the counry of brallach saw the need to make themselves a standard infantry rifle. the republic arms co. stared on a project to create a truly innovative rifle. they came out with the DY-56 but was turned down by the military. as good a rifle as it was it lacked a few major features such as the ability to fire. the company was humiliated but kept going. after some major revisions the DY-56 resurfaced as the HE-17. it passed the evaluations and was adopted as the standard infantry rifle. the project cost 10,000,000. now with the republic arms co. nearing completion of the HE-18 the HE-17 has been rendered obsolete. now the last 50,000,000 are being sold as well as the rights to manfacture the HE-17. the features of the HE-17 are the following...
-uses 7,62 NATO ammunition
-detachable scope from 2x to 20x
-3 modes of fire: semi automatic, 3 round burst, slow automatic, and fast automatic
-comes with recoil buffer and manual
-built in silencer
-spring loaded ironsight similar to that of the M16 (without the spring)
the guns cost 10,000 each. 500 per magazine. prices are set in suffragos. price may vary depending on economic strength. say if you have a really good economy you get to pay less.
