After many weeks, Karchosia and her allies have been able to bring their communication gear to full operational status after an unknown terrorist attack.
"Well, sir, we've been able to contact the rest of the Rogue Alliance."
"And?..."
"They are doing well enough."
The leader of Karchosia, Gurrad Holz, sighed and leaned back in his chair, "Well, that's a start."
"I recommend we use all of our military strength to locate the orginization that did this, they could have done tremendous damage if we hadn't managed to bring the communications back on-line."
"Yes, I'd have to agree with you," said Holz, "But we have no solid leads..."
"Well, we should at least bolster our defences so they cannot do such a thing again."
"But most of our funds are already going to our defences!"
The aide sighed, "Well, I say we try and contact other nations in the hunt for these terrorists. Of course, I would normally suspect the Trade Alliance after they broke off of us, but they have pledged that they wouldn't get into a war with us..."
"Let's see if this has happened to anyone else before we do anything."
"Yes sir!"
Gurrad sat back in his chair, hoping that they could stop the terrorists before they kill civilians.
