Today war has erupted in the former United States as 400,000 Whittier troops crossed from Oklahoma and Missouri into Arkansas following 10,000 MBTs.

The invasion was preceded by the launch of 22,000 scud missiles aimed at both military and civilian targets inside Arkansas.

Arkansas has been declared a renegade province of Whittier.
Meantime, 2 E-3 AWACs are flying over the area to keep in eye on enemy movements.

Axis Nova has ordered a partial mobilization of it's troops and moved some forces to the Iowa border as a precautionary measure against Whittian incursion. We caution Whittier to take care in it's actions.

Seeing as that RB possesses Minneapolis, St. Paul, and some of its surrounding cities, we, too, observe the recent events south of us with alacrity and alarm. I will deploy four Marine contingents and four National Guard corps to the Minnesotan border to ensure that Axis Novan and Roach-Busterian territories remain safe.

Whittier has no intention of invading Minnesota. We are only consolidating a renegade province that has illegally broken away.
Arkansas is a renegade province and its leaders are criminals who will be charged with high crimes and treason.

Nevertheless, Whittier's expansionary nature is well known, and thus the troops are being moved into place as a precautionary measure, to discourage any "accidents".

In response to the threats coming out of Minnesota, 120,000 troops are being moved to Iowa/Minnesota border to stand guard while prison inmates will be forced to build a huge wall along said border to keep Minnesotans out of Iowa.

In response to Whittier's troop movements, Axis Nova is deploying four more divisions to the border: one of mechanized infantry, one cavalry division, and two heavy armor divisions.

One E-3 Sentry (out of 50) is being deployed to Iowa to Monitor Axis Nova movements.

In response, a single Lark UAV has been dispatched to monitor Whittier's troop movements as well as the movement of the E-3.

All was peaceful in Arkansas; the military was performing routine training missions, the governor was out to lunch and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky.

However that peace didn’t last for long. One of Moronyicka’s predators had picked up massive troop movement from both Oklahoma and Missouri, both states of Whittier-.

Right away all of Arkansas’ military forces were put on high alert. They sent an infantry and an armored division to the border to try to repel the oncoming invasion.
The army of Arkansas was obviously outnumbered as they had only about 2,000 MBTs and Whittier had sent nearly 10,000. But, to their surprise Whittier had not sent any air forces, and Arkansas had one of the largest AFs of any Moronyickan province.

From the airbases in Arkansas, the Moronyickans launched 100 F18 Hornets, 20 Apache Helicopters and 5 A10 thunderbolts. They also launched 50 F16 Falcons to defend against any air attacks.

The governor of Arkansas has contacted King Jedo and asked for more forces, Jedo granted the request and sent some extra help towards Arkansas.

On the long range radars, the Moronyickans picked up an enormous amount of scud missiles coming for their state. Right away the anti missiles turrets went into action and began shooting the missiles down.

About 16,000 of the missiles made it past the defenses. Because of the scuds horrible accuracy, while some of the missiles hit their targets, others hit other buildings or landed in the middle of nowhere. Some air bases and army bases where crippled by the huge assault, the entire state was in chaos.

As some soldiers rushed around trying to put out fires and rescue the trapped, others prepared to engage the invasion force. Whittier would pay.

Due to the events in Arkansas, our forces in the RSA and our CES allies have been mobilized. Any attacks on the Reunited States or its allies will be seen as an act of war. We are especially concerned about the State of Wyoming, part of the Reunited States. All other forces are urged to STAY AWAY.

The E-3's as expected, picked tracked the scuds to the predetermined targets. The scud attack was supposed to be a ruse. Meant to get the Moronyickans to shoot at them with their SAM's whereby disclosing the location of said SAM's but only a few of the expected SAM's opened up on the Scuds. Either the enemy only had a lot less SAM's than expected or was cleverly holding back the rest to save them from attack. Either way, the disclosed SAM's were now easy targets.
As predicted the E-3's picked up 175 Moronyickan aircraft and began tracking them. At the same, it picked up the SAM missiles that blew up a couple thousand of the Scuds. Within minutes the tracking stations on the AWACs was back calculating the trajectory of the anti missile missiles and relaying the results. The comms officer relayed the information to Whittier High Command and within 20 minutes began the launch of:
11,363 SU 25's and
11, 363 IL 102's.
and
300 F 35's.
Half of the Su's and half of the IL 102's were charged with defending UPR air space. The rest and the F 35's were sent to attack the Moronyickan air forces, airfields, radars, SAM sites, government ministries, radio stations, the Governor's Palace, and the Moronyickan armored units headed to the front.
This was followed by the launch of the Plethoran Land Based Cruise Missile, 12 of which were targeted at the provincial Arkansas capital. The Plethoran LBCM was a hypersonic, GPS guided cruise missile. The warhead was composed of the latest smart bomb technology, and packed 1,200 tons of TNT worth of explosives.
Meantime, another E-3 was launched to catch Moronyickan radar and track said radar's location.
OOC: I propose that all person's involved list their armed forces that will be available for this conflict in this thread. I will be using my military from the E V threads minus the naval forces since I am land locked, with the Plethora, Tomahawk II and the Scud 12 replacing the sea units I developed on that earth.
Also, if the Scuds are going to be the kind used by Iraq, depending on your air defense system, they should have been quite easy for you to shoot them down.

I believe you know what they are made of; we patterned our divisions off the same thing.

IC: The Moronyickans quickly launched another 250 F18s in an attempt to defend against the massive onslaught. The city was burning, people were screaming and the governor was being evacuated. All of this happened, and the enemy still hadn’t launched their ground attack.

The Moronyickans chances of survival were getting slimmer by the monument. The Moronyickans activated all of their AA guns to try to shoot down enemy aircraft.

There wasn’t much else they could do. They were on the defensive; they would have to wait for the enemy to make their next move.

OOC: I suppose this would be a decent place to roleplay my revolution in Oregon.

With the success in taking Finland now well known to other Readanian revolutionaries and cultists, thousands of Readanians have decided to make Oregon part of the Readanian Empire. The rag tag rebels have gathered without hinderance in Salem and have started numerous riots and fire within the city. Their leader, 'Captain' Daniel Wilkinson has proclaimed that they will not end the violence until Oregon is part of the Readanian Empire.
