profits there. Munitions are both purchased from reputed Russian Mob sources, as well as the Deadly Assassin Empire of the Cottonmouth, and made in Virginia, and by the KSC Enterprises company in Shin Nihon and in other areas it manages. RALM also is purported to recieve funds and actively participate in the Society of Shadows (both SOS and funding are unconfirmed) based in Risban.
Activities: Initially infamous for launching spectacularly huge terror attacks in PIcaRMPCia (the Vreden nuclear incident and the attacks on highways near New Holandisburg), Bob-Omb (gas attack on the royal family), Winters End (dirty bomb, bank robbery), and in Present Day Comatica (the Springbrook Incident, Assassination of Emperor Lucius, among others), the group has now been more engaged in low key, if just as jarring activities, seemingly designed to create a Hapsburg-style empire linked by anime and force, if not by proximity. The group has been involved in settling MetaEarth, placing the regime of Jake Featherston IV in power in Virginia, and it is reported that RALM agents were in WV to try and aid his government in stopping revolutionaries there, as well as to set up base camps. It is also reported that the group is engaged in various finance schemes, and it has been engaging in campaigns of imperialism in Africa and in Micronesia (Operation Mayflower in PNG), as well as enabling the creation of the Reunited States of America, believed to be one of the largest terrorist fronts in history.
The group is notorious for using slaves, it was reported that some estimated 100,000-200,000 (mainly of feminist and environmentalist ideals) were purchased from the nation of Roach-Busters before it was forced to stop selling them. It was reported that the purchase of some 20,000+ Shoobooshaaban slaves was conducted. Proof of these transactions comes from Shin-Nihon, where it seems that many (at least 80%) of those who work the sugarcane and other tropical agriculture fields are enslaved persons, dubbed "contract laborers" for legal reasons.
The group's trademark style of attack is believed to be the use of poison gas, radiological materials or explosives, and it seems to enjoy subversive activity.
It has dabbled in assassination and robbery, as witnessed, as well as hostage taking. It likes to work behind the scenes, as many groups do, but it seems poised for bigger things...
