Designed to replace the original Gladiator Mark IV tanks in service with the Aequatian Army and Marine Corps, the Dragon has surpassed any design previously developed within the Aequatian Republic. A new system of nomenclature has dubbed it the Main Battle Tank, Mark I.

[OOC: Well, the only things I can say is that the 140mm ETC gun will flip over the tank. I suggest you tone it done. My latest tank weights 85 tons and has a 120mm ETC gun. Moreover, 750kms combat range is pretty large. The LeClerc, currently the tank with the best mileage in the real world, has a combat radius of five hundred kilometers, good roads.]

OOC: Tanks aren't really my thing, I prefer naval vessels.

I wasn't so sure about the range and I've always been weary of the 140mm gun, I'll change it so it's more realistic. Thanks for the advice.

EDIT: Used the chassis of the Challenger I, but I did the turret, cupola MG and main gun as well as made it coloured.

[OOC: But it isn't an ETC. ETC guns are considerably heavier and bulkier than ordinary guns.]

Unit Replacement Cost for the standard Main Battle Tank, Mark I "Dragon" is around 3,465,500 Aequatian Markes (approx. 5.0 million USD), however, an export variant is being produced with an Aequatian Military Industries 120mm Smoothbore Gun and Aequatian Military Industries (Armour Division) Composite Armour Mk.2 at 3,118,950 Aequatian Markes (approx. 4.5 million USD).

Although, it may take time to fill orders as the Aequatian Army and Marine Corps have delivery priority over international contracts.

What does ETC stand for? Is this a real world technology or NS technology.

[OOC: Electro-thermal chemical gun. Instead of using a polymer, or normal, propellant it uses a chemical propellant. The muzzle looks sorta the same - the machinery to the rear, and thus inside the turret, is considerably larger than conventional gunnery, which means your crews are going to be more cramped, which means less preformance. It also means that your tank is going to be heavier, which means you need a larger engine - or it means you're going to overtax your transmission. It's a love-hate relationship.]
