AHEM! Income tax rate is not what you think. 100% incoe tax rate means that 100% of the population's money goes BACK to them as their income, with 0% on rates. If you read my nation's description, it describes 70% as being punitive! Tax rates for Income are calculated as being the remaining portion of a person's income after deducing leasure spending, basic needs, and other taxes. So, you raise NO money by income, recieving it from other means such as business and trade. Lower rates means more is collected in tax.

Although we have no say in either country's internal policy, we do express our dismay at the lack of consideration of human rights. We would much rather have each country remain at peace, than have millions die only to allow another evil ruler to rise up.
