Have declared independence from the 'Kingdom of Attica'. They have declared themselves the 'Empire of Attica', and a convened general council elected former Kaiser Otto Petinski XVII as Kaiser. He accepted the position, and immediately stepped down from the position of (puppet) King of the Kingdom of Attica. The Federal Capitol, Attikstadt, was located in Attiska-Attikburg. Federal offices have been moved to Zetross, and retaliation from Federal troops on the now emerging Imperial Army is expected. It is extremely likely that Federal divisions originally from the North will join the Empire.
It is also extremely likely that Polavakia will declare independence following this.
