Priman, long famous for it's open religious community and dramaticaly changing state of affairs in all areas has declared that witch craft and satanism has been banned, under penalty of life, and even stricter punishments. In October 1, 2002, one family member from all major ministers of Priman had been murdered by heavy occultists, along with the Speaker's Makius Keffran's high school sweet heart Debra Cupfford and best friend, Korvus Kalantay. The Order of Black Sages, with a once massive member ship of 20,000,000, which has recently been disbanded and cracked down hard by government forces, is partly to blame on the nation's decline in civil rights. The vast majority of violent crimes had come from this illegal organization and much other crimes had also been committed by it. Thinking all occultic organizations are the same, a majority of Priman's populace has overwhelmingly voted to outlaw the occult within the country of Priman. All Wiccans, magicians, fortune tellers, taoists and shamans from other cultures have been asked to leave Priman. Local magic styles have been largely left alone.
