Today, an Alliance of weird proportions took place. Meeting on neutral grounds, The Very Aggressive Space Empire of Outer Heaven MK II and Sephrioth began what was dubbed: 'A most unusual Alliance'.
The two leaders of Sephrioth agreed to let Outer Heaven 'sponsor' their Military through funding. In return, Outer Heaven was guaranteed to have a big say in Sephrioth's government, and a transport of valuable materials to the Nation itself each month.
The two leaders also signed a Non-Aggression Pact, sealing this Alliance:
The Non-Aggression Pact
Terms:
The Peaceful Armed State of Sephrioth and The Very Aggressive Space Empire of Outer Heaven MK II must be on Neutral Terms. The sharing of any form of technology, open trade between the two Nations, and the forging of Alliances are now applicable between the two Nations. The Pact will, however, be voided, if one or more of the Conditions below are ignored or abused in any way, shape, or form.
Conditions:
1. The ships and vessels of the two Nations must have an IFF status of Neutral or 'Friendly'.
2. The ships and vessels of the two nations must not fire upon each other no matter what reason or circumstance.
3. The recipient of any new technology they may receive from the original owner cannot use it against the original owner.
4. The recipient of any new technology they may receive cannot share any of it with another nation, without prior permission from the original owner.
We agree to the terms and conditions of The Non-Aggression Pact:

These two Nation's leaders, moments after sealing the Alliance, shook hands, and ordered their Nation's to begin their duties immediately. It is estimated that about a quarter of Outer Heaven's military budget will be funded into Sephrioth's Military.
