"With what seems to be an imminent war with Farminia and/or it's allies, the Holy Military Republic of Neo Earth announced that it was mobilizing for war. Since the Department of the Military has never disclosed just how many people serve in the armed forces, it is unknown just how many have been mobilized. What is known, however, is that the goverment has started building shoreline defenses and more and more SAMs are being built. More at 10."

All ground legions (look here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=406333)) have been mobilized, while the Navy and airforce have been put on standby.
