A group of 30 Mationlanders have came together to form Mation Corp , a company totally dedicated to Military Technologies . As it is a non-government company , it receives little funds and support from the Mationland Government . However , the Mationland Government has pleged 10 Billion USD as a good will gesture . Now , Mation Corp is officially appealing to anyone who can give us some funds . In return , we will share any new technologies that we have created .

As a fellow military technology developer, and having been in the same position as yourselves before, we are willing to aid you in your development. All we ask in return is the production (but not selling) rights to anything you produce, as well as the guarentee that you will not manufacture NBC weapons until you have increased in size, wealth and status.
We are ready to offer a total of 80 billion as an initial investment, with much much more available for project-specific development. We can also send some of our engineers to help you in the design of products and technology.
