the ground rumbles as the Utppian battallion that was due to assist Icaru moves in on the nation of Gortrog instead.
tanks rumber across the nations borders, along with vast amounts of infantry and aircraft.
"This action has been taken becasue of a threat that has been made to us. Gortrog seeks to outline how we use our own resources in our own borders, this is unacceptable. This militant, non-democratic, nation is a danger to the Glorona gulf", states Utappian CEO General André Gordonovitch "Crazy Man" Tappski.
The Utappain troops continue are starting there push for Gortrog's capital city, and are so far only engaging military targets, and disabiling important buildings.
Utappia has issued a call for all other nations to join in the battle.
Isle of May

War has indeed broken out in the Glorona Gulf against the evil that calls itself Gortog. As a result, the Isle of May will send in there Clone Troops, inspired by Star Wars movies, to vanquish this evil.

Isle of May

Several gunships, carrying loads of Clone Troops, swarm in from the Isle of May towards the land of Gortrog. However, the gunships do not risk landing so close to the battle, so the troops parachute their way in. Upon descent, they are met with gun fire from the opposing forces. :mp5:
Red squad's team leader, Red 1, begins firing on the enemy, taking them out with an AK-47 assault rifle.
Overhead, bombers can be seen flying, dropping wave upon wave of bombs upon enemy bases and the like.
It is a gritty, gruesome battle, the type Wilfred Owen would talk about in his poetry.

Ebolania hereby wishes for further elaboration on the cause of this conflict. Until we can see a just cause to the Uttapian invasion, we are sending economic aid to Gortrog and deploying the 3d Brigade of the Ebolanian Expeditionary Force (EEF).
This force consists of:
79th Mechanized Infantry Corps
29th Armored Division
12th Infantry Division
42nd Airborne Division
3d Marine Air Brigade
4th Marine Air Brigade
(OOC: Is this area land-locked or coastal?)
While Gortrog's millions were being decimated on the north of the island state, I, the Most Esteemed Grossness, Supreme Lord Jared, sent forth my Black-Winged Horror to deal with the attacks from the West. Although many of my own citizens were devoured in the carnage to follow, victory was achieved against the invaders. I have regained control of the greater half of the island, but I am still slightly concerned about the northern coast.
In the north, it seems my people are fleeing in terror. How unfortunate. Rest assured that those deserters will not go unpunished.
(OOC: are there any rules I should be following in this?)

Because of some support for the undemocratic government of Gortrog, i'm sending in these armies:
7th Imperial Army
8th Crusading Army
9th Army
10th Army
11th Army
12 Army
13 Army
they will be there only for support roles and not in direct conflict. mainly for deterant use and if a full-scale war erupts i'll use them in direct conflict.

OOC: first who is the target and do they know your attacking them
2nd if the nation realy exists then they have to come up with what they have lost but they sould be fare
this is just a little that will help you become a beter RPer
Our victory was short-lived. Even now, the conflict rages outside the four-hundred foot walls of my capital city. I am vexed. Again and again I send out thousands of troops, only to watch them obliterated by the mines, bullets, and toxic gas of the enemy. This carnage perplexes me, as I calculate the estimated deficit in human resources. My personal zombie attendant, Deadfred
 and my personal bodyguard, Gord :sniper: each do what they are best at in this time of crisis. If this continues, I may have to consider gathering the remaining citizens :( :headbang: :( :headbang:
under the malevolent wings of the Horror and migrating elsewhere.

Utappia has issued a call for all other nations to join in the battle.
All nations? Please, give me more information on the reason for this attack...

Secret transmission to Gortrog:
Lord Jared,
I find this situation intruiging. Please explain your side of the matter, so that I can compare your story with your enemy's...

OOC: I get the impression that fantasy elements are acceptable?
Vaxintorian Potentate,
It seems I and my nation are victim to an unfortunate political misunderstanding. Having been invited to relocate to the Glorona Gulf by their own elected UN Delegate, I assumed the nations of the region would welcome my oppressed people with open arms. Open arms indeed! More like open firearms. Even now, I am making preparations to flee this region, as I watch my minions drown in their own blood against the walls of my capital city.
Any solution to my plight would be readily considered.
His Great Horribleness,
Supreme Lord Jared of Gortrog
:sniper:   (still hangin out with Gord and Deadfred)

This is a regional matter. Nations outside the Glorona Gulf should leave imediately. This issue will be resolved internally, for the involvment of extra-regional entities will only hurt relations between regional members.
There is nothing we can threaten at this time, but we plead for non-Glorona nations to leave imediately.

Chancellor Andrews, if you can either halt this invasion or explain to me why it is occurring, I will be happy to keep my people out of Glorona Gulf. Otherwise....

So finally a nation arrives that is not militarily crucifying my already-oppressed peoples, and they are scorned for being "non-Glorona." Well, I've had enough of this region. Next thing you'll see of me will be the smelly back end of the Black-Winged Horror, with many oppressed minions running beneath him. I will not wish this region farewell, since those violent-minded amongst you will almost certainly find another nation to target once I am gone.
adios

Supreme Lord Jared and his people have departed your region; I strongly encourage you to be content with that. Any further attacks on the nation of Gortrog will have serious consequences. Continue your invasion, and my forces shall spill the blood of your people until the ground is stained crimson throughout your land.
Be you warned.
-Varduk Myandariin.
