Ok. Seeing as future tech seems to be banned in all earths, including Earth IV. I decided to make an earth for future tech nations. I don't rp future tech so I will just mod this earth.
There are still going to be some limits however, for example, no special advanced devices that let you walk through walls. No building stargates or any of the super super super advanced stuff that would be invented by the most ancient races like those on Stargate or Babylon 5.
We need other rules too.

4 years from 2100, the Raptors will rebel in ancient Siesatia, and form their nation, before being forced from the earth to the moon 10 years later by fearful neighbors. Sounds like a chance to do a big historical RP... Cool. Do we make claims here?
If so, I would like to claim the area of Maryland (USA), 2 of the Galapagos Islands, one of the Hawaiin islands, and an island in the Carribean renamed Ilidris. who ever wants these territories after the RP can be one of the neighbors, you'll get them in the end, as I plan to carry out the history, and fail to defend the homestates, thereby being forced off the earth. Now I will have some stuff for my book.
I hope this is Okay with you, as anyone who eventually wants the devided territories will eventually get them, and I really need the ideas for my book.
