1)We make a wide variety of products, but our prime field is military. We make cruise missiles, tanks, nukes, and viral & bio weapons.

You are welcome to open a branch of Umbrella in Romney Island, as long as you make reasonable efforts to recruit all your staff locally/nationally. Furthermore, you cannot manufacture or sell viral or bio weapons on Romney soil, but all your other products are acceptable. You can sell to other nations from your Romney branch. And you are serious about the 10% discount for us.

Umbrella is welcome to have a branch in Venalion, as long as it is willing to allow the trial of any of its employees(whether they reside inside or outside Venalion) for any crime committed inside Venalion and thought to be by those employees.

Right when i saw weapons i knew you was going to be of great service...im wanting to strenthen my economy and my military at once, you could also make my unemployed mommies into working mommies. However due to the fact that you said viral might break out we will have to go through great security measures and give you a slab of land away from the main cities/ towns perhaps putting the corportation in a rural area might be a good idea. But anyway your welcomed to branch off in this direction im very strict with the laws but im sure if security is tight and safety is high priorty everything should be fine
