Cobra Incorporated has recently purchased a series of Islands in the South Pacific which have been proclaimed, Cobra Islands. As Cobra Incorporated is now a sovereign nation, we are seeking to boost the "brain trust" of our small but stable and promising country so that we may better compete in the world economy. Therefore we have enacted what we call the SMEP, Skilled Migrant Expatriate Program.
This program will make migration very easy for highly skilled Scientists and Engineers (military experience is preferred) who have become disenfranchized and feel under utilized. All that we require is that you fill out a simple application, provide us with a complete statement of your total net worth (all assets must be included), and proof of skill in your given field (prizes, patents, etc.). If your application is approved Cobra will fly you to Cobra Island first class and all expenses paid via Cobra Airlines where you will attend a 2 hour Introduction and "Re-Socialization", hosted by our own Dr. Mindbender, to determine if becoming a citizen of Cobra Incorporated is right for you. So far none who have attended the workshop have ever left Cobra Island! How's that for a success rate.
