The The Peoples Republic of The Planet Federation formerly announces the formation Of the "Federation Trade Union" This union will becomprised of nations that will trade with eachother to meet each others domestic needs first so that our nations can become more stable economically and politically after all domestic needs are met other surplus can go through normal trade channels. This Union if sucessful is a maasive stpe in instellar trade.

Before him sat two Hexis-class Transport ships, one being filled with timber from Tannenmille's jungles, another with salt water recently pumped from one of the reservoir-oceans that dotted Sucello. Both ships had a very important component -- Foldspace generators. The Vosegusian system was 89,455 light-years away from Sol, but with Foldspace it only took around a few days to hop between the systems.

The coordinates to transport the materials is .091.921.666 At thes coordiantes you will see a large spaceport surrounded by Federation Fast Attack craft.

Due to terrorist actions and threats on our planet all materials going to the moon will pass through this Spaceport to be inspected then will go on to the federation moon.

We are currently looking for netural ground to put the storage of the FTU materials. until then this is how it will be done.

Our two transport ships will be there within 96 hours. If you are not opposed to it, we would like our transports to be escorted by three light gunboats. Each gunboat has two concussion missile launchers (total of 20 missiles) and four laser cannons. This is merely a response to possible piracy and not a matter of offensives against Federal craft. Once the transports enter Edoran airspace, the escorts will break off and return to Sucello.

The Empire of Xeraph would be honored to open trade with the members of the FTU. We have vast supplies of uranium and magnesium on several of our colonial planets in the Typhon Expanse. In addition, we are presently mining natural diamonds, rubies, and emeralds on the planet Scintillia.

Stephen Thomas entered an airlock and looked up as a small gas jet was spraying the room to disfienct him. As the light on the front of the Airlock went from locked to clear a loud buzzing noise accompanied by a hissing of oxygen from inside the airlock as the yellow circular door opened.

The facility was massive, Thomas looked at it in awe but being on a security inspection of the Storage Facility ment maintaing professionalism at all times.

The Planet Federation built this facility taking up about 235,000,000 Square KM, The fuds were contributed by The Space Union and various corperations throught the Federation. It had taken a little over 17 NS Years to build.

The facility was miles and miles long and about 10 stories high, Although it only contained 2 levels plus 3 sublevels. As Mr. Thomas was escorted by his Trade Union liasion throught the facility. He already notices the docking collars attached to the facility were buinging in all sorts of materials from the Various countries.

As he continued through the facility inspecting the other docks (there were 64 in all each dock had 4 docking collars for ships)- He noticed that already 4 docks were completly full with ships dilvering everthing from Italian food to Anti matter.

Throughout his tour of the Facility his liasion happily chattered about how the foods would be taken to the 1st sublevel where they would remain frozen. And that the petrolum and other fuels would goto Storage house 4. (there are 22 storage houses interconnected by small tunnels.

Thomas turned and said "Id like to see where they store these materials. Of course he was looking for flaws as the Director of International Affairs had ordered him to but his liasion awas none the wiser.

"Absoultly lets visit the food stroage facility first shall we?"

"Whatever you think" Mr. Thomas replied polietly

With that the liasion (Her name is Lisa) directed Mr. Thomas to a row of elevators about 100 yards away. Mr. Thomas noticed to Federation special forces soldiers in full gear standing at them. As lisa waved her pass she pressed the down arrow button and an elevator quickly came.

While awaiting the elevator Mr. Thomas looked at the row of elevators and counted.....there were 14. A look of puzzlement came upon his face.

"Are these the elevators you use to transport food down here?"

Lisa laughed and looked up "oh no we have service elevators about 20 times bigger than this for transporting the large quanties of materials."

"Oh"

With that they stepped into the elevator and lisa pressed a button that said SUB 1 the elevator quickly decended in about 15 seconds the door opened.

In front of Thomases eyes hundreads of thousands of pounds of foods and crops lay before him in neatly organized piles with about 200 workers buzzing around them taking various reading making sure they were maintained in cryogensis.

"How big is this room Mrs. Gatson?"

"The sub levels are about twice the size of the first flow level which the Introuduction and Processing floor above us is 250,000 Square KM. There are also sub levels under all the storage facilites and there floor is about 500,000 Square KM."

"Just exactly how much of the moon does this facility take up?"

"About 45% but we are unsure if we will need to expland in the near future although the benifits of this factility far outweigh the costs of it."

"Indeed they do"

With that they went back up the elevators and were taken by a small hovercraft to the Fuel storage area.

As the commander got out he was shocked over 100 Massive storage units looking like giant teakettles were sitting before him.

"how much do each of these hold"

"Well these are the petroleum storage they hold 250,000 Gallons each. But the Plasma that is given to the Union by the Federation hold 500,000 Gallons each and there are about 250 of those.

Mr. Thomas could barlet utter any words but one managed to squeak out. "Wow"

"Yes it is indeed quite amazing.

"So where to next." Lisa asked cheerfully.

"Lets go see the boss."

Lisa looked a little dissapointed that she could not show him more but she also had her directions.

"Ok" She said

After about 10 minutes of riding on their hovercraft they reached a large what looked like command center in the Processing and docking building.

Mr. Thomas walked in and was greeted by a Fairly old mad mid 50's bald on top and grey hair on the side andslightly overweight with small glasses.

"Hello Mr. Thomas im Gil Grissom ive been expecting you"

Thomas smiled at that remark. "Yeah it takes quite awhile to get around this facility"

"Indeed it does this is one of the largest structures the Federation has ever built."

Thomas looked up from a notepad he had been taking notes on. Just several things that needed inprovement, nothing out of the ordinary just new building glitches.....everyone has em. He flipped a page on the note pad and wrote the title "Union Requests from Gil Grissom."

"So tell me Mr. Grissom what do you need here anthing you need i will do my best to get you"

Grissom took a deap breath and began "We need more workers although the Federation has built this massive facility and make up about 90% Of the workers we need some more mabey some from the Union, Also we need more HoverTrans-XX Models. They are much better than the Hovertrans-X model they transport about twice the old models weight and fail not near as often".......Grissom talked and talked and Mr. Thomas worte down everthing he said they were small things. An elevator here a little more funding for something or other there. After he was done Thomas had 3 pages.

"Well i better be getting back i have to report to the International Affairs minister in 1 hour. It was nice meeting you Mr. Grissom i hope i can visit you facility again very soon.

"So do i Mr. Thomas good day."

The tour took about 4 hours altogether and he only covered about 15% of the total facility. He was taken back to his craft having totally lost where he was. The trip back to the exit took about 15 minutes.

As he boarded his craft he took a deep breath

"Wow this report is gonna be a long one"

With that the craft lifted off and Mr. Thomas began typing his report to give to the International Affairs Minister.

Tannenmille- Yes you can be accompanied by 3 gunships once you reach the spaceport your ships can get fresh REAL food and beds if needed.

Greensun- Although your materials are very.....exotic we accept you into the FTU please send your materials to Federation Spaceport located at .091.921.666 where they will undergo a security inspection then transported to the Federation Storage Facility.

Xeraph- We accept you into the Federation Trade Union. Please send the materials to .091.921.666 Where you meet a federation spaceport where your materials will undergo a security inspection then be transported to the Federation Storage Facility.

The Ascendancy will also offer into this Union, based on tradable resources we offer, with great quantities of the resources TPF is needing. We also offer the following assets and tech.

~ Genetic Refabrication Units (A device that can revive a dead being, with only a few DNA cells needed. memory resortation of a subject is currently 93.4% efficient.)
~ Molecular Recomposition Units (Want lead into gold? Here you go. Just switch atoms enough for the desired structure mass and bingo. But gold isn't as impressive as Ferro-Fiburrous plating and Spider Glass, among other materials.)

A message has been sent to all FTU members.

"Hello, and I am Keving Chuong, teh president of UziCorp, Green Sun's largest company! We have sold to Green Sun and her allies for YEARS and we are now willing to trade with FTU. I think it's best if we started with our basic goods."
The hologram continued to explain all of the great and awesome things UziCorp has created over the years fro kitchen widgets to puppies that won't take a dump on your favorite garden. (Yes, they invent puppies.)

But what is most intersting is Greenanium, a new element feasable as gold but stronger than diamonds.
"Greenanium has been our prized discovery since its introduction in 2067 (GS years) and is already being put to use in our military. We have also installed Greenanium plating on many of our vehicles, Planet-Tranverse or otherwise. I think you'll like our next demonstration."

The hologram showed a large block of Greenanium.
"Watch as we nuke this block of Greenanium. We don't have many nukes, and even fewer high-megaton yields, so this should be a special treat."

The block stood tehre for a few seconds then was hit by a large missile. A large explosion followed, filtered, of course, and then the smoke cleared. The block of the green metal was still standing, not even dented.

"Of course, you'll require a special type of Plasma that is the only known substance to actually melt Greenanium, but it's incredibly cheap, so cheap we usually give it away."

To Uzicorp---Although your offer is generous the formation of the FTU is a commonmarket of planets not corperations. If you are willing to sell these items to Greensun then they can ship them to the Facility that is more than acceptable. But we are uneasy about allowing a corperation into the FTU.

To Neo Zeta- Pleasel ist what you are willing to trade with the Union before an acceptance can be given to your nation.


OOC-Ok guys the formation of the FTU was not just so the Planet Federation could get trade. This Union is met to work so all materials go into one place (Facility loacated on Endora) and then all nations in the union can take out what they need from the Facility at the needed times. Mr. Thomas looked at the huge facility on the endora moon once again as his ship came to a nice soft ladning on Spacepad 3- He was ment by Mr. Grissom and Lisa Gatson.

"Hello again Mr. Thomas" Mr. Grissiom said seriously.
"Id like you to take a look at something." After a walk to the hovercraft then a 20 minute ride to the Antimatter Storage warehouse. Mr Thomas saw in awe an antimatter breech it had been contained but he was notified that 2 workers were killed in the inital explostion. "God how did this happen."

"It happened because we are under staffed we didnt have anyone take a antimatter shield reading in over 3 hours. In that time it fractured and exploded. Although only 2 people were killed and we will have this (he points through the forcefield at the antimatter that was in flames) cleaned up within 12 hours. It slows down the whole operation I thought since you have some understanding of what people need you could put in a good word."

"You will have the workers you need by the end of the month. You have my word on that"

"thank you Mr. Thomas.......good day"

As Mr. Thomas boarded his shuttle he sent a highly encoded to the Prime Minister Ricky Hanekamp of The Planet Federation......shortly after that message was recieved a message went out to all the FTU nations.

Warning: A NeoBlack Sun terrorist has been found onboard one of the ships. Attatched is a picture of him and the ship. We don't want to risk contacting the ship, so when it boards have armed gaurds raid it, capture teh terrorist, and extort himn to Green Sun. He is to be presumed extremely dangerous.

The Imperial Republic is sending merchant vessels to the desired coordinates. We can only spare 1,000 workers for the Endora Facility. We would send more but the we suffered recently from a coup led by Prince Alfred.

As the Greensun Ship came our of warp it was ment by 30 Fast attack craft and a single tramsission was sent to the bridge of the Greensun ship.

"Goto Federation dock 1134 and dock and prepare for boarding this is your only warning."

"Do what he says" the captian ordered.

As the ship hard docked a hissing noise of the dock being pressurized and the thumsbs up from the junior scientit at the docking bay door. 50 Federation Soldiers moved in in full tatical gear. When they entered they found their terrorist at the enterance with a Blaster Pistol to the pilots head and a small switch in his hand.

"This ship is carring petrolum ive put a thermal detonator on the main storage tanks. I flip this switch half your spaceport goes up in flames."

With that a trasmission in sniper 1's earpiece came in "Were going to draw him out in the open take a shop when you get it."

"Roger that"

As he was slowly coaxed out of the docking collar a small lazer came on the side of his head. The sniper was on the third story and within seconds it was all over.

The first shot hit him in the upper left temple passing through his brain severing his nerons that allowed him to control his motor functions. This was followed by a bright red spray out the right side of his head.

As he spun to his right the snipers second shot pearced his neck bewteen the first and seecond verterbre. This paralyzed him from the neck down. this was followed by the bullet going through the front of his neck entering the floor just below him.

The total time it took from the first shot to the Terrorists hitting the ground was less than 2 seconds. When it was all over the copse laid on the ground bleeding profusly.

The General of the Spaceport came down and looked at the body.

"Finsih the security inspection and send the ship to endora if all is cleared. Get this messed cleaned up"

He looked at the Lt. Commanding the Federation Soldiers

In light of Greensuns grieveance on the federation starport. You sent a warning to our spaceport that said board the Vessel. Although if you read the report (prior thread) carefully youll find that we never actully boarded the because the terrorists was standing at the entrance. The federation handeled the sisuation in the best interests of the FTU and for the saftey of the Spaceport and people on the Spaceport the actions we took although agressive in a slight degree. Was standard procedure for an immediate threat to Spaceport.

(OOC-im not going to carry this out in a Formation thread i handeled the sisuation correctly it wasnt godmodding or anthing.......oh and if you dont want me boarding a ship dont type athead telling my soldiers to.)
