It had been one long year since the Craindre Etats Unis had fallen. One long ass year of trying to rebuild the group which was poised to reunite Aliados. Caden Arterski, the original co-founder of the Craindre Etats Unis, had his plan all laid out, but something unexpected happened. Nickolai Arterski, Caden's brother and the other co-founder of Craindre Etats Unis, appeared from out of no where to unite Aliados. Caden had not seen his brother since that fateful day:
Caden: "What do you mean you want out? We have been planning this for five long years! You can not do this to us!"
Nickolai: "I can do whatever I want little brother! You have taken this way to far. When we started this organization it was for a good cause, but you have made even me belief that we are evil. So I am out. I am calling this terrorist attack off!"
Caden: "But...you can't! I won't let you."
Nickolai: "What are you going to do Caden? Hit me, kick me, tell mommy...what are you going to do with that?"
Caden stood there holding a pistol pointed at his brothers head.
Caden: "You are not going to destroy my dream. The attack goes off with out a hitch. I will let you life, but do not call off the attack. Now get the hell out of here."
Without the leadership of Nickolai the C.E.U. 's plan fell apart. In a last ditch effort to get the plan going, Caden tried to set off a dirty bomb in a factory located in Nellisland, but he was unable to set it off properly and died as the bomb went off. The Nellisland government covered it up, and claimed that Caden was dead.
But they were very wrong. Caden was able to escape just in time, but he knew that the C.E.U. was over. However Caden used his death to start over his operations. Just one thing got in his way...Nickolai took power. Causing him to replain his whole game.
Terrorism was the final choice for Caden...
He sent one message to his opratives:
"It begins tommorow!"
Caden: "What do you mean you want out? We have been planning this for five long years! You can not do this to us!"
