The Image of passive peaceful Ottomans was about to be shatter forever with the beginning of the Dune Jihads, the Jihads which will spread the banners of the Empire to anywhere in the world…The Grand Jihad was about to began. Everyone in Ottoman Khaif knew the Grand Wars were about to start. There was uneasy…peace before the storm hit the Empire. Most of the people in Empire knew this war will great expand the empire and burn one of the Ottoman Empire long time rivals for good…. the years of the Chaos wars as most Ottomans would call it…was about to began..all hell was about to break loose upon the foes of the Imperium.

Throughout the Ottoman Empire a massive change was going on

At the ports, Entire Fleets of Ships and subs left dock to began the patrols. Then at the Air Bases all over the empire, MiG-29 and SU-37 took off to begin air patrols and to prevent outsider spy planes from entering Ottoman Air Space. Then at Land massive trains began shipping troops to the needed areas in the empire, well over 50 millions were call up for the coming war against the foes of the empire . Yet the New Networks within the empire did not dare speak a work about the massive Army build up, by order of the Ottoman Government they were silent on the matter..

The 18th army lost many of its A-10s tanks to the Chinese AAA fired, and the Chinese Fighters did a number on the A-10s also…Yet the Ottomans began massive artillery attack against the Chinese spearhead, to prevent them from winning the day. Then the Ottoman Air Force sends out its MiG-29s and SU-37 enter the air battle and began to engage the PLA fighters in the deadly combat of dog fighting for the skis. Then the Ottoman T-95 core enter the tank battle to put things in favor for the Ottoman forces, the T-95s began to blast away at Chinese Troop transports and tanks. The battle would likely turn into a stalemate.

The Chinese Spearhead took some heavy losses from Ottoman Artllery attack, this slow down the Chinese attack on the Ottomans, Su-35s began to enter dog fights with many of the fighter jets and took some heavy losses. Turkistan Front

General Nizam al-Mulk orders his forces to stop attacking return to the Ottomans lines. Then he order a full artilley attack on know Chinese Artillery areas. In the hopes of taking out most of the Chinese artillery , so that Ottoman could win the battle. The Ottomans manger to get all their artlliey to began firing their shells at the Chinese artillery , in the hopes of destorying the artillery. The Ottomans would wait for the results of their attack, then make their next move.

The fighting looks like it had no end in sight the battle kept on getting more bloody by the hour. In the Caribbean Front
The 7th Ottoman Paratroop Crop. and the 20th Ottoman Marine Corp had manger after nearly a weeks worth of fighting to crush the rebellions and restore order the island of Puerto Rico, which was now part of the Ottoman Empire. The 20th Ottoman Marine Corp was order to stay in Puerto Rico for now, and maintain law and order in the Island. As for the 7th Paratroop core the 1st Paratroop joined them, which was send all the way from Ottoman Turkistan. To support them in their attack on Bahamas….. with the support of 100 MiG-29s, the two Paratroop cores began their landings in the Bahamas, they took over key Islands and defense with light losses. The Ottoman Paratroops core landed about 2,000 troops in Nassau and began to fight the small local defense forces in the city, then the Ottoman Government send out the 2nd the Paratroop core to give to support to the other paratrooper cores in the island. They were in for a long fight to gain control of all the Islands.

Roger Haverford, Malkyer's Ambassador to the Ottomans, got into his car, and relaxed with a cup of coffee as the car drove to the Sultan's palace. The Embassy had called ahead, and he would meet with the Sultan concerning Dayan's letter. Bright days were ahead, it seemed.

It was late at night when the courier arrived at the presidential palace in Guatemala. Tall and pale, he stuck in the room where he waited with three guards while an aide fetched President Oscar Jose Rafael Berger Perdomo.

After a moment, the aide reappeared with President Berger. "Que es eso?" the President asked, irritated at having been awakened so late at night.

The courier extended his hand. "Louis Radman, sir. I have a proposal for you from my government."

"And what would that be?" The aide asked, acting as an intrepeter.

"As you are undoubtedly aware, the Ottoman Empire has recently begun a massive expansion in the Carribean Sea, through military means. Of all the myriad island, I expect Cuba will last the longest, but even then only a month at the very most. How long will it be before the Ottomans look a little further west, to the mainland? To your country, and your neighbors?"

After the aide translated this for Berger, an uneasy expression formed on his face. He was smart enough to figure out where this was going. Radman smiled and continued. "The Kingdom of Malkyer is willing to extend protectorate status to the Republic of Guatemala, in exchange for a few simple privileges."

"What sort of privileges?"

"Oh, nothing major. A military base, a trading port, mining rights. That sort of thing."

"You wish to dominate our country!"

"Dominate, or protect? If we wanted to dominate your country, we would just take it. In all honesty, you couldn't stop us."

The Ottoman Air Force in Puerto Rico, began sending out their A-10s, MiG-29s and Su-37s to gain control of the skies of Cuba. The A-10s began to attack all the roads, and key Army bases in Cuba. The Fighters began to attack and shoot down as many Cuban fighters as they could. Then from the invasion taskforce, they send our their Harrier fighters to join the air battle for Cuba…. The war to take the skis of Cuba had just began..


In the African Front

The Ottoman 20th Army under the Command of General Hassan Ali , was order to attack Cameroon and Central African Republic from Ottoman West Africa regions of Nigeria, and Chad. The first thing he order his forces to do was to send his fighters and bombers to began knocking out the local air forces and defense systems. After three days of heavy air raids, he dividend his forces in two halves one to attack Cameroon and another to attack Central African Republic. "Referendums were held today in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, and El Salvador concerning recent overtures by the Malkyeri government to extend protectorate status to these nations. The issue passed in all the nations, with the slightest majority being 52%, in Guatemala. Some experts suggest the overwhelming electoral victory could stem from Central American worries about the recent Ottoman expansion in the Carribean. Many of those dissatisfied with the decision have left their respective countries, and immigrated to Mexico, and Costa Rica. The Royal Government has announced that it will be construction of military bases and consulates in the new Protectorates, and has already sent an Advisor-General to each territory to aid in the transition process. There are unconfirmed reports that the Royal Government made a similar proposal to the Belizean government, but there is no concrete information, and the Belizean government has said that it will not consider "ceding its independence to blatant imperialism." The military junta governing Belize has invited Malkyeri Army units into the country, to aid in restoring order to the country. Critics of both governments have warned that it is only a matter of time now before Belize becomes an official territory of Malkyer..."

The posters were plastered on at least half the buildings in every town in the Northern, Northwest, and Gauteng provinces, in a band stretching from Messina in the north to Pretoria and Johannesburg in the south. They were a simple design: a sihoulette of a man with his fist in the air, and three words at the bottom: "Freedom-Equality-Peace," in English, Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa, and Sesotho. Initially, the police and other authorities in South Africa did not know what to make of them. Eventually, they lef them up, figuring them for some new political party's propaganda.

Back in the Caribbean Front

The Ottoman Air Force mangers to take out most of the Cuban Air Force with the lost of 30 Ottoman MiG-29s do to many air battles with the Cuban Air Force. But the Ottoman Air Force had won the battle for Cuban Air space. Now the Ottoman Invasion Fleet began sending out the Marine cores to begin the land invasion of Cuba. The City of Santiago de Cuba was the first target for the invasion forces to take. The 18th Ottoman Marine Corp began its assault on the city, with the support of the Air Force and amour cores; they began the fight the Cuban forces in the hopes of taking the city in the name of the Ottoman Empire. Then 20th Ottoman Marine Corp who taskforce was near Havana, began their assault on the city. They began landing and right away the Cuban forces began to fight the marine corp. It was becoming all out battle for the key city of Havana… The 19th Ottoman Marine Corp. task force was assign to attack central Cuba, and they did so. The Ottoman Marines landed and quickly engaged the local Cuban forces. The battle for Cuba had just began…..


In the African Front

The Ottoman 20th Army manger to overwhelm the Central African Republic forces, yet they still had to crush the remaining Central African forces in the area. The Ottoman forces made their way to the city of Bangui where they will crush the remaining forces of The CAR. The other factions of the 20th army began to attack Douala and made their way to towards Yaounde. Everything was going as plan for the African Front.

The two warships sent to bring order to Panama could be seen, just off the coastline. The battleship Dauntless and the AEGIS Destroyer Hermosillo floated still in the water, anchored firm while landing parties went ashore, with Army Engineers to repair electrical substations to restore power to the country. A total of two battalions of Marines had gone ashore as well, to ensure security. Central America had become a sea od chaos lately, due in part to the Ottoman military presence in the Carribean, and also the recent establishment of Malkyeri protectorates in most of Central America.

Unbeknownst to the Costa Ricans and Panamanians, the entire process was the result of a combination of political Machiavellianism and blatant imperialism on the part of Malkyer. Indeed, within the next week, two at most, all of Central America would become part of Malkyer...

The Caribbean Front
The battle for Havana was still going strong the Cuban forces were not giving up their lines and holdings. The numbers of kills for the Ottoman forces in Havana was about 1200 dead for the Ottomans. In Santiago de Cuba, the Ottomans forces were making some headway in the city, yet the Cubans were still giving them a hard time. The Ottomans lost about 1300 men and some tanks in the battle so far. In Central Cuba, the Ottoman forces were making headway they manger to take some key towns and an air base. They were busy fighting off the Cuban forces from kicking them out of the areas that they manger to gain control of.



In the African Front

The Ottoman 20th Army had manger to takeover the Central African Republic,after days heavy fighting with local forces. They manger to crush them and take control of the nation... The other factions of the 20th army had manger to take Douala and began to take a good portions of Yaounde. They city would fall to Ottoman hands soon. The Ottomans had lost about 1400 troops and many tanks in the battles for these lands.

With Belize now a willing part of the growing Central American empire, and with soldiers on the ground in Panama, King Dayan had decided to look east, to Africa. Africa, that vast and romantic continent where so many great empires had risen. The next step in his plans.

The first target would be Namibia. A large naval force, consisting of two Carrier Battle Groups, was allocated for the invasion. Along with that were two Army Groups, close to six hundred thousand combat soldiers, designated Group North and Group South. The strategy for the operation was brilliantly simple: attack with overwhelming force (the correlation of forces was roughly 3:1 in Malkyer's favor, plus the Royal Army had far superior equipment and training) along the coast, seizing Walvis Bay and Swapokmund. From there, Army Group North would move to take Ondangwa and Grootfontein. Group South would head for Rehoboth. Once this stage was complete, both Army Groups would converge on the capital of Windhoek, attacking from the north and south-east. On the same day, the 1st Royal Marine Division would land in the south and take Luderitz, and possibly Karasburg or Keetmanshoop.

With the planning stages done and the orders sent, there was nothing to do but wait for the units to be loaded up and shipped out. It would be several days before the fleet arrived, and so the Ministry of Defense brass watched, and waited. They also read the reports coming from the SAS teams in South Africa and Mozambique...

Statement from the Confederal Municipalities of Brazil
In response to Ottoman domination and aggression in the Carribean, we must first state we are shocked and dismayed our ally would commit such acts of imperialism against our ally of the Republic of Cuba. This actions were not those of need, but of vicious imperialist thirst for more power.

Furthermore, Ottoman domination and homogenization of Carribean cultures is shocking. The Ottomans bring in their own system and force it upon these natives, now to be ruled by external invaders. Such actions cannot be justified. They are simply imperialism, and there is no excuse.

I do not wish to make this decision, but I am announcing that the people of Brazil will not idly stand by as this continues. If the Ottomans do not stop aggression on the sovereign Republic of Cuba, Brazil will be forced to take action through severance of all relations and possible economic sanctions on the Ottoman Empire.

We have long been friends, and we have much to thank the Ottomans for. But you have gone to far. We will not let our comrades die in the name of Empire. You will not succeed.

In Central Cuba, the Ottoman forces had taken the cities of Sancti Spiritus., Cenfuego, and Santa Clara were now in Ottoman hands. Ottoman Forces in the area, call for the1,2 and 7th Ottoman Paratroop Crops to attack Cuba, from another front. In Order to confuse the Cuban forces in the nation. They were sent to attack the Cuban city of Camaguey, they landed outside of the City and began there attack on the town, in order to gain control of the City. They going to fight a uphill fight for to gain the city, the Cubans were dug in their lines. It was going to be hell for the Ottomans to take Cuba…so far they lost well over 5,000 troops in the fighting

The Ottoman 20th Army had manger to take Central African Republic and Cameroon with little loses. Yet they had the job of maintaining control and crushing the remaining rebels in the area, it will take a few more months to completely crush the area of Rebels.

We will allow for the evacuation and scrapping of the two military bases in Brazil. The Caribbean Front


The Ottomans forces in Havana, manger to take the entire City and took most of the here by towns. They kept on fighting and crushing the remaining Cuban forces in the area. By weeks ends they have manger to take most of Northern Cuba, and were crushing some remaining pockets of Cuban fighters. The Ottoman forces in Central Cuba have broken the Cuban army in the area and were starting to meet up with the Ottomans forces near Havana; most of northern Cuba and Central had fallen into Ottoman hands. The Paratrooper cores manger to take the city of Camaguey and take most of the area around it the city and march to meet the Ottomans in Southern Cuba. The Ottomans in Southern Cuba, had crush most of the Cuban army in the area, thanks to heavy air support. All of Cuba under Ottoman rule, Yet it will take the Ottomans a few months to crush the rebel movements in the island. The Ottoman Army lost about 12,000 men in the taking of Cuba and could lose more troops in crushing the rebellion. It took well over four weeks to take the Island.(OOC: Yes I am speeding up this rp for good of the rp.)

Fidel Castro escaped to one of the Cuban iselands, a bastion, by sheer luck. He out a encoded message to CB

"Get me out of here, before the Ottomans get me. meet me in the Sea." Then Fidel Castro and his right hand men got on to a speed and headed out to open sea to meet the CB boat.

Out on the open sea, the simple yacht that once held the infamous revolutionaries that took Cuba from the tyrannical grip of Fulgencio Batista, now laid in the middle of the sea, some of the last remaining loyalists to the Castro regime. The Granma was one of the most famous yachts of Cuban history for this purpose. It now stood as one of the last remaining symbols of the immortal revolution, now suppressed by the Ottoman's thirst for control over the Carribean. It was a dark day.

The clear waters of the Carribean seemed to toss itself half-heartedly at the yacht, as the once proud, now old and tired, Fidel Castro sat in his wheelchair, still seriously injured from his fall during a speech. The yacht waited for recovery, it could not make the journey safely to Brazil. In his heart, he wept. He wish he could die with his comrades, but with the urging of his brother and followers, he found himself here, waiting for his loyal Brazilian comrades to show their devotion. They will come.

He faced away, and as the horizon crept over the afternoon sky, a low humming denoted the approach of a distant helicopter, perhaps more. He furrowed his brow, and waited for perhaps hostile, or friendly approach. As soon as the helicopters, large cargo sized, his men came out shouting out exclamations as suddenly the yacht erupted into cheers and celebrations as the rope ladders came down and the Brazilian logos were proudly shown.

Sliding down the ladder was a somewhat portly man in a well insulated uniform, his face covered with the it save for his eyes. The man moved almost jerkily as he hung acrobatically from the rope ladder and took Fidel's wheelchair as he was raised up into the helicopter, and the other helicopters loaded up the rest of the crew, leaving the yacht to float away in the sea, resting in peace.

As Castro was hoisted into the transport helicopter, the side doors were shut and the lights flickered a bit as it shook. The man was rather exasperated as the enigmatic acrobat wheeled him to the middle. Up towards the cockpit he could see an older, blond man with a prominent scar on his face, and serving as a overseer a tall, long haired man who took little note of Castro. Another man in a black raincoat sat to the back, reading from an unlabeled book.

First to speak was the blond haired man, whose voice was firm, and certainly Portugeuse, lacking many of the Brazilian facets of accent, though he spoke in clear Spanish.

"We welcome you Comrade Castro. It has been a rough time for all of us. You and your legitimate government will soon be safe in Brazil. I am Major Cavalcanti, and we are the Freemen. These men are the best damn soldiers Brazil has to offer."

He nodded to the white haired man as he stood up and the cold soldier took the help and Cavalcanti looked to Castro with crossed arms, who spoke bewilderedly.

"I am very glad Brazil has not forgotten us, I only wish in my lifetime to see Cuba liberated once again."

"Indeed Comrade. Extend our gratitude to our fellow Freemen. The acrobatic fellow that helped you up is Djavan Pereira, one of our best guerilla warriors out of the Amazon. The Major looked around for a moment as the helicopter stabilized and they were well on their way to Brazil. He seemed a bit impatient, and turned to Fidel.

"The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics sends its condoplences, Presidente. I have a handwritten letter from the Premier, Troskin.."

Adamaska looked back at the mentioning of the name and turned away, shaking his head.

"Here.."

He passed the folded letter to the torn man, who opened the letter.

South Atlantic
The 14th and 21st CBGs, along with the ground forces, sailed to just off the shore. From there, the order to begin the attack was received from High Command. A volley of cruise missiles, armed with conventional explosives, was fired at various Namibian military installations throughout the country. The warships began a ferocious bombardment of what passed for shore defenses. The barrage lasted twenty minutes, and as soon as the last gun fired its last shell, the landing boats swarmed toward Walvis Bay.

The Namibians knew the Malkyeri were coming, and had initially put twenty thousand men in Walvis Bay, and another twenty in Swakopmund, the two coastal cities Malkyer was going to attack. However, the prior attack had destroyed most of the static defenses, and killed many of the defenders. The Namibian Army was in disarray when the first Royal Army troops hit the beach. Using brand new BR-7s (Battle Rifle model 7), the soldiers managed to hit every defender they shot at. However, they could not put nearly as much lead into the air as the Namibians, who used a mixture of AK-47s and other assault rifles. The Namibians fought bravely for about an hour, but then a battalion of Malkyeri soldiers fought its way to the rear of the city, and managed to attack the enemy CP. They weren't able to take it, but the defenders were forced to retreat. After the word got down the leaders were fleeing (partly due to the chaos, and partly due to Malkyer's signal jamming, it was unclear whether they were running from battle or just moving to another location), the Namibian spirit broke, and the soldiers began to fall back. Two regiments headed off in pursuit, while fortifications were set up to defend the LZ while the main body of RA soldiers headed south and east for Rehoboth.

The battle for Walvis Bay had lasted just shy of four hours, and over the course of the engagement the Royal Army had lost 76 soldiers, with a further 543 wounded, 200 of them seriously. The Namibian army had lost just under two thousand men, most of them at the end when the defending force had been routed.

To the north, the battle for Swapokmund had had a similar end, though it took closer to four and a half hours, with 267 Malkyeri casualties and 2200 for the Namibians. From there, Army Group north headed for Ondangwa.

The 95th Meeting of the Lyoa Jirga(Grand Meeting) was on her way in Istanbul…all the branches of the Ottoman Government were called into meeting. They were meeting in the massive halls of the Istanbul convention center, which was able to seat all 3400 people in the hall without problem. Each section of the halls was assign to seat each branch of Government. The biggest section was for the Parliament, which had 1000 ministers.

The convention center was under heavy guard with nearly 10,000 troops in the area providing security for the event.

The Meeting was on her way, The Judge Advocate Generals led by JAG Court Head Judge: Saad Al Hafez, enter the hall with the other nine Judge Advocate Generals, they walk to the center of the hall, where their benches were set up and quickly settled.

Then the top Generals, Air Marshals and Admirals of the Ottoman Arm Forces came into the hall and were settled in their section of the hall.

The meeting was finally about to begin with JAG Court Head Judge: Saad Al Hafez rising his seat bench and saying the following “ The meeting of the 95th Lyoa Jirga has began…today we will discuss the future of the empire, the issues that are troubling the empire, and any other issues that need to be review. With that being said, let the meeting of the Lyoa Jirga began!”

Then the Sultan rose up and went to the center of hall to begin his speech to the Lyoa Jirga. The massive T.V. Screen showed his face to the entire convention, so everyone would get a good look at him.

“ Oh, People of the Lyoa Jirga…..we have complete phase one of the Dune Jihad, and added the lands of Papua New Guinea Cameroon, Central African Republic, Trinidad and Tobago ,Puerto Rice, the Bahamas have been added to the Empire, phase two of Ottomanize of these regions had began so that they will become productive regions for the Empire. Also I being new that our dear friend Castro is now in the hands of Communist Brazil…well…I knew they would take him in…now from this moment on a new era of policies will enacted to safeguard the empire from our foes. These policies will call for colder relations with the French…and the Brazilian. As the Arabic saying goes..”Be careful of your enemy once and of your friend a thousand times, for a double crossing friend knows more evil. (or knows more about what harms you)” We cannot the trust the French, because of their Brotherhood and CB because they want us out of Cuba.”

The helicopter was reaching closer and closer to shore. It seemed to be at first steady as they made there away across the still April afternoon. They started to go closer to the water, as the small number of helicopters quickly picked up pace. A feeling of anticipation gripped the crew, and Castro had fallen into a dozing state. Artur stood over Adamaska as he kept the bird steady, with Djavan's head resting on the wall, and Yerik pacing, the raincoat's hood still over his hardened face. He suddenly stopped.

"Fire. It's on fire. The screams of hell engulf the machine. Only despair waits for those who hit the water. Falling, into oblivion."

Artur turned around, and looked to Djavan who had awoken from his spacing out. He looked to Adamaska.

"Put the battlegroup on yellow alert, Sorrow has de-"

There was a thunderous shock that rocked the bird from side to side. Artur stumbled as Djavan held onto the bars on the side with cat-like reflexes. Castro suddenly awoke, gasping for air as he stood stabilized, strapped into the side. The heat could be felt from the explosion to the side.

"Damnit, we're under fire. What the hell is happening Bird Four?"

"Bird Three has been hit, Major. Unknown bogeys have appeared from nowhere. Bird Three is going down."

"Ocelot, you take this, I'll take the helm. Hornet, you keep with Adamaska. Sorrow, keep Castro safe."

Within the course of a few seconds, Artur armed the helicopter and swung it to the side, putting one of the few unmarked enemy planes in his sights. He fired the Sidewinders, but the ship evaded quickly at such an agility it was amazing it was actually a plane, not a helicopter.

To the side of the gunship Djavan swung open the doors, his suit fluttering with the rushing air. Adamaska grimly walked up next to him, letting his white ponytail fray in the wind as he loaded his revolver. Djavan shook his head at Adamaska's choice, picking up one of the STINGER from the rack, and leaning his back on the side and waiting for Adamaska to finish his business.

"Pereira.. This bastard is mine.."

Adamaska lowered the SAA Makarov level, and stared at the two remaining helicopters, waiting for one of the ambushers to show itself. At the corner of his eye, he saw the figure slip and level itself for an attack. Adamaska shook his head.

"Sweet dreams, comrade."

He fired not at the aircraft, but at one of the sides of the helicopters, and the shot richoted between the helicopters and came towards directly into the cockpit of the mysterious aircraft. It began to sway from side to side predictibly, and then begun to dive and hit the ground. Adamaska blew the smoke from the revolver as Djavan shook his head.

"Overkill, simply overkill."

"Style is everything."

With a shake, the helicopter shook to the side and Adamaska stabilized himself. Rather than do as much, Djavan slid to the other side, gripping the handle on the other dorr and letting the momentum swung it down. He swung the STINGER to his shoulder, and began to look for his target. Bird One was on the outer right of the group, so when the bogey came in to take Bird Two, which was misinterpreted as the one holding the target of Presidente Fidel Castro, it was a very easy target.

As the STINGER was launched, it spiraled down as the aircraft struggled to evade, but to no avail as the wing tip caught the warhead and was incinerated and the blast shook the aircraft from its place to the sky, down into the water. Djavan leaned back with a sigh of relief. Artur gave the status report.

"Bird Three has gone down, all bogeys have been eliminated. Bird Three was completely incinerated in the attack, and our comrades along with it. Among the casualties were Raul Castro.."

He stopped there, and softened his face as he knew what impact it would have. He silences himself, resolving to make the announcement later. Yerik's hand was little comfort to the old man in the wheelchair. So quickly, it was being taken away from him, and he could only sit and wait. Adamaska and Djavan closed to side openins as the helicopter stabilized. It was going to be a longer trip than planned.

The three planes were three Cuban MiG-29s, they were run by anti-Castro Cubans, who manger to take the planes during the chaos of the Cuban Defeat. Their mission was to kill Castro, but ended in failure.

Part II of the Lyoa Jirga Meeting

The meeting went on for four days, they talk about all the matters that were troubling the empire and had heavy debates behind close doors…when the meeting was over they return to homes and lands. Also to enact the rulings of the Lyoa Jirga on these matters…

Coming the rulings of the Lyoa Jirga

Windhoek, capital of Namibia, was now in Malkyeri hands. There had been little organized resistance after the battle of Rehothob, two days earlier, where 50,000 Namibians had fought against four times their number of Malkyeri soldeirs. After two hours of hard fighting, Malkyeri armor had broken the enemy lines, and smashed the defending force, effectively ending the life of the Namibian Army in the south. The majority of the remaining troops had fled south, where they would be destroyed by the Marine landings at Luderitz.

This morning, Windhoek had fallen after barely an hour of fighting against poorly equipped civilian militias. The resistance could have held out longer, but the people were fatalistic, accepting that they could not push back the attacker. Malkyer's superior efforts in the arenas of propoganda and electronic warfare had no doubt contributed to the swift victory as well.

General Howard Gladstone stepped into the President's office, where both President Pohamba and Prime Minister Gurirab were being kept under guard. Gladstone had with him a treaty, which would end Namibia’s status as an independent nation and begin it’s history as a territory of Malkyer.

“Gutenmorgen, Herren. Ich vertraue, daß Sie gut sind? Ich stelle mich Sie vor, zu wissen, warum ich hier bin.” He handed them the treaty and two pens to sign it. “Sie beachten, daß viel Ihres Regierungs- und Gesetzsystems dasselbe bleibt. Willkommen zum Königreich von Malkyer.” As the two defeated men added their signatures, the first step toward Empire was completed. Next, Mozambique...

During my years of schooling…I was never around with people by own age…always about four to fives years different between my classmates and me… I was always lonely never with anyone who knew me well enough or wants to be my friend…I never could show these feeling to anyone, not even for my family..because I was the oldest son…I had to act strong and wise for my younger brothers and sisters…I couldn’t even shows these feelings to you or father. And guest…you didn’t even brother to comfort me…you yell at me for being an moron in front of the family and ran to try to stop the guest from leaving…you have no damn idea how much pressure you put on me…first I had to join the Izmit Military Academy, then befcome a full time officer in the Ottoman Army…I wanted to be was plain old doctor..then when the Late Sultan Muard bin Asad died, I was a general in Ottoman Army at age 28. My entire family pressure me run for Sultan…which I did and won the vote for Sultan…did I get praise from mother…no…you didn’t give praise at…all I got is run the empire well..Only damn moment happeness I ever had was when I married to my wives…finally someone who would be my mate, friend…that was only day I happy with my family…Mother why..oh why did you give me the the cold shoulder for most of life ,when I needed you!” Tears were running down his eyes…

Note to readers, this is background story about the Sultan for my rps, I did this part of the rp to show how my Sultan and how he thinks.

Mozambique. This narrow strip of land had been a Portugese colony for many decades before finally gaining independence in 1975. Now it was a Third World backwater, a center for illicit drug trade and corruption. The Malkyeri Navy, offshore between Mozambique and Ottoman Madagascar, was here to bring in order and restore law.

Scores of warplanes attacked targets throughout the country beginning at or around 4:45am on Saturday, April 23. Before the day was done, much of the military infastructure was destroyed, as was the rather pitiful Mozambican Air Force. Soon after, Royal Marines began to land all along the coast, close to five hundred thousand of them.

Throughout the next week, the Marines took most of the cities in Mozambique, while armored forces destroyed what little organized resistance they encountered. The conquest was done in less than two weeks, and only 600 dead Marines.

All in all, it turned out to be a disappointing fight for the Malkyeri. Well, there was always South Africa...By now, thought High Command, the Boers had to know Malkyer would come for them eventually.

Three months had passed since the series of wars the Ottomans called the "Dune Jihad" had begun. Another nation had fought in these wars. Over the course of five weeks, Malkyer had grown from a kingdom to an Empire, conquering most of Central America, as well as large swathes of land in Africa. The list of conquests was fairly impressive for a first time imperial power. In fact, only four nations had been taken by force, and only one of those, Namibia, had offered any real resistance. In fact, the newest addition to the empire, Botswana, had joined of its own free will, after seeing how much the quality of life had improved in Namibia and Mozambique once the Malkyeri had conquered them.

The addition of new territories meant, of course, that the governing system would have to be re-worked. Dayan was in his conference room with various military officers and Governor-Generals, finishing the details.

"So it is agreed?" He waited for everyone to nod. "The Viceroyalties of North America and Australia, with seats of government in Vancouver and Canberra, respectively, will remain the same. To the Carribean Territory will be added the new Central American holdings. To this end, we must establish a Viceroyalty of the Carribean. All in favor, say 'aye'." Everyone voted yes. "Excellent. The Viceroyalty of the Carribean shal consist of Jamaica, Hispanola, Belize, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, and Panama. The seat of government will be in Kingston." He took a drink of water before continuing. "The territories of Africa, those being Namibia, Botswana, and Mozambique, will maintain their status as Crown Colonies, independent of a Viceroyalty. Agreed?" Everyone nodded.

"Excellent. Now, Gentlemen, if you will excuse us I must discuss further affairs with the Joint Chiefs." The various GGs left the room, to fly out to their posts the next day.

FNW Information Update: Attempted Coup d'Etat in Swaziland
"Prime Minister Absolom Themba Dlamini was assasinated today by a group of gunmen believed to be associated with the Swaziland National Front. The gunmen surrounded his car and opened fire with AK-47s, killing Dlamini, his driver, and two bodyguards.

King Mswati III was rushed to the his residence fifteen minutes later, and as of yet there has been no attack there. A military guard has placed around all government buildings.

Earlier today, Mswati plead for aid from his neighbors in providing security for the nation, and and to help search for the ringleaders of the SWANAFRO, which has gone underground following the assasination. The Empire of Malkyer has sent 300 Royal Marines, and one thousand colonial troops from Mozambique to aide with security. The Republic of South Africa has sent four hundred soldiers. The intelligence services of both nations are working in tandem with Swazi services, searching for the SWANAFRO leadership.

Ottoman High Command order for the Ottoman Air Force to began attacking key army bases in Guyana, Suriname, and Ex French Colony of Guiana. The A-10 attack planes began to make their runs and were able to knock most of the regional defense systems by attacking them nonstop. Then the 18th Marine Corp with the support of 7th Ottoman Paratroop Crop began the invasion of Guyana from New Granada, Islamic Americas. They bitz thought the nation and manger to take it without losing many forces. They had to crush a stronghold in southern portions of the nation. The 19th Marine Corp began its own attack on Suriname by going though Guyana, they manger to take most of the nation with light losses and were able to secure most of the land with a massive bitz. As ex-French Guiana the Ottoman First and Second Paratrooper cores landed in the nation and quickly took most of the key towns and cites of the nation. They were busy trying to crush any French rebels in the area.

For weeks now, RIA cells and covert special forces had quietly subverted the South African military's hold on the Northern, Northwest, and Mpumalanga provinces. As Zero-Hour approached, plans were set in motion to quickly and effortlessly disable the South African Army's ability to respond effectiviely to a large-scale two-front invasion.

These measures were amazingly important to Malkyer's success in the Cape. Unlike Namibia and Mozambique, where the primary opposition had been a mixture of ill-equipped, poorly led remnants of Leftist armies and tribal militias, in South Africa the Malkyeri would be fighting a well-trained and modern army, trained to fight Western battles. Aside from that, there was the simple size factor. On paper, South Africa was capable of fielding over 7.2 million soldiers, a huge number compared to Namibia's bare four hundred thousand.

In two days, the RIA and special forces would strike, executing pinpoint attacks to bring down communications, destroy bridges, railroads, and the like. Immediately following, a force of three hundred thousand soldiers of the Royal Army, along with fifty-thousand Colonial Militia troops from Mozambique, would sweep down from Mozambique and Swaziland, taking the three northenmost provinces and also aiming for Pretoria, the administrative capital. Once a sizable portion of the SA forces were engaged there, another front would open, this time from Namibia. Two hundred thousand Malkyeri and one hundred thousand Namibian and Botswanian Colonials would attack the Northern Cape and Western Cape provinces, and a secure a beachhead for Royal Marines to land, and a deep-water port so that the Royal Navy could bring supplies directly to the theater of combat.

SAS Team Charlie radioed ahead of their Lemba counterparts. "Group Two, what is your status?"

"Group Two is in position. We are watching the road. Nothing moving yet." They were watching a road leading to one of the main SANDF bases in the area. These Lemba were interesting people. They claimed to be one of the Lost Tribes of Israel, of all things! Well, they did follow Jewish docrtine to the 't', so maybe it wasn't too much of a stretch...Moscowitz shook his head free of distracting thoughts as his watch beeped, signalling that it was time to begin.

"Charlie Team, move to positions. Alpha-Tango-Bravo, we are go. Repeat, we are go!" He hit the switch on his detonator, setting off explosives on the bridge ahead, and beginning a chain reaction that would shake all of Sub-Saharan Africa...across the northern part of the country, explosives went off, destroying much of the SANDF's communications and rapid-reaction capabilities. Along the Mozambican and Swazi borders, Malkyeri troops and their Colonial counterparts swarmed down on the country, crossing their own Rubicon...

South Africa was a beautiful country, really. It was a shame that the flame of war had burned this land. But burned it had, and now it was time to rebuild.

Schalk van der Meer stood in the field outside his ranch house. You couldn't tell, not immediately. Nothing in the immediate vicinity showed any difference. But different it was. Van der Meer was a stoic Boer, and did not like change. Just a week ago, the war had ended. The South African government had surrendered and laid its weapons down at the feet of the Empire of Malkyer. It had been a hard fight, and no one would deny that. In fact, as soon as the surrender was confirmed, the Malkyeri had fired off a front-wide twenty-one gun salute, to honor the dead of both sides.

The war had been a sort of see-saw affair, with the advantage passing between the two sides. At first, the Malkyeri had had a clear lead, swarming across the border and making incredible gains. Their pre-war efforts had all but eliminated the South African National Defense Force’s ability to react quickly and effectively against an invasion. Over the course of a week, the Malkyer had overrun the northern third of the country, save for a pocket of resistance around Pretoria and Johannesburg. It seemed it would be a quick war, until a brilliant armored counter-attack by General Piet Botha on Malkyer’s eastern flank near Durban had collapsed the line held by colonial troops from Mozambique.

The Malkyeri had been forced to double-back, and the initiative had passed to the South Africans. The SANDF leadership realized they did not have the resources or manpower to fight the Malkyeri in a war of attrition, and so engaged in numerous harrying attacks, keeping the Malkyer from engaging them in a set battle. To maintain this, much of the forces in the west were brought east, to fight. Here was the fatal mistake made.

Two days late, Malkyeri forces, supported by colonial troops, poured over the Namibian border, opening the Second Front. To deal with the new threat, forces from the east and south were rerouted west. This had the effect of leaving the Cape itself all but undefended. This allowed the Royal Navy to assault East London with a strike force of Royal Marines. The Second Front took Cape Town after a brief but bloody battle, and the two forces were able to link up two days later.

Knowing that the last sizable force of SANDF troops south and west of Lesotho had been destroyed or captured at Cape Town, the South African government realized that defeat was inevitable. They sued for peace four days after the Battle of Cape Town.

Now South Africa was the newest colony of Malkyer, and the crown of the recently formed Viceroyalty of the Cape. Pretoria was made the Viceroyal capital, and Duke Anton Perides named Viceroy of the Cape.

Schalk van der Meer was a Boer through and through, though he was faced with a problem. Whem trouble arose that the Boers could not overcome, they simply left. They trekked. That, however, was not an option. The only way they could go was north, and to the north lay more of the Empire. There would be no great trek this time.
