ic: A message was sent via video to all U.N nations and all nations who are involved with the world one way or another
The scene opens up with the king and his advisers talking of there great nation but several points do come across about shoobans
# to stop the unlikely event of a shooban resisting all shoobans will be hooked on "crack"
# shoobans will be given a strict religion which involves:
heaven (being re-incarnated of a human) leading down to hell (being re-incarnated as a shooban)
if they die for there nation they will go to "the human race" if they refuse an evil monster known as Ju Jala rising from the Earth and dragging them down to eternal torture
every Sunday shoobans will go to "shoo church" were they will be brainwashed
membership will be compulsory and shoobans who do not go will be shot on sight
this will of course lead to a much better shooban who will work harder and be more willing to give its life for our course e.g. mine sweeping
#shoobans will also become property until they become "unneeded" at which time they will be worked to death in the mines
#to make the most money out of government shoobans there will be set work hours and rations to increase work life and the killing of a shooban must be for breaking a rule or with the master slavers permission
#shoobans will now be sterilised unless they are marked for breeding to create the most effective breed
