Smaller countries of earth II Unite. The government of Zeeeland proposes a mutual alliance for smaller nations around the world. to make a stand against larger oppressive nations!!! no longer will you be a smaller brother in the big alliances!! your political persuasion doesnt matter and you can leave any time. here are the stipulations

Definition of a small nation: holding territory smaller than 1000,000 sq km or a population of under 500,000 million when you join. When your nation gets larger you can stay if you wish (slightly spoiling the point but still) :)

All nations that have joined must sign a pact that if one member state gets Invaded we will all get involved. (the more members the mightier we become!!!) all secret military programmes must be disclosed to all member states.by telegram. (dont want others seeing all that lovely info do we?)

All member states must have some common understanding and will sign a co operation pact. getting rid of trade tariffs. (beneficial If you have territory with little natural resources) but will be allowed to trade with other nations.

All Important meetings will be held on my Region The United Nations Pub. send telegram to get invite as it is exclusive ;)

The Empire of Cotland takes notice of this alliance, and will monitor it closely. Given the cool relationship between Zeeeland and Cotland, we will consider any nation joining a neutral nation, and treat it accordingly.

Zeeeland would like to congratulate its first member somali russia on joining the pact. we hope we can bring futher trust and prosperity to our nations. it appears we have similar Ideals...

we offer miltary bases up for free rent (unlimited time for member states of this pact) in Molodova, (Kishinev Miltary base, 250sq km), In Togo (Lome colonial Air logistical and miltary center 100sq km) and in the Capital region leningrad Oblast. (ladoga miltary base 345 sq km). These can be traded for military bases in your areas to help to defend your nation from larger nations. All military bases belonging to what member will be listed on the top. please advertise your bases that are up for free rent (members only) if you have any available.

This has violated our peaceful neutrality and harmony with the rest of the world. We call upon all our allies to condemn this act on Zeeeland and act in any way they can......
