Cthulu's return is immeninent. The Downmarching Void extends an invitation to all who seek to shatter reality and drink of the madness of mankind.
If your regions and your lands have suffered to long at the yoke of reality, break free of your bonds and leap unwittingly into the end of all that is, the begining of all that should not be.
Those nations already in the grip of madness need not apply. You are merely suffering the side effects of Cthulu's slumbering presence. Only those consiously turning their back on this stultifying reality and sacrificing what they mistakenly hold dear may receive our sacrements.
WE DECLARE WAR UPON REALITY, HOPE, KINDNESS AND COMPREHENSION.
Cthulu shall not emerge, he is opposed by the forces of the Lord God almighty, you shall fall for your temerity.

Cthulu consumed all gods save the Elders long ago. He shall return soon to finish his meal.
Pfah! God? Are you implying that God will make his will shown through the actions of some Jingoistic nation paying mouth service to him in their zeal to kill, using his name as an excuse? If so, you have precious little comprehension of your God. Gods first commandment is THOU SHALT NOT KILL. All wars in his name are a sham, conducted as an excuse to slake the blodthirst Cthulu's begining wakefulness has created in mankind. Death is your only escape from madness, and thus you seek it.
Our war upon reality has nothing to with armies or weapons of Mass DistrAction. Our war began long ago, and mankind has been acting it out for the benefit of Cthulu all these long millenia. Only through embracing this madness shall mankind escape the suffering it so adroitly creates for itself

The properly translated first commandment of our Lord is Thou shall not MURDER, not thou shall not kill. There are many passages in the bible and other religious texts that say for men to kill their attacker, your "cthulu" is most certainly an attacker, as such you and he are fair game. Since your aim is destruction of the world I shall not allow you to continue, my army will crush you if necessary, it would be preferred however if you were to simply desist from your foolish attempts, the Lord God stands beside us and makes us strong, I am armored in my faith and none shall sway me from my path, cthulu shall not have this world while I yet live. You have eight hours to desist from this pointless excersise, after such time if you continue I will destroy you, and all in your nation shall die with you.

Seems like youv'e been smoking something wacky. I can correct your thinking with a couple of thermonuclear ICBMs, and your corrected thinking will change your reality.

God does not condone killing except as a last resort of self-defense.
Quoting the bible to justify your aggresion is the work of the devil, not God.
We have declared war upon reality, kindness, hope and comprehension.
We have not threatened any nations, regions or people with physical invasion.
We have declared war upon just type.
We do not wage war upon a nation simply because it only opens its mouth to switch feet.
We have not attacked ANYONE, and have no intention of doing so in the usual manner.
All we have done is declare our raison d'etre and our unrelenting contempt for your reality. We don't have to declare war upon the rest of the world. Its killing itself rather splendidly.
Threatening to kill our people simply because we do not follow your meaningless rules is mere schoolyard bullying. If you did launch an attack upon us, it would be considered murder in God's eye.
We have declared the exitnce of another reality, a shard piercing through this one, on which hastens this ball of dirt to the immanetizing of the escaton.
There will be no multiple choice quiz, there will be no more black and white, there will only be the freedom to embrace your madness and thus gain the ability to define your own reality.
We are incomprehinsible.
(OOC: I don't even drink, let alone smoke dope and it saddens me that you think that you need to be stoned to have an original thought.)

Since you have declared war on reality, hope, kindness, and comprehension, I will declare war on unreality, hopelessness, suffering, and incomprehension, your nation seems a good start to removing the blight of these evils from this world. We mobilize the 1st, 11th, and 555th MI divisions to deal with your puny nation, prepare to die. The Tank Lords have spoken.

1.2. Who is Cthulhu?
Cthulhu is a large green being which resembles a human with the head of a squid, huge bat-wings, and long talons (true, that doesn't really resemble a human, but bear with me here). According to H. P. Lovecraft's story "The Call of Cthulhu", Cthulhu rests in a tomb in the city of R'lyeh, which sank beneath the Pacific Ocean aeons ago. Cthulhu is dead but not truly dead, as he and his fellow inhabitants of R'lyeh sleep the aeons away. (Cthulhu is generally thought of as a "he" for some reason.) From time to time R'lyeh comes to the surface, and Cthulhu's dreams influence sensitive individuals across the globe to depict his image, slay, and found cults dedicated to him. In the past, R'lyeh has sunk after a short time, but the day will soon come when it rises to the surface permanently and great Cthulhu strides across a world thrown into chaos and anarchy from his telepathic sendings.
2.4.2. Where is R'lyeh?
R'lyeh is the pre-human city (or the continent on which is was built) which sank beneath the Pacific millions of years ago. In his story "The Call of Cthulhu", Lovecraft places R'lyeh at 47 degrees 9 minutes south, 126 degrees 43 minutes west. Other authors (such as Derleth) have placed it off the isle of Ponape, near the Massachusetts coast, or just about anywhere else they wanted to.
• Derleth is a controversial figure in Lovecraftian circles. On one hand, Derleth published Lovecraft's fiction even though he had no legal permission to do so, and tried to keep all Lovecraft scholarship, personal memoirs, and Mythos fiction under his strict control. On the other hand, he kept Lovecraft's writing in the public eye and kept the Cthulhu Mythos going, in the process discovering such Mythos authors as Ramsey Campbell and Brian Lumley. I strongly urge anyone who is interested in Derleth's role in the Mythos to research both sides of this question before making up their minds.
We on the other hand do believe in God. However we would have no problem at all in killing a demon such as Cthulu. Know that I Lightwalker await your arrival so I can kill you personally Cthulu.

I am afraid you are wrong. God's first commandment is "Thou shalt have no other gods before me." The commandment in reference to killing is the sixth, or if you ask a Jew, the fifth. Please, the next time you try to twist our faith against us, at least get the order of the commandments right.

OOC: Funniest cthulu themed incident ever: http://www.nuklearpower.com/daily.php?date=011110
Silly BB, everyone knows Cthulu style demon fiend overlords are everywhere, you couldn't have a habitat without them.
Side note, I'm not gonna wait for cthulu to appear, I'm gonna frag his ass as a matter of principle, cthulu would cause higher casualties amongst my troops, so time to die.
