While the people of Tetchuan seem to be very enthusiastic and dedicated to their country, leader Kremlin Castro feels that there is much room for improvement. In an effort to raise the already good nationalism, Kremlin has decided to give out free Tetchuan flags to anyone that wants one. While the government estimates that this may cost them up to $50 million a year, they feel that it is well worth it.
