The Great Pie issues an international, public statement:

"Hello, my friends from across the globe. I am currently looking for... human resources. I would like to know if anyone is willing to aid our endeavor. Fascists; those who believe in the power of a cohesive, unified government, they would be the best for you to send. However, others will be re-educated to think for the best interest of the government and myself instead of themselves, so I do not mind if you send us criminals, communists, or other such people who do not think so highly of a fascist government. Either way, I will use the resources well."

Let it be known that if the nation of Pieopia even attempts to import humans for the purposes of slavery, Japanese Antarctica will not sit back while watching this human rights violation occur.

The Great Pie sends a public message in response to Japanese Antarctica:

"Do not worry. They will not be used as slaves. Their lives will be headed in the direction we like for a duration of 10 years, but they will not be slaves; females above breeding age will be free, and males and females that can breed but not participate in the military will be free to choose their partners. Children will not be forced into anything at all until they reach adulthood. They will be paid well for their services, and they won't be treated unkindly."
