This is to be exchanged for oil and iron ore on an equal market value, with one-half of the value constituting oil, and the other half constituting ore.

A small portion of Municipality-4 is being cleared for the construction of a possible Camewottian military base and/or supply depot. We will permit the construction of a small military presence in the designated area. The harbor in M-4 can be expanded to accommodate up to four Camewottian military vessels. As stated before in several diplomatic messages, the Democratic Empire of Camewot does not have military units (We do have soldiers though) spare to equip military bases with. Various contracts though have been signed with nations to equip us with military units. Seeing that the Empire has a very small coast, our naval vessels are limited to the absolute minimum because of the lack of space. Therefore, the small portion of land shall be used to build factorys on. Later on, we shall equip it with the needed military units.
When that happens, we shall inform you. You have nothing to fear of us, dear friends, our only enemys are the ones who attack us or who are undemocratic. You are the school example of an ally for Camewot. Therefore, including this message are the contracts for a NAP and a Mutual Protection Pact, but don't feel yourself binded to help us when we are in war. Look at it as a protection of your sovereignty by us!
