The government of Communist Louisiana has taken upon itself to help bring all Communist nations to form the Warsaw Treaty Organization.

This organization will begin talks to draft our own Warsaw Pact Treaty. We are wanting it to be a defensive pact only. It will be in place to help members of the treaty to protect their homelands in the event of invasion from other nations as well as possiby providing defense forces for member nations who are at war and require that their nations entire forces be deployed where they are needed. We will push for legislation so that forces can not be called up to help an invasion unless it is supported by 2/3 of the Organizations members.

Headquarters of the Warsaw Treaty Organization shall be placed in New Orleans, Louisiana in Communist Louisiana. All Communist nations wishing to join the Warsaw Treaty Organization may begin to do so below.

La Habana would like to join this alliance, the National People's Congress of La Habana has voted unanimously in favour of this motion. We will give full technological support to smaller developing nations in the alliance, and we will also give them access to intelligence gathered by La Habana's S3 (State Security Service).

This alliance will lean more towards defensive purposes only. We also wish to not to be dragged into any wars that can be handled through diplomacy.

Warsaw Pact Treaty is a loose treaty for defensive purposes only. If a member of the treaty is attacked, then it shall be the duty of the other members to come to the aid of the attacked member.

Members who take up an offensive role against a nation, (meaning you attack them) then the treaty does not become active. Nations wishing to help that member nation may do so, but other members do not have to support those member nations.

With this information, the Soviet Congress approved of Congressional Bill 62 (CB 62), "The Congressional Approval to join the Warsaw Treaty Organization" in a 100-10 vote. With the news of the Congress approving of the ANL's involvement with the alliance, Premier Quetzalcoatl Nochtli approved of the motion.

In short, the government of the Aztec National League formally requests to join the Warsaw Treaty Organization.

Today the Basque Congress voted to seek acceptence into the Warsaw Pact Treaty. This comes after the nation began to show signs of a more radical underflow in the moderatly socialist party La Gente Roja, the only legal party in Basque Spain. Though the leader Wolfgag Rico refuses to admit that he is losing some control in his party there is clear evidence of a far-left leaning trend in the Party.

I would like to laugh at your pointless remark. I very rarely do see a socialist nation try to impose their beliefs on anyone else by invasion. I do see it commonly from corrupt capitalist nations such as your own.

I would also like to point out how low your nations education level is. I geuss that would explain why the more socialist nations have very intelligent citizens and the capitalist nations have more "un-educated" citizens.
